The best beings to be walked on this earth, To have their graveyard, in this state with stones, Mother of both worlds, Fatema Uz Zahra passes by, To see clearly how it was bombed years ago, Never left to rest in peace even when under earth, Was her family left to live in peace when on earth? This is the rest place of the family of the best human being, Muhammad, who faced more atrocity than every prophet before him, Praises are sung in his name by everyone irrespective of religion, Holding her heart, she weeps like a baby and it can be heard, In my ears while I collapse on the floor, mourning with her, A bitter pain that will never leave this very soul, Defying the laws of love, feeling the suffering, Of the infallible as a fallible, what more honor would I want, Mountains would shake and break into pieces, Accompanied by the skies, crying as heavy downpour, Earths are trembling, Fatema Uz Zahra, this world didn't deserve Jannatul Baqi, That's why we have to work for Jannah, we have been given one on earth, Will we deserve the Jannah above? Jannat Al Baqi

Surah kahf : 21

..قَالَ الَّذِينَ غَلَبُوا عَلَى أَمْرِهِمْ لَنَتَّخِذَنَّ عَلَيْهِم مَّسْجِدًا

..said those who prevailed in the matter, "We will surely take [for ourselves] over them a masjid."

1) Tafsir al Kabeer, Vol 5, Pg 475 : And when Allah said {Those who prevailed over their affair} this refers to the “MUSLIM RULER” or the friends of Ashaab al Kahf (i.e. believers) or the leaders of town. {We will surely build a Mosque over them} so that we can “WORSHIP ALLAH” in it and “PRESERVE THE RELICS OF COMPANIONS OF THE CAVE DUE TO THIS MOSQUE”

2) Tafsir al Jalalyn, Vol 1, Pg 389 : Those who prevailed regarding their affair} i.e. the affair of the youths, “NAMELY THE BELIEVERS" {We will verily set up over them} around them {A place of worship/Masjid}, for prayers to be performed there in. And this indeed took place at the entrance of the cave.

3) Imam Khafaji in Inayatul Qadhi, Vol 6, Pg 87 :  (Making mosque on cave) ”IS PROOF OF MAKING MOSQUES OVER THE GRAVES OF SALIHEEN” just like It is mentioned in Tafsir al Kashaaf and It is “PERMITTED” to pray inside this construction.

4) Tafsir at-Tabri 15/149 : The Mushrikeen said: We will build a building over it and worship Allah in it but the Muslims said: We have more right over them and we will surely “BUILD A MOSQUE” so that we can pray there and worship Allah. 

5) Tafsir Bahr al Muheet, Vol 7, Pg 158 : The person who told to make a building over them was a Kafir woman, she told to make a Church over them where deeds of Kufr can take place, however the momineen stopped her and made a Masjid over there instead.

This will probably be one of my most favourite pictures that I will have ever take in my entire life. I snapped this hurriedly and discreetly just as we came out of #JannatAlBaqi. . We had just visited the family and companions of The Prophet (ﷺ), and many of the righteous people who have come since then and gone ahead of us, and we prayed for them and for ourselves. . As we came out, we were met with this gorgeous late-afternoon spectacle. We were still on the ramp at the Baqi entrance that led to ground level. The guards were hurrying people out - they were closing the cemetery for the night shortly. They were also not allowing pictures to be taken from here for some reason, and were literally going through peoples’ phones to delete any pictures if they saw them take any. . I couldn’t let this moment pass without at least trying to capture it. I stood two of the brothers from our group on either side of me, and took this really quickly. . Balagh al-‘ulā bi kamālihi Kashaf ad-dujā bi jamālihi Hasunat jamī’u khisālihi Sallū ‘alaihi wa ālihi .. Through perfection did he attain the heights With his beauty did he dispel the night Oh! Most appallingly dozens of early Islamic sites – including those with a direct link to the Prophet himself – have been wiped off the map. The situation is so bad that the Washington based Gulf Institute estimates that 95 percent of the millennium old buildings in the two cities have been destroyed in the past twenty years.

Much of this cultural vandalism is inspired by Wahabism – the austere interpretation of Islam that is the Saudi kingdom’s official religion. Wahabis are obsessed with idol worship and believe visiting graves, shrines or historical sites that are associated with the Prophet encourages shirq (the worship of false gods). The rampant commercialism meanwhile is inspired by something much simpler – greed.

