BHAV CHALIT KUNDALI
BHAV CHALIT KUNDALI
Many students of astrology are confused that from which horoscope they should see the future Ascendent /Janma Lagna or Chalit ?
Janma Lagna is a photograph of the sky at the time of Janma. Janma Kundali means the time of birth, in which zodiac sign is it running or which planet is running in which zodiac sign. In the horoscope of birth, there is a star in 12 houses, 12 zodiac signs are born or there are 9 planets along with it!
The position of the planets in the houses with respect to the real Lagna degree can be determined using the Bhava Chalit chart. The usage of this chart is essential for determining which house each planet genuinely belongs in.
Rasi Chart Anyone who is familiar with the fundamentals of astrology is aware that the Rashis are the twelve portions of 30 degrees each that make up the 360 degree Zodiac. Mesha (Aries), Rishaba (Taurus), Mithuna (Gemini), Kark (Cancer), Simha (Leo), Kanya (Virgo), Tula (Libra), Vrishik (Scorpio), Dhanus (Saggitarius), Makara (Capricorn), Kumbha (Aquarius), and Meena are the Rashis that belong to these signs (Pisces). Any birth chart's core framework is comprised of these Rashis.
A Graha is the owner of each Rashi. We consider the Rashi that the planet is positioned in when interpreting a chart. The position of that Graha and the Rashi's dominance over them are quite significant.
Lagna The birth chart's Lagna or ascendant is its crucial component. This is so because the Lagna is where the chart's dwellings are enumerated. For instance, in a Rashi chart, if the Lagna is in Rishaba (Taurus), the second house is Mithuna (Gemini), the third house is Kark (Cancer), and so on. This is predicated on the notion that the first house starts at the same degree that the Lagna Rashi starts.
Bhava Chalit / Bhav Chalit Chalit indicates motion or movement and Bhav denotes a home. Thus, the houses are moved in the Bhava Chalit chart. When we build the Bhava Chalit chart in relation to the actual Lagna degree rather than the Rashi degrees, the house table moves.
The Rashi chart and the Bhav Chalit chart will be identical when the Lagna degree is in the midway of the Rashi itself, which is roughly 15 degrees. For charts where the Lagna degree is off from the midpoint of the Rashi, the Bhava Chalit Chart makes a significant difference.
Making The Bhava Chalit Chart Calculation There are multiple ways to calculate the same item in Vedic astrology, as there are with the majority of its ideas. Chart for the Bhava Chalit is not an exception. There are two schools of thought regarding how to calculate this chart using the Equal House Method.
Using the Lagna degree to represent the Bhav Madhya, or centre of the house establishing the home's vantage point at the Lagna degree The first approach is the more widely used one. The Lagna degree is used in this manner as the Bhav or house's midpoint. We redraw the homes with the start of the house 15 degrees before the Lagna degree and the end of the house 15 degrees after the Lagna degree because each house has a 30-degree span. We then make the Lagna degree the centre of each house. When we do this, we'll observe that some planets might migrate to the house before or after.
The birth location's latitude and longitude are used to compute the degree span of each house using a different technique known as the unequal house method. Some astrologers have found great favour with this technique. The dwellings become incredibly lopsided at latitudes that are far farther from the equator, though.

Predictive Vedic Astrology: Unlocking the Mysteries of Destiny.
Vedic astrology, also known as Jyotish Shastra, is an ancient system of astrology originating in India. It is based on the belief that the positions of celestial bodies at the time of one’s birth influence their life path, behaviors, and experiences. While Vedic astrology encompasses various aspects, predictive Vedic astrology is particularly focused on forecasting an individual’s future by analyzing the planetary positions and their potential effects. This form of astrology is deeply rooted in Vedic knowledge and draws from the rich traditions of ancient Indian wisdom to provide insightful predictions and guidance.
