I got the medium size and they were just perfect. We plopped ourselves down at the counter finally and the chef gave us our special ramen. The ramen stands out for its rich and salty pork broth. I've never had more nuanced or rich broth before. It tasted like a salty symphony of warm goodness. The ramen came with an egg, seaweed, and pork and all these components blended together fantastically. Moreover, I like how you could see the chef prepare all the ramen.
