On Dec. 1, a woman immolated herself with a Palestinian flag outside the Israeli consulate in Atlanta.

Now, according to the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department, the woman — referred to in their report as “Jane Doe” — is alive and “in stable condition” at Grady Memorial Hospital, where she has been since the immolation.

After repeated requests for her name, the department stated to this reporter in an email that it “does not disclose the identities of victims”. Repeated inquiries to Grady, which is a public hospital, went unanswered. The hospital houses the Walter L. Ingram Burn Center.

“Jane Doe” is 27.

When asked if they had made any comment to tell the public that she was still alive this entire time, the official at Atlanta Fire Rescue Department said they “shared the last updated with local media via email on 12/21/23. The release stated: ‘The victim remains hospitalized in critical condition. The security guard, who attempted to assist the burn victim, has been released from the hospital.’” Several internet searches on that quote produce no results. This would also indicate that "Jane Doe" went from critical to stable condition without public notice. 

Aaron Bushnell immolated himself at the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, explaining “I will no longer be complicit in genocide” and shouting “Free Palestine!” repeatedly as he burned alive. So, his case — unlike many other self-immolations including Gregory Levey, Raymond Moules, Timothy T. Brown, Malachi Ritscher and others — has received some attention. Thus, “Jane Doe” being ignored fits with the usual pattern. Bushnell is the exception — probably because he livestreamed it. See “Ignoring Immolators Lulls the Society to Sleep.”

As Bushnell was burning himself alive, an officer pointed a gun at him, barking orders as if he constituted a threat. A security guard, Michael Harris, sustained injuries working to rescue “Jane Doe” — but there were similarities, where she was actually viewed as a potential threat.

At one point, the police report for “Jane Doe” refers to it as being a case of “arson”.

Much of the media coverage and general discussion of her self-immolation in December focused on if she had done damage. The Atlanta Police Chief said: “We believe this building remains safe, and we do not see any threat here.” The Israeli government released a statement: “It is tragic to see the hate and incitement toward Israel expressed in such a horrific way.”

Police records indicate that they obtained a search warrant and entered an apartment they believed to be associated with “Jane Doe” — initially using a drone:

The drone was able to relay information as to the layout and the belongings inside. After it was deemed "safe" entry was made with bomb technicians. While clearing the apartment no improvised explosive devices were located.

The police report also noted:

During the search a Quran was found in the bedroom along with a [sic] Arabic dictionary and a Hebrew dictionary. The bedroom bookshelf contained books related to fiction and fantasy. A "Drug use for grown ups" book was on the bookshelf as well. Two journals were seized from the bedroom. A thumbdrive was seized from the bedroom as well. A laptop computer was seized from the kitchen counter. A copy of the search warrant was left in the living room of the apartment. The front door [of] the apartment was secured before law enforcement left the premises.

When pressed for more information in compliance with an Open Records Request under Georgia law, Atlanta Fire Rescue Department claimed: “There is an ongoing and active investigation for the incident in question, which is why the only releasable information has been shared via the incident report. Investigative documentation is not available for release until the investigation is closed.”

Baz Headcannons

I'm Baz's wife, so what I say is cannon. How do I know? Baz is my spouse <3 (Og Baz lvr :3)

Baz is a classic music lover; they were built on it. They appreciate the feeling of grace and the way that the music can just take control of things. However they do love the classics, from the 80/90's and you can hear them practically blare heavy metal in their office when doing paperwork. They say it helps them think.

They hate current pop. It's not that they find it disgusting, but rather it doesn't give the same feel as what they grew up listening to. They do like a few songs though. They find Paris Paloma very empowering.

Baz wears white and black gloves all the time.

Their favorite shows are the black and white ones, not that they're old, but they just feel more comforting.

Baz likes floral teas, not really a big fan of coffee or black tea due to their strong taste.