In the world of astrology, there are several branches and systems, but predictive Vedic astrology stands out due to its complex methodologies and intricate understanding of celestial mechanics. The system primarily revolves around the use of the lunar chart (Janma Kundali) and the positioning of the planets at the time of one’s birth. By examining the placements of these celestial bodies, practitioners can forecast significant life events, potential challenges, opportunities, and even the timing of important decisions.
The Foundation of Predictive Vedic Astrology
At the heart of predictive Vedic astrology is the belief in karma—the notion that our past actions shape our present and future lives. Each planet and zodiac sign represents different karmic forces that influence individuals’ paths. In Vedic astrology, there are nine planets (Grahas), including the Sun, Moon, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, as well as the shadow planets, Rahu and Ketu. These planets move through the twelve zodiac signs (Rashis) in predictable cycles, and their positions and interactions form the foundation for predictions.
Vedic astrology uses several methods to forecast future events. The most common techniques include the Dasha system, the transit of planets (Gochar), and the examination of the nakshatras (lunar constellations). Each of these methods provides different layers of insight and helps practitioners fine-tune their predictions.
The Dasha System: A Timeline of Life's Phases
One of the most important tools in predictive Vedic astrology is the Dasha system, which maps out a timeline of an individual’s life. The Dasha system is based on the position of the Moon at the time of birth, which influences the planetary periods or ‘Dashas’ that an individual will experience throughout their life. Each planet rules over a specific period, known as a Dasha, during which the planetary energies of that planet become more pronounced in the individual’s life.
The Dasha system is divided into sub-periods called Bhuktis, which further refine predictions. For example, if someone is experiencing the Dasha of Mars, their life may be marked by intense energy, ambition, and challenges related to conflict or competition. This period can last for several years, and during this time, the individual might encounter situations that challenge them to face their fears or overcome obstacles.
This approach to timing is unique to predictive Vedic astrology, offering a nuanced perspective that helps individuals understand the ebb and flow of energies in their lives.
Transits: The Influence of Moving Planets
Another key element of predictive Vedic astrology is the analysis of planetary transits. In this system, the movement of planets through the zodiac is monitored to determine their impact on an individual's natal chart. Transits reveal the current influence of the planets and help astrologers predict significant changes in an individual’s life.
For example, when Jupiter, the planet of expansion and growth, moves into a favorable house in an individual’s chart, it may signal a period of personal or financial growth. Conversely, when Saturn transits through challenging houses, it might indicate a period of discipline, hard work, and potential delays.
Planetary transits are particularly useful in pinpointing the best times for taking important actions, such as starting a new venture, entering a relationship, or making a significant investment. Predictive Vedic astrology uses these transits to recommend auspicious dates and times for specific life events, thus providing individuals with the most opportune moments to act.
Nakshatras and Their Role in Predictive Astrology
In addition to the planets and zodiac signs, predictive Vedic astrology also heavily relies on nakshatras, or lunar constellations, which play a significant role in determining the timing and nature of life events. There are 27 nakshatras, and each one represents a specific energy or quality. The nakshatra in which the Moon was placed at the time of birth is particularly important, as it influences an individual’s nature, emotions, and overall life path.
Each nakshatra is associated with a particular planet, and its ruling deity offers insights into the individual’s personality, strengths, and challenges. For example, if someone’s Moon is in the nakshatra of Ashwini, they may possess qualities of quick thinking and a pioneering spirit, while someone with a Moon in the nakshatra of Rohini may be more sensual, artistic, and creative.
By examining how the transiting planets interact with an individual’s natal nakshatras, predictive Vedic astrology can provide deep insights into upcoming phases and challenges in life.
Understanding Challenges and Opportunities
One of the core purposes of predictive Vedic astrology is to help individuals navigate their lives more effectively by providing a clearer understanding of upcoming opportunities and challenges. For example, a person going through a difficult planetary period, like the Saturn return (a period when Saturn returns to its original position in a person’s natal chart), may face a period of intense personal growth. Although this can be a challenging time, it also offers opportunities for long-term stability and maturity.
