OK we got a little bit more of that in the new trailer. It's clearly some ghostly effect assembled out of dark ribbons. I'm pretty sure this is not a known character, it just doesn't vibe with Mel.

Draven and Janna from league of legends but in my ever increasingly silly Psychonauts au Draven's thoughts are often uh- bloody and ego-filled to say the least so his lev ball is more like a weight he spins and throws at people (much like his axes in league), he has minor pyrokinesis and normal tk and while he can't float the lev ball is still great for rolling around! Janna is a master in levitation, I think her and Milla would be close friends :) I mishmashed most of her old and newer designs together and added some things i think would make her fit in more

So I was watching Arcane and saw this frame in ep3 around 23:35, and thought that the smoke kind of looked like a flying figure:

This is the fight in the temple of Janna, maybe it has something to do with her? Am I simply delusional? Is everything intentional? Who knows...

Does anyone else have thoughts on this?

Janna if she was in Arcane

So there's no way that any even somewhat benevolent deity/spirit will ever appear in grimdark shows like this, but honestly it's hilarious to imagine what Janna would do if she were in this series.

(If you don't know, Janna is some wind spirit that protects Zaun.)

I still wonder since Zaun already knows about her existence if Janna actually appeared once or if she's like a goddess / the good spirit the people of Zaun believe in like a goddess?

I remember in the first trailer I think or if it was already in the series that there was a statue of Janna as well. Man I hope she appears, or is mentioned and not just an artistic Easter egg!!!

okay so from the new set my favourite is probably The Candlelit Prayer,

This temple to Janna has few solid walls, so as to be better in tune with its goddess' powers. Nevertheless, the many candles seem always to be lit, even when a howling storm settles over the rest of Zaun.

This was my Janna redesign from the Nickyboi monster redesign art contest all the way back in 2021, but I'm still pretty proud of it. Also I think it aged well considering the Legends of Runeterra ascended Janna form, though I went harder on the Zaun/Bilgewater aesthetics than the Shuriman aesthetics that LoR went with.