زِيارَة اَئمَّة البَقيع (عَلَيهِم السَّلام) السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَئِمَّةَ الْهُدَىٰ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ التَّقْوَىٰ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَيُّهَا الْحُجَجُ عَلَىٰ أَهْلِ الدُّنْيا، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَيُّهَا الْقُوَّامُ فِي الْبَرِيَّةِ بِالْقِسْطِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ الصَّفْوَةِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ آلَ رَسُولِ اللهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ النَّجْوَىٰ، أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكُمْ قَدْ بَلَّغْتُمْ وَنَصَحْتُمْ وَصَبَرْتُمْ فِي ذَاتِ اللهِ، وَكُذِّبْتُمْ وَأُسيءَ إِلَيْكُمْ فَغَفَرْتُمْ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّكُمُ الأَئِمَّةُ الرَّاشِدُونَ الْمُهْتَدُونَ، وَأَنَّ طَاعَتَكُمْ مَفْرُوضَةٌ، وَأَنَّ قَوْلَكُمُ الصِّدْقُ، وَأَنَّكُمْ دَعْوَتُمْ فَلَمْ تُجَابُوا، وَأَمَرْتُمْ فَلَمْ تُطَاعُوا، وَأَنَّكُمْ دَعَائِمُ الدِّينِ وَأَرْكَانُ الأَرْضِ، لَمْ تَزَالُوا بِعَيْنِ اللهِ يَنْسَخُكُمْ مِنْ أَصْلاَبِ كُلِّ مُطَهَّرٍ، وَيَنْقُلُكُمْ مِنْ أَرْحَامِ الْمُطَهَّرَاتِ، لَمْ تُدَنِّسْكُمُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةُ الْجَهْلَاءُ، وَلَمْ تَشْرَكْ فِيكُمْ فِتَنُ الأَهْوَاءِ، طِبْتُمْ وَطَابَ مَنْبَتُكُمْ، مَنَّ بِكُمْ عَلَيْنا دَيَّانُ الدِّينِ، فَجَعَلَكُمْ فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللهُ أَنْ تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ، وَجَعَلَ صَلاَتَنَا عَلَيْكُمْ رَحْمَةً لَنَا وَكَفَّارَةً لِذُنُوبِنَا، إِذِ اخْتَارَكُمُ اللهُ لَنَا، وَطَيَّبَ خَلْقَنَا بِمَا مَنَّ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ وِلاَيَتِكُمْ، وَكُنَّا عِنْدَهُ مُسَمِّينَ بِعِلْمِكُمْ، مُعْتَرِفِينَ بِتَصْدِيقِنَا إِيَّاكُمْ، وَهٰذَا مَقَامُ مَنْ أَسْرَفَ وَأَخْطَأَ وَاسْتَكَانَ وَأَقَرَّ بِمَا جَنَىٰ وَرَجَا بِمَقَامِهِ الْخَلاَصَ، وَأَنْ يَسْتَنْقِذَهُ بِكُمْ مُسْتَنْقِذُ الْهَلْكَىٰ مِنَ الرَّدَىٰ، فَكُونُوا لِي شُفَعَاءَ، فَقَدْ وَفَدْتُ إِلَيْكُمْ إِذْ رَغِبَ عَنْكُمْ أَهْلُ الدُّنْيَا، وَاتَّخَذُوا آيَاتِ اللهِ هُزُواً وَاسْتَكْبَرُوا عَنْهَا. #jannatalbaqi #FollowAhlulbayt (at Al-Baqi') https://www.instagram.com/p/CA2_TNVDoad/?igshid=qv6qotpold3f

On 8th Shawwal, Wednesday, in the year 1345 AH (April 21, 1925), mausoleums in Jannatul Al-Baqi (Madina) were demolished by King Ibn Saud (لعن الله) How regrettable it is that in all civilized countries the tombs of kings, intellectuals, and even unknown soldiers are respected, but Muslims, who are expected to show a better sense of the importance of the preservation of the tombs of those who are their pride, plunder and destroy them like savages. In Mecca and Medina the Wahabis destroyed the tombs of the martyrs of Uhud, including that of Hamzaع, the ancestors of the holy Prophetص, like Abdu'l-Muttalibع, Abdullahع, and others. They also destroyed the tombs of the family of the Prophet, his sons, like Imam Hasanع, Imam Zainu'l-Abidinع, Imam Muhammad Baqirع, Imam Ja'far Sadiqع, Bibi Fatimaس, daughter of the Holy Prophetص, and many others of the Bani Hashim and. distinguished ulema. Still they call themselves Muslims. Of course they construct huge mausoleums for their own great men and kings. The fact is that the ulema of both sects have quoted many hadith inviting us to visit the graves of the faithful, so that the tombs may be saved from destruction. The Holy Prophetص himself visited the graves of the faithful and invoked Allahج for their deliverance. . 1) Narrated fromAbu Hurairah said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) visited the grave of his mother and wept, causing the people around him to weep. Then he said: ‘I asked my Lord for permission to seek forgiveness for her, but He did not give me permission. Then I asked my Lord for permission to visit her grave and He gave me permission. So visit the graves, for they will remind you of death.’” [Sunan ibn majah(arabic), hadith 1639,<sahih>] 2)Narrated from ‘Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave permission for visiting the graves.