On the flip side, favorable planetary periods, such as the Dasha of Jupiter, can usher in prosperity, spiritual growth, and general success. Predictive Vedic astrology helps individuals understand when these periods will occur and how to make the most of them. It provides practical advice, such as timing career moves, relationships, or financial investments, based on the individual’s unique astrological profile.
Personalized Guidance and Self-Improvement
One of the most powerful aspects of predictive Vedic astrology is its ability to guide individuals on their spiritual path. By understanding the cosmic influences at play, people can align their actions with the natural flow of the universe. This alignment helps individuals make more informed decisions, avoid unnecessary obstacles, and embrace opportunities that are in harmony with their destiny.
Moreover, predictive Vedic astrology offers advice on remedies to mitigate negative planetary influences. This might include performing specific rituals, wearing gemstones, or engaging in spiritual practices such as meditation and prayer. These remedies are designed to help individuals balance their karmic energies and create a more positive trajectory in life.
Conclusion
Predictive Vedic astrology offers a unique and powerful lens through which individuals can gain insights into their lives. By examining the positions and transits of planets, the timing of key periods, and the influence of nakshatras, Vedic astrology provides a detailed map of life’s potential challenges and opportunities. This ancient science offers more than just predictions; it provides a pathway for personal growth, spiritual development, and a deeper understanding of one’s place in the universe. Whether seeking guidance on career decisions, relationships, or personal growth, predictive Vedic astrology remains an invaluable tool for navigating the complexities of life.

Unveiling Your Destiny: The Power of Predicting Major Life Events with Vedic Astrology
Life is an unpredictable journey filled with highs and lows, unexpected twists, and exciting turns. While we can't control everything that happens to us, having an understanding of what's likely to occur can help us navigate our paths more smoothly. This is where Vedic astrology comes in. As an ancient science rooted in the rich traditions of the Vedas, Vedic astrology offers profound insights into our lives and helps us prepare for the future. Let’s explore the importance of predicting major life events through Vedic astrology and how you can learn this ancient art.
The Importance of Predicting Major Life Events
Why would anyone want to predict their future? It is simple: preparation. Knowing what's ahead can help you prepare mentally, emotionally, and financially for life's challenges and opportunities. Whether it's career advancements, relationship dynamics, health issues, or personal growth, a glimpse into the future can provide clarity and guidance. It enables you to make informed decisions, avoid potential pitfalls, and seize opportunities.
Predicting major life events can also bring a sense of peace and confidence. When you're aware of potential challenges, you're less likely to be caught off guard. You can approach difficult times with a calm mind and a well-thought-out plan. Similarly, knowing when favorable periods are coming allows you to take full advantage of them, maximizing your potential for success and happiness.
Why Predicting Major Life Events Matters
1. Preparation: Knowing potential challenges or opportunities helps you prepare better. For instance, if you know a challenging period is coming, you can take proactive steps to mitigate its impact.
2. Clarity and Guidance: Understanding the cosmic influences in your life provides clarity. It helps you make informed decisions, whether in career, relationships, or personal development.
3. Personal Growth: Astrology can be a tool for self-awareness and personal growth. By understanding your strengths and weaknesses, you can work on becoming the best version of yourself.
4. Opportunity Maximization: Knowing when favorable periods are approaching allows you to plan accordingly and make the most of these times.
How Vedic Astrology Can Guide You
Vedic astrology, also known as Jyotish, is an ancient system that uses the positions of celestial bodies to offer insights into different aspects of life. The main tool in Vedic astrology is the birth chart, also called the Janma Kundali. This chart shows the positions of the planets at the exact time and place of your birth. It acts like a detailed map, showing how the planets, signs, and houses influence your life.
Birth Chart (Janma Kundali) Analysis
The birth chart is divided into twelve sections called houses, each representing different aspects of life. The chart also includes planets and signs, which occupy these houses. Here are some key elements:
● Ascendant (Lagna): This is the sign rising on the eastern horizon at the time of your birth. It represents your outward personality, physical appearance, and general life path.
