istg, sometimes, it's like you have your hand shoved in a jar, and you're holding onto the cookie trying to get it out. the opening is too small for you to pull out your hand while it's holding onto the cookie, so you're shouting to everyone that you can't get it, it's not happening for you, why does everyone else have a cookie but you don't, how do you get a cookie, how many times to you have to tug and try and what method did you use to get the cookie.

when if you would just let go of the cookie and pull out your hand, you'd see that the opening is big enough to just drop it right into your palm.

there's no having it in the 3D vs. having it in the 4D. read that again.

there is only YOU. reality is nothing but your perception of self. it's all just YOU here. there's nothing else going on, no other outside forces happening here. perception of self = experience of self = reality. you either perceive yourself as the one who has it or the one who doesn't have it. so, let GO of your old perception of self (the self who doesn't have what you want) and open your palm to receive a new perception, and identify with your ideal.

expand your object permanence. just because you don't see your phone with your physical eyes every second of the damn day doesn't mean you don't know it's yours.

when you identify as god—the undivided one—you recognize that you are one with everything that could ever possibly exist because you ARE all things. the physical—including this fleshy meat suit and the mind/personality associated with it—is literally nothing but limitation. why are you asking your limitations to reveal to you the limitless?

this is why i always recommend meditation, and fine, you can go ahead and moan and groan and bitch about it all you want. i have audhd, btw. so, don't even try to pull that shit with me. even just taking 15 SECONDS to close your eyes and be aware of the thoughts passing through your mind (watch them), the sensation of your breath rising and falling, and any emotions present in the body will help you see that you're not the body/thoughts/feelings: YOU ARE THE ONE WATCHING THESE.

and to THIS SELF, there's no difference between watching the physical and watching the imaginal because its all imagination to your (I AM) awareness. your imagination isn't "inside" you. your body and physical mind are inside your imagination: THE BIG MIND.

but whatever, if you keep insisting that the physical world is the only reality, then you're going to continue to see and experience nothing but separation and limitation, and if that's how you want to experience self, fine by me. keep reading the onion every day and calling it Truth. but don't be surprised when nothing has changed because you refuse to choose a new way to perceive yourself and reality.

None of Rubyn's many antennas and devices at Mos Verdantis was able to establish a connection to the Boys deep in space. She was so worried. But at least she could track the ship. Great A'Tuin was still on her designated route to Batuu. But the ship flies on autopilot, so that doesn't tell her anything about the wellbeing of the Boys...

It's Albaleyh's ship, so Rubyn decided to call her. Maybe she has an idea.

Not the best time for a call, though. Albaleyh is stressed beyond measure. She'd been sent on another diplomatic mission and had to take Seon Mi and Joon Gi with her. The kids are depressed more than ever because aside from their father being captured and taken from them, their beloved pet went missing a while ago.

So when Rubyn's call came in, she was just trying to get B.D's kids to eat, which they refused... as so often. Albaleyh really hopes these are some good news for once...

She went over to answer Rubyn's call. Albaleyh: "Please tell me they found him!"

Rubyn: "Eh... not - yet. How are you doing? Are the kids ok so far?"

Albaleyh told Rubyn about their misery. Albaleyh: "I don't know what to do anmore. They are acting so weird." Rubyn: "Weirder than when they planned to steal that TIE Fighter? Or when they helped repairing B.D's shuttle? Or when they tried to get the password from the First Order for the Gas Platform?" Albaleyh huffed a laugh, even though she doesn't feel like laughing: "They'd been always weird, huh? Like their father. Ach, I miss him nevertheless. But they are so quiet. At the moment, they are reading!"

Rubyn: "Oh no... I will tell the Boys to double their efforts. When I'm able to reach them again, that is. Say, do you have any idea what to do when the communication system of a... eh ... big ship is - kind of broken?" Albaleyh sighed: "A big ship like Great A'Tuin? You've lost contact to them?" Rubyn: "Don't worry. Great A'Tuin is still on her way. Just thought..." Rubyn told Albaleyh in which sector the Boys currently are. Albaleyh put Rubyn on hold and checked the whereabouts of her contacts. Albaleyh: "Rubyn? Mr Kim is near them. I'll send him over to check on them." Rubyn: "Oh my, thank you! I'm sure they are fine and they are going to bring him back, hm?" Albaleyh wasn't so sure. Why had she agreed to this crazy mission?What could those Boys do what she couldn't? She knew that's not fair to them. Her diplomatic hands are tied, she can do nothing for B.D.