Onto the black and white films, they're hold on to a specific memory of them as a human. The black and white film playing in the background, it was midsummer and just a really hot day to all the windows and doors were open for the breeze to come in, tea was being made, and classical music was playing.

They never were one for comics, but in the 80/90's one of their favorites was the Marvel comics. Specifically Blade.

They don't like cinnamon as a topping, but they like if its added into things like batter or drinks.

They think it's unsanitary for people to drink from the wrist, they actually despise it if the person hadn't washed their hands AND WRISTS before allowing them to feed-

They hate putting in eye contacts, it makes their eyes feel weird

They love classic literature, like Jane Eyre, Pride & Prejudice, any Edgar Allen Poe book (they liked the dark grim poems), The Great Gatsby, Little Women, To Kill a Mockingbird, 1984, The Iliad, etc.

They love architecture, specifically the roman amphitheater. I think if they could've gone back in time for a day, they would love to see a play there, but they know that ppl were treated differently than they are now

I think Baz would love Spider Lillies, and admire them for their meaning

Baz adores talking in flowers, having been a person to write letters (and still does), they tend to add a flower on their wax seal to express secret messages

Baz typically schedules meetings at their clan house, because you never know what ppl can have hidden up their sleeve in their own home.

One rule that they keep with them is that if they would rather stay and fight in their own home than be in the enemy territory with no layout of the land.

OK LONG POST HERE WE GO!!!

i had the absolute privilege of seeing WVU/metropolitan theater ride the cyclone not once, but twice this week (opening and closing nights!!)

and lemme tell ya it was AMAZING. definitely one of my favorite casts/productions i’ve seen. so here’s the thoughts:

number one: it was overall very similar to 2016 original cast!! many of the actions were played very similarly to that one,, but it was also very different. bc script changes (i still miss ricky conceding, love conquers all and oceans line about not knowing/caring abt people in life and regretting it though) but also bc there were puppets. more on that later lol

-the set was AMAZING, here’s a picture i took from today before it started

and going off of that. fuckin look at karnak!!!!! he’s so cool! reminds me of a muppet in the best way lol

-i also swore that virgil was wearing an ‘in case i make it’ by will wood shirt. i don’t actually think he was for a few reasons lol but i do think it was a very similar design fghgfd

-i love the uranium suite choreo so much. ocean put SO MUCH into those little scoop thingys fhsjhd but whenever they Died,, the round and round part,, the choreo looked more like the choreo from way back during waiting for the drop and i LOVE THAT. i miss that song a lot too.

-THEY ALSO DID THE WOO!! BEFORE THE END AND I LOVE THAT TOO!!!!!

OK,, JANE DOE: i love her design in this one. she had pink ribbons on her pigtails and big ole eyelashes and i LOVE HER.

-she also had a comb for her dolly and used it to stab it while she was talking abt the lion thing. it was really funny fhsjhd

-her way of talking was also really cool. she broke off the sentences in different places than what i’ve heard before and just kind of had more of a sort of curious and clueless way about her. it was like “and so. i walk alone and wonder. why?” and just. her <3333 she was so good.

-during oceans little monologue (her speech) before what the world needs,, jane also put her head on constance’s shoulder and just. amazing. it was so funny she’s so sweet fhsjhd

-during the new birthday song (or. after it while they’re all talking) she was also super cute.. like played around w her party hat and ricky’s little xylophone thing he was playing for the song. i just think she’s great fhsjdh

ok back to The Rest,,

-seeing the upop bits was hilarious. like i’ve read them and seen a few performances of it,, but seeing it live was so good fhjshd also constance’s costume had such cute details!! she had rainbow details on her shoes and a couple enamel pins on her pinafore!