● Moon Sign (Rashi): The Moon's position in the chart indicates your emotional nature, instinctive reactions, and mental state.
● Sun Sign: Though more emphasized in Western astrology, the Sun sign in Vedic astrology still holds significance, representing your core identity and ego.
● Nakshatras (Lunar Mansions): The Moon's position in specific Nakshatras provides deeper insights into your personality and destiny.
Each planet in the chart governs specific areas of life and has a unique influence. For instance, the position of Venus can indicate your approach to love and relationships, while Saturn's placement might reveal areas where you need discipline and hard work.
Planetary Positions and Aspects
The positions of planets in the houses and their aspects (the way they interact with each other) are crucial in predicting events. For example, a strong Jupiter in a favorable house can bring growth, prosperity, and wisdom, while a challenging Mars may indicate conflicts or accidents.
Aspects such as conjunctions (planets in the same house), oppositions (planets directly opposite each other), and trines (120-degree angles) can also provide valuable insights. For instance, a Mars-Saturn conjunction can indicate potential struggles and delays, while a Jupiter-Moon trine might bring emotional well-being and success.
Dashas (Planetary Periods)
In Vedic astrology, life is divided into various planetary periods called Dashas. Each Dasha is ruled by a specific planet and influences your life in unique ways. The Mahadasha is the major period, while Antardasha and Pratyantar Dasha are sub-periods within the Mahadasha. For example:
● Venus Mahadasha: This period might bring love, beauty, luxury, and artistic pursuits.
● Saturn Mahadasha: Often a time of hard work, discipline, and overcoming challenges.
Understanding these periods can help you align your actions with the cosmic energies. For example, during a Jupiter Mahadasha, it might be a good time to focus on education, spirituality, and expansion.
Transits (Gochar)
Transits refer to the current movements of planets and their impact on your birth chart. Key transits, such as Saturn's return (which occurs approximately every 29.5 years) or Jupiter's transit over a significant point in your chart, can trigger major life changes.
For instance, Saturn's transit over the natal Moon is known as Shani Sade Sati and is often a challenging period of transformation and growth. On the other hand, Jupiter's transit can bring opportunities for expansion and success.
Yogas (Special Combinations)
Yogas are unique combinations of planets that can have specific effects. For example:
● Raja Yoga: Indicates potential for power, authority, and success.
● Dhan Yoga: Associated with wealth and financial gains.
The presence of these Yogas in your chart can highlight areas where you might experience significant achievements or challenges.

Does Astrology Works For Everyone
Astrology, an ancient science that has been guiding humanity for centuries, continues to captivate the modern world with its mystical allure and profound insights. Among the various astrological traditions, Jyotish, or Vedic astrology, stands out for its depth and accuracy. This traditional Hindu system of astrology is more than just a way to predict the future; it is a comprehensive guide to understanding one’s life path and finding solutions to life’s myriad problems. But does Jyotish work for everyone? Let's delve into the world of Jyotish and explore its effectiveness Jyotish Solution For All Problems .
What is Jyotish?
Jyotish, derived from the Sanskrit word 'jyoti' meaning light, is often referred to as the 'science of light'. This ancient practice involves the study of planetary movements and their influence on human affairs and natural phenomena. Unlike Western astrology, which primarily focuses on the sun sign, Jyotish provides a more detailed and personalized astrological chart known as the Janma Kundali or birth chart. This chart is based on the precise time, date, and place of birth and maps out the positions of the planets and stars at the moment of one's birth.
The Core Components of Jyotish
Grahas (Planets): Jyotish considers nine planets, including the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu. Each planet has its own significance and influence.
Bhavas (Houses): The birth chart is divided into twelve houses, each representing different aspects of life, such as personality, wealth, communication, family, creativity, and more.
Rashis (Zodiac Signs): The twelve zodiac signs are distributed among the houses and play a crucial role in interpreting the chart.
Dasha System: This is a unique predictive tool in Jyotish that outlines the specific periods of influence of various planets over an individual's life.
