So I’m rewatching Shamanic Princess. It’s one of those weird mid-to-late-90s anime, a twist on magical girls, with the really stylized character designs and the plot that’s interesting, but you’re not sure if it’s actually interesting or it’s just weird and vague and hard to follow. A lot of 90s OVAs were like that.

Anyways, I remembered liking it, and I actually own the DVD but goodness knows where I put it, so when I saw it on Crunchyroll I decided to watch it on a whim. It’s not very good quality, picture or sound-wise, and the subs are those obnoxious yellow 90s ADV lettering. Still watchable, but it looks like a third gen VHS copy. Which really gives it a 90s watcher ambiance~

Episode 1 tells you almost nothing, but there’s enough there that you want to know what the heck is going on. Or at least I do, because I don’t remember a damn thing about this show. The main character is a brat, though, and so far this watching, my favorite character is the magic ferret, Japolo.

I will be continuing and will probably forget to do a full review, but for now? Sass weasel Japolo in da house~

T đang ở trên 1 chiếc xe bus số 20 để đến nhà hàng Japolo, nơi t đang làm việc. Bên ngoài trời nắng rất nhức đầu, t ngồi còn có thể bấm mấy chữ chứ khi bước xuống là sẽ lại chạy rút hết hơi vì biết rằng 80% là đi trễ. T suốt ngày chạy, chạy vì sự trễ nại trong mọi chuyện, dạo này lười lắm, biếng lắm, k muốn làm gì cả, tới ngủ cũng lười. 26t đầu mà cái gì cũng chỉ ở trò đầu mà k thực hiện đc, vì không can đảm, vì lười nhát, vì k đủ khả năng.... buồn ngủ rồi