-constance and ocean also did their little handshake thing as part of their dance during its just a ride and that made me almost cry too fhsjdh

-they added “prestigious university” into oceans list of Reasons She’s The Best or whatever. it’s funny bc wvu is Not At All That lol hdjshdjs (edit: finally reread the new script and Yes that’s in there but it is still Really funny lol)

-ok what the world needs was so funny. love love love ocean (she’s the worst!!) but this one was like. manic abt it in the best way. her riff at the end was hilarious too. a lot of “ooooh i’m better than youuuu and youuuu and allllll of youuuohooooohohohooooo” it was great. also the turntable was super cool in this show bc it was like a mini stage which helped w levels and stuff too! (another note abt this ocean, she definitely made her own choices but she also rlly reminded me of tiffany which was fun!!)

-this noel was. SO gay. they all are. but This One. GODDAMN!! he was awesome. he did the intro monologue in a much more dramatic way than khobly (still referencing my 2016 thoughts) ..like kholbys version was kinda done like. noel was slightly embarrassed not abt who he was but like,, more so circumstancial stuff if that makes sense? he got excited abt the whole missing teeth thing and all, right. (just to give a reference on how these noels are different!!) this noel was drawn out dramatic through the wholeeeee thing. he was amazing.

-the taco bell picture comes up and mischa’s like hahahhaa the Fuck lol and noel starts like pouting. “what is That” “i was hoping you could tell me” “NO!!☹️” bro sounded like he was bout to cry dhshdh he was so good

-OK THE QUICK CHANGE!! y’all know how he kinda strips in 2016 and Other versions? NOPE THIS ONE WAS ALLLL TEARAWAY!! it happened so fast,, he was like FINE *RIP* and BOOM lingerie. it was incredible. he also wore on of those long fluffy flowy “i just killed my husband for the money” robes. y’all he looked so good

-today was especially great. noel’s lament was insane. i have literally never heard a louder audience for anything. every time he’d do anything people would scream (bc he was fucking killing it) and when he went down to “die” the first time. he just kinda sat and did the little wave to get people to make more noise. it was amazing. i wish i could’ve fuckin videod or some shit bc it was soooo good.

-mischa. mischa bachinski. this guy was perfect for him (i am so sorry i don’t know the actors names by the way). tbh i love when mischa’s short. and bouncy. his rage was a lot of jumping and punching air and just. i loved that for him. TSIA was hilarious as usual, it always is. i really liked how they Made a jet with their arms on that line,,, but TALIA. she was actually an actress on stage and they did the whole dance together and then she ran away on the last OOOOOHHHHHHHHHH and it was SO good wtf. talia Always gets me so this was so exception for sure.

-this entire cast is definitely one of my favorites for sure. but tHIS RICKY IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE ONE EVER. he was incredible y’all. like they all were but. ricky. his choices like. landed SO perfectly every time. “i’m tellin’ you right now, monkeylovedrop! :)” SHIT WAS AMAZING (not to mention i didn’t know abt ricky’s new background in the script so that was also fucking hilarious.)

-not to mention the way he did the very end section of the song the way alex did,, like melody wise?? i LOVE THAT (i just like hearing it that way more lol) so that made me super happy.

-oh and remember how i said there were puppets? i fuckin WISH i could’ve taken a picture of it. the zolarians were cat puppets that came out from the alcoves on the sides of the stage and they were fuckin NEON BLUE AND GREEN with holographic details. no one was ready for that but it was PERFECT DFGHJGFGH

-also the actual sabm costume??? he was glittery and neon and flared pants and heeled boots and neon green cat ears and he LOOKED SO MF GOOD HAHAHAHA

-the energy of the whole fucking show was so amazing. especially today (closing performance). people were cheering through the whole damn thing it was perfect.

-TBOJD: the way she said MY TURN!!! was so cute. it was like !! MY TURNNNN !! all excited and drawn out a little. good for her.