Jyotish Solutions for Life's Problems
Jyotish provides a holistic approach to solving life’s problems, offering remedies and guidance in various areas such as health, career, relationships, finance, and personal growth. Some common Jyotish solutions include:
Gemstone Therapy: Wearing specific gemstones corresponding to certain planets can enhance positive influences and mitigate negative effects.
Mantras and Chants: Reciting particular mantras can invoke the blessings of deities and planets.
Yagyas and Pujas: These sacred rituals are performed to appease planets and deities, seeking their favor and protection.
Lifestyle Adjustments: Recommendations on diet, daily routines, and spiritual practices can align one’s life with cosmic energies.
Does Jyotish Work for Everyone?
The effectiveness of Jyotish, like any form of astrology, is a subject of debate. Here are some perspectives to consider:
Belief and Faith: For many, faith in the system and the astrologer is crucial. Skeptics may not find the same level of guidance and solace as believers.
Accuracy of Birth Data: The precision of the birth chart, which is the foundation of Jyotish predictions, depends on the accurate recording of birth details. Even slight inaccuracies can lead to incorrect interpretations.
Quality of the Astrologer: The skill and experience of the Jyotish practitioner play a significant role. A knowledgeable and intuitive astrologer can provide more accurate and helpful insights.
Karma and Free Will: Jyotish acknowledges the role of karma (past actions) in shaping present circumstances. It also emphasizes free will, suggesting that while planetary influences exist, individuals have the power to make choices and change their destiny.
Conclusion
Jyotish offers a fascinating and intricate system of astrology that has the potential to provide deep insights and practical solutions to life's challenges. Whether it works for everyone depends on various factors, including belief, the accuracy of birth information, the astrologer’s expertise, and individual willingness to act on the guidance received. For those open to exploring ancient wisdom, does astrology works for everyone can be a beacon of light, illuminating the path to a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

Jaimini Astrology - Meaning of Karak Elements
Ancient principles of astrology comprised of many different branches. Vedic astrology is considered to be the most important out of all. Besides Vedic astrology, Krishnamurti, Lal Kitab, Palmistry and Numerology are some other principles which are used to make predictions about future. Jaimini astrology is also one such important principle. Jaimini astrology is quite different from Vedic astrology. Instead of Dashas of planets, Jaimini astrology includes Dashas of astrological signs. All the twelve signs are included in a cycle of Dashas. Only seven planets are considered to be important in Jaimini astrology. One major benefit of Jaimini astrology is that it can make accurate predictions even if a person is not sure about his time of birth.
Char (Moving) Dasha in Jaimini Astrology
Jaimini Astrology is another principle used to analyse your Janma Kundali. Jaimini astrology talks about a lot of different Dashas. Some of these include Jaimini Char Dasha, Mundak Dasha, Jaimini Sthir Dasha and Navansh Dasha. Besides these, there are many other Dashas in Jaimini astrology. However, these are used prominently.
Jaimini Char Dasha is one of the most popular Dashas in Jaimini astrology. This is considered to be more important than others. Every Dasha is calculated differently in Jaimini astrology. However, every Dasha is only associated with astrological signs, rather than planets.
Each one of the twelve astrological signs is a part of the cycle of Dashas in Jaimini astrology. The first Mahadasha is of the sign which is present in Ascendant at the time of your birth.
The sign which is in your ascendant at the time of birth has the first Mahadasha. The procedure to determine the duration of every Dasha is different. We will talk about it in our next presentation.
In Jaimini Astrology, astrological signs are prominent. Planets are only considered to be Karak elements in Jaimini astrology. Rahu/Ketu are not considered to be one of the Karak elements in Jaimini astrology.
Karak Elements in Jaimini Astrology
In this slide, we will talk about Karak elements in Jaimini astrology. Excluding Rahu/Ketu, all the seven planets are considered to be Karak elements in Jaimini astrology.
Karaks are not fixed in this branch of astrology. Planets are divided into different categories on the basis of their degrees. A planet can become the Karak element of any house. Planets are divided into different categories of Karaks on the basis of their degrees.
A planet with the highest number of degrees is called Atmakaraka. In other words, excluding Rahu/Ketu, the planet which has the highest number of degrees in your Kundali will be Atmakaraka.
In descending order on the basis of degrees, other Karak elements include Amatyakaraka, Bhratrakaraka, Matrakaraka, Putrakaraka, Gyatikaraka and Darakaraka. If two planets have the same number of degrees, their respective categories will be decided on the basis of minutes. If both degrees and minutes are same for two planets, their respective categories will be determined on the basis of seconds.
Meaning of Karak Elements in Jaimini Astrology
In Jaimini astrology, all the seven Karaks have different meanings. Each Karak represents a specific house in your Janma Kundali.
Atmakaraka represents Ascendant in your Kundali. Just like ascendant helps an astrologer analyse your personality, Atmakaraka also tells him about your personality traits, health, confidence and other such subjects.
A planet which is considered to be Amatyakaraka in your Janma Kundali is used to analyse business. Bhratrakaraka analyses third house and related matters. On the other hand, Matrakaraka analyses fourth house in your Janma Kundali.
Similarly, Putrakaraka analyses fifth house and related matters like education, children and love affairs. Gyatikaraka analyses sixth house and related matters like diseases, debts, enemies, competition and so on. Last but not the least, Darakaraka analyses seventh house in your Janma Kundali.
In Jaimini astrology, abbreviations are used for Karak elements. Atmakaraka is known as AK, Amatyakaraka is known as AMK and Bhratrakaraka is called BK. In the same way, MK is used for Matrakaraka, while PK is used for Putrakaraka. Gyatikaraka is called GK and Darakaraka is known as DK.

The story of somanatha is rather an intriguing one. It not only teaches one to worship Lord Shiva but also teaches the value of relationships. The moral is one which every person must adore & adopt in life. Now lets begin with the story - STORY- The word "SOMA" itself reveals that this is a story about Chandra or the moon. In the puranas (ancient scriptures) we can see that Chandra is a very beautiful man. His beauty is praised to great extents. Such a beautiful man would need the most perfect wives wouldn't he?? Who else would be more apt than the daughters of Prajapathi Daksha?(A prajapathi is the son of creator god Brahma). Daksha had 27 daughters, these are none other than the 27 nakshatras (stars) in which we are born and classified in our janma kundalis (horoscopes). All of them were married off to Chandra. However, Chandra loved only Rohini and ignored others. Despite warnings from Daksha he continued to do so. This infuriated Daksha. He cursed him to wane away!! Hence, chandra got the "kshaya roga" ( kshaya disease). Chandra now came to his senses. But this realisation came a bit too late for the curse of Daksha is not an ordinary one. Even the gods find it difficult to reverse such a curse. He begged Daksha and other gods to remove his curse. RESCUE BY SHIVA- Finally, he was advised to take bath in the Saraswati river and pray to Lord Shiva. Chandra did so and established a Shiva linga and performed severe penance towards Shiva. Shiva was extremely pleased as his devotion was beyond many others. Being asked for his wish, Chandra prayed that his curse be removed. Shiva replied, "You have been cursed as you have indeed committed a crime. You curse will not be completely removed. However, due to your immense Bhakti it will be nullified to a certain extent". Saying this Shiva changed the curse so that Chandra may Wane periodically and reach a minimum after which he would again Wax back to his glory. This cycle goes on even to this day. UNIQUE CHARACTER OF THE TEMPLE- No matter how many times the temple surrounding the linga is destroyed either by calamity or invasion one or the other person will reconstruct it. It will never be completely destroyed. The temple was 1st built completely in Gold by Chandra himself. Later, the mahabrahmana Ravana built it in Silver. Next, Sri Krishna built it in the finest Sandal wood. The present structure was constructed under the supervision of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. It is a place worth visiting in a lifetime. ||OM NAMAH SHIVAYA|| https://ift.tt/3tBdsfz