—but mainly. there were 2 things happening here. 1) the actress was AMAZING. i think she also may be one of my favorite janes ever. she did this Thing with her hands at one point,, and i can’t really describe it,, but it was like she was just trying to make sure she could still Feel. and it was rlly cool. 2) MORE PUPPETS!?!?!?! this time it was when the music kicked up,,, the rest of the choir was doing their own sick choreo but there were also uhhh big ass worms among them too. they were actually pretty cool.. big teeth and the way they moved was really fun to watch but it did feel a touch overcrowded at times 🙃

-THE OTHER THING WAS THE FLIGHT!!!!! SHE STILL FLEW!! she didn’t go upside down or spin but the fact she went up as high as she did (like above the spinny thing on the stage part of the set) was incredible. and yes ofc she absolutely MURDERED THOSE HIGH NOTES IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. i was mentally taking notes on her techniques the entire time fhsjhd (fun fact,, after the song today when i cheered/screamed for my applause i did in fact hit the note dhjshd it was a surprisingly supported one too lol)

-sugar cloud: JANE STARTED THE CHOREO AND THEN THEY ALL DID IT AFTER HER <33333 i will always love how sugar cloud is just Them uninhibited. it’s so good that way. this constance was also SO good with the way she did the monologue too. there were a few strong hints of regret but overall it was just Acceptance and moving forward and just hnnnnnnn she was wonderful.

-AND THEN THERE WERE MORE PUPPETS!!!! legit just little blobs of color that danced a little bit too. very cute, very constance fhsjhd my friend said the orange one was her favorite character and stole the show even lol. they were very expressive hfjdh

-there were a LOT of points where the audience were clapping along too and it made me sooooo happy. there was a part in noel’s lament, talia, and sugar cloud and just <333

-another few points that i saw throughout the show,, noel and constance besties. they were always hangin around each other.. same w mischa and constance. she’d make her quips against ocean and mischa’d be like YEAAHHHHHHH!! legit heard constance go-after the upop drugs bit- “yeah! you liked that one!! i’d been working on it for a bit!” <333

-really maybe just noel besties with everyone bc he also gave jane like. a Good hug before she left.. <33

-last thing that had me Dying,, noel also went up to ocean and put his hand on her shoulder and stood real close to her after she made her final vote. and ocean looked at him and leaned into it. and just. the growth from them both for that <3333 they’re so special to me.

-legit i think the only remote criticism i have is that it’s just a ride went SO FUCKING FAST???? like i don’t think y’all are taking enough of a look around at that speed lol.. it just wasn’t enough time to rlly enjoy how good that song is yknow.

overall wvu rtc completely blew me away and i desperately hope SOMEONE has a slime tutorial of it because GODDAMN THAT VERSION WAS GOOD!!! i need more ppl to talk abt it dhjshdj

okay, so it's 2 am. and I Need to make another post about completely inconsequential details in "caligari" that keep me up at night. (I should have figured out I was neurodivergent much longer ago than I did, but here we are.)

so, today I want to talk about the absolute shitfuckery that is the layout of the olsens' house. this has absolutely NOTHING to do with the plot, characters, themes, etc of the film. but the more I think about it, the more it infuriates me, because from what we can see, it makes NO SENSE. there's a simple doylian explanation here in that they had limited sets to make the film, and that of course they had to reuse some. that's fine and all. but NO. I'm watsonian as FUCK. and WE'RE GOING TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. OKAY

so, let's get this out of the way first. the olsens are probably pretty wealthy. we don't really see any mention of class or status in the film, but there are multiple sets for their house, and we can see they likely have servants living with them (assuming the other people in their house aside from jane and her father, and possibly her mother, but we'll get to her later, aren't also members of their family). we can compare this to the sets for francis and alan's houses, which are both much smaller and similar to each other. we can see that francis has at least one other room (there's a door there), but their living spaces don't look super furnished. and look! alan's got a little kerosene lamp in the left-hand corner. keep that detail in mind

okay; so here are all the exterior and interior sets for the olsens' house-

this exterior set is used twice, but with the chairs removed the second time. it's an outdoor courtyard with an open hallway that leads to somewhere inside the house. we can also see a second story above it, so the house has at least two floors-

so first, francis and jane enter from the left side of this set (I'll call it the living room) from the outside of the house, and jane crosses to the right side, where dr. olsen comes in a moment later. so, for now, we can say that the left side of this room leads outside, while the right side leads to another room in the house.

(also, look! an electric light. we see a guy lighting a lamp with a torch earlier, we see a kerosene lamp in alan's house, and then we see an electric light switch being used in the asylum. so how holstenwall stays lit is sort of all over the place, but I think that if the olsens are wealthy and since the asylum is a medical complex, it would make sense for these locations to be prioritized during the advent of electricity. now, does the film actually take place around the advent of electricity, or is holstenwall just a rural location that's getting it later than most people?)

of course, we also see jane's room, and the size of it puts both francis and alan's houses to shame. look how BIG this set is. a lot of it is obscured by the canopy in front of the bed, so we don't get to see everything in the room, but there is a random chair just sort of. there on the floor, so there's that; it is weird that we don't really see anything in jane's room other than a bed and a chair, but if she has more space, maybe she doesn't need any other furniture right there that close to the bed.

we also see this small room with these two guys. they're in the house, and because they're sharing a room, maybe it's possible that they're servants? we also see a woman and dr. olsen enter jane's room shortly after they do, which could mean two things- either the woman is dr. olsen's wife and they're coming from the same room, or this could be another servant with her own room apart from the men.

we get back to the living room set, and once again, francis enters and exits the set from the left, while this other woman (likely a different woman from the one in the previous image) who's already in the house comes in through the right.

so, at least this room is consistent.

but do you know what ISN'T?

Remember that hallway outside the courtyard? how come earlier, we saw it lead to the living room, but when cesare enters it, he winds up outside jane's window, which is presumably on the second story of the house, as he's able to get to the rooftops from there?? HOW DID HE GET THERE. WHY DOES THAT HALLWAY LEAD TO TWO DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE HOUSE

so, we see it with chairs outside at first, and then without chairs. this is presumably so conrad veidt doesn't trip over them or whatever. but for a watsonian explanation, what is going on?? are they actually just two identical hallways on different sides of the house in-universe? or did cesare somehow wander into the living room and somehow end up outside jane's window afterwards? does the hallway lead to two different areas? how did he get to a second-story window while sleepwalking in the first place? HOW DOES THIS WORK

to be clear. by no means am I "cinemasins-ing" things. I love this movie to an unhealthy degree and this by no means hampers my appreciation for it. but because I love it way too damn much, I think way too hard about shit like this because after you've interpreted the characters and themes and stuff a zillion different ways, you gotta do something with that hyperfixation energy

28. surprising them with their favourite treat

Let's do it! I am an ancient New England grandma when it comes to my taste in candy, so I'm pretending Maura is, too. Here we are:

Jane steps out of her unmarked and into the blistering heat of the Market Basket parking lot over off of School Street, her car one of a few dozen here on a Thursday afternoon. She slams the driver’s side door, too, just for good measure. She pops her gum, chewing with her lips closed like she’s got an attitude, because she fucking does.

She’s also got an interview over by BHCC in Charlestown, and that’s why she picked this Market Basket, even though the whole reason she’s here is fucking Hope Martin. Maura’s unhinged biological mother is back in town, and had intercepted Jane this morning in front of her apartment building because Maura isn’t returning her calls. Jane had shut her down as politely as possible, all while wanting to call her a fuckin’ kidney-robbin’ cunt, but she’d held strong.

Not that she didn’t call her a fuckin’ kidney-robbin’ cunt the whole way here. Jane flips her aviators up onto the top of her head when she marches through the automatic doors, and prepares to stomp through her entire trip, but something about the air conditioning and the familiar smell of sheet cake calms her. Well, calms her just enough to pull the bat outta hell back in, at least for the sake of the other shoppers around her. And she thinks about making a left for the bakery and getting Maura a whole-ass cake, but she doesn’t want to get distracted, either. 

Hope is in town, which means Maura’s a mess, which means impromptu movie night. Most of the time, Maura likes to pull out the mixed nuts, the dried fruit, and the organic, stove-popped popcorn for their movies, but today calls for the big guns.

Maura would never admit it, but when she’s really down, processed sugar is the only thing that’ll do. That’s why Jane’s here, unbeknownst to Maura, and not at the Whole Foods down the street. She weaves through a couple old ladies and a mom with her two kids under two, swooping up a hand basket on her way, and scans the store layout for the penny candy endcap. 

Right there, on aisle two next to the prepackaged meats like hot dogs and bacon, sits the penny candy in all its glory. Late one night, after Constance’s first visit, Jane had dragged Maura to the store closest to her North End neighborhood and showed her exactly how to scoop all that old school goodness into a plastic bag for maximum satisfaction. Even now, Jane smiles to herself, big and pleased, because she’s got eyes on Maura’s favorites: the licorice bits, the butterscotch, and the bit-o-honeys. And Maura would never, ever, ask for this stuff, because doing so would defile her good girl, all-organic image, but Jane knows what Maura needs.

And tonight, Maura needs candy. Good, old-fashioned, bulk candy. 

So, she gets to scooping: a bag of each, because Maura doesn’t like them to touch, and then a couple bags of peppermint patties and jelly citrus slices for herself. Which character from any media would you like to have as a father? 

Sean Maguire from Good Will Hunting (i.e., Robin Williams's character). Maybe not a very exciting or fun answer, and there's probably a lot of reasons to not pick him, but he just seems to be an extraordinarily good man who wants to help people get to a better place in their own lives, who is trying his hardest to get through the day to day, made some mistakes, loved his wife very much, and can make people who are really going through it still manage to laugh and see the world in a new perspective.

If money, laws, time, and effort were no object, what animal would you want to have?

Dragon is a hell of a good answer @michellemisfit, but if money and time and help were no object but I think I'd be intimidated by that (also I wouldn't know what to feed it!) I think I'd want either a highland cow (because once I got to pet one and it licked me and followed me around and I loved him) or a horse, because I think they're neat.

What is your Chinese takeout order? 

General Tso's Chicken, crab rangoon if they have it, steamed spring rolls.

Would you rather have a library, greenhouse, or home theater in your house?

I was going to say library, but honestly? I might pick a greenhouse. A place that's filled with plants that I can go listen to music to even in wintertime and be warm and surrounded by nature? I think I'm going to have to pick the greenhouse.

What childhood tv show do you think of the most fondly?

Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, Power Puff Girls, and the old Pokemon tv show with Brock, Misty, and Ash.

What was your tumblr like when you first joined?

I had a shared computer with the entire house as a kid, so I did not have a tumblr then. I only saw it occasionally because I was a nerdfighter and saw fishingboatproceeds (and heard about the drama of that later). It wasn't until a couple years ago that I got a tumblr, so, not all that different to now. My tumblr was a pitiful attempt at being a writing blog, but I got more interested in fandom pursuits instead. Some things have stayed the same, though, like having an obscure icon lol.

What clothing style do you love but don't feel compelled to replicate yourself?

Dark feminine academia. Black ribbons in the hair, the plaid pleated skirts with the ripped nylons or the smoke color pleated pants, the black mary janes, the cranberry or bourbon or navy colored sweaters with the collared shirt poking out underneath, the neat dark nail polish, the dark lipped makeup. I always think it looks really cool, but a) a ribbon is going to just become a mess in my hair, b) that particular brand of feminine style and color palette rarely looks good on me, and c) seems like a lot of freaking effort that I'm not willing to put in.

If you were plopped into a fictional world, which one would you know the layout of the best?

I know the Legend of Zelda: BOTW map pretty well. The Glade in the Maze Runner is pretty simple so I think I'd know it pretty well, but I do not want to be there lmao.

What is your favorite piece of art? 

This is a really hard question, um. I do love art, my brain provides things like Claude Monet or seaside paintings, but I'm going to be honest, I'm always more enchanted by the architecture of things and places -- I love to do "urban hiking". One of the most amazing places I ever got to explore was Radio City Music Hall in New York City. I learned a lot about why they designed the interior areas the way they did, and it was just such an amazing experience.

Do you have a water bottle? what does it look like?

Yes! I have a yellow one with a bunch of stickers of places I've been.

What fanfic trope is a quiet fave?

It's not even quiet for me -- character A is injured and character B patches them up. I love it.

Do you carry a daily bag? what does it look like? what's the weirdest thing in it?

I've got two. A burgundy faux-leather-looking bag for when I need to carry a bunch of stuff and look professional, such as files, a water bottle, my laptop, and other personal belongings. Otherwise I have an old thrifted purse made of green corduroy and a button with an engraved hummingbird on it that perfectly fits my laptop and my journal and one book. Attached to it is a small pouch I was given by a friend that I put my headphones case into.

If you had to ship Mickey with another Gallagher, who would it be?

I'm a fan of enemies to lovers, lol, so I would probably explore a Mickey/Lip dynamic. Also the amount of sarcasm and actually the frightening capabilities the two would have together would be fascinating.

What is a fanfic trope you didn't expect to like and then very much did?

I actually love post-sex scenes, particularly like aftercare scenes. I was not expecting that.

Do you think s11 Mickey can still carry s11 Ian?

Yup. I kind of think Mickey would make a show of it every time Ian feels weird about his own body, he would pick him up and show Ian he's still his lumbering ginger boy.

Who got custody of the killing bat when they sold the house?

@lingy910y's Mickey and Carl fighting over the bat is GOLD, but I also see Ian quietly grabbing the baseball bat and handing it to Debbie while they're arguing for actual purposes of "I want you to have this and stay safe wherever you are."

Anyways, I really like the cast recording for some reason? I think it's interesting. I do prefer the shows layout overall but I think the way they've recorded it is really interesting?

It doesn't give too much away about the show so you're still getting the full experience when you watch it since you still have no clue what's gonna crack off (Jane being respawned, literally 90% of the jokes, all their stories). It means everything still hits when you watch the real show for the first time.

But at the same time, it has some absolutely banging lines in it that I'm pretty sure aren't actually in the show (Eventually you will resign yourself to sitting through this talking part multiple times, Weeping openly in the fetal position, one step closer to that realisation that free will is just a fridge magnet. And we live briefly in a cold, unfeeling, deterministic universe in an abandoned warehouse called Time.

I think it's over disliked tbh. It's not that bad. Sure it does have its flaws, but it's still amazing. If I had to criticise it, I'd have to critique the lack of... fall fair suite? Is that it? The bit where they're singing about how that ride didn't seem safe at all. It's also safe to say it doesn't covey the character all that well, but that can be seen as a good thing too. More epic surprises for when you watch the show!

It's just a silly lil recording yall, you don't have to like it obviously, but I've seen some people who really really don't like it and that's sad because it's so funky??

New day, new cutaway!

The next thing I'm going to be working on is a cutaway for the autopsy room, the same story as my previous two pieces. Obviously there won't be anything grotesque, but it will be a much colder piece and somewhat scarier in comparason with the antique store. For now I am taking references from episode 3 of "The Cabinet of Curiosities" by Guillermo del Toro (I loved the set), the game "The Mortuary assistant", "The autopsy of Jane Doe" and "IZombie". Let's see if I can think of something else! I'm open for suggestions.

In the meantime, I never show my first sketches (specially the ones I do for the layout) but since you guys are so cool, this is what they look like.