She went over to the kids. Seon Mi missed her dad - and now their pet too. She was crying again. Joon Gi: "Is he dead?" Albaleyh sighed, there was no use lying to them: "Ach, no. But the possibilities of rescuing him just furter decreased. I never should have trusted Rubyn with those Boys. How are they supposed to bring your father back when they have no experience, never been at a space ship? They can't even deal with a broken communication device..."

Joon Gi looked at his sister: "Never tell me the odds. He will come back." Albaleyh just wished they acted more like other kids. She never knows how to deal with them - or how to comfort them. And she wished they'd watch less Star Wars movies...

John Lennon's India Bracelets

GURU DEVA BRACELETS These bracelets were worn by John during and after his trip to India in February 1968 to visit and study with the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at his International Academy of Meditation in Riskikeshi, where Guru Deva was one of the teachers. During the visit, John, his wife Cynthia and the other Beatles plus their partners were given the mantra 'jai guru dev om' to use in their daily meditations and John later used it in the song 'Across the Universe' which appeared on The Beatles' Let It Be album. The Beatles first met the Maharishi in Bangor, North Wales on August 25, 1967, two days before their long-time manager Brian Epstein was found dead at his London home. Later, disillusioned with the Maharishi, John would say, "We believe in meditation, but not the Maharishi and his scene. But that's a personal mistake we made in public," before adding, "I don't know what level he's on but we had a nice holiday in India and came back rested to play businessmen."

Somebody asked him what he meant exactly, and he said, 'You know… out… like on a road tour when you leave for the next town.' "I arranged a special cake for George, with white icing and pink flowers and an Indian greeting — 'Jai Guru Deva' — written across the top in gold letters. Then I bought a bundle of fireworks [in Rishikesh’s town center] and some streamers, balloons ad so forth. Earlier on I had bought an Indian banjo as my own gift to George. The weather was good on the day itself so we were able to have an outdoor party. Pattie wore a lovely yellow sari for the occasion. We put decorations up in the trees and everyone had garlands of flowers to put round George’s neck. In fact he disappeared beneath a colorful and flowery mountain of garlands before we’d finished! Then there was the special surprise of the evening — at the suggestion of the others I’d organized a band local Indian musicians and a singer to perform at the party. Maharishi made a nice little speech about George, presented his gift and then we got down to letting off the fireworks and listening to music. Pattie’s birthday was just as much of a fun occasion. Everyone was only too willing to join in a bit of a party. Pattie had another huge cake (they were all a bit like pease pudding but tasted great!) with nine or ten candles. How to worship?

This knowledge is acquired by me from my Jyotish Gurus and reading about authentic saints. I wanted to share with you all. I will be glad to receive your input in comment section as well.

What is the best method of Worship?

There are many ways to reach to God. But, as I heard from different scholars, bhakti is the easiest way. The advice I got is to start with Jaap. You don't have to chant complicated sanskrit mantras in the beginning. Just chanting naam jaap like 'om namah shivay' Or 'om namo narayanay' or 'Jai raam Shri raam Jai jai raam' is enough. Keep chanting the name of God as much as possible. And there is no restriction for naam jaap. You can even chant while eating or even laying down on bed. My jyotish guru told me to chant at least 1000 times 'om namah shivay' in a day. I do as much as possible everyday.

Whom should I chant?

You can chant any main deity. There are many deities in Hinduism such as Shiva, Vishnu, Raama, Krishna, Veerabhadra, Kali, Kartikeya and many more. If you belong to Smaartha tradition, worshipping Shiva, Vishnu, Ganapati, Surya, Durga is necessary. They have the power to guide you to towards moksha.

Should you worship if you have a modern lifestyle?

This is an important question I had. Because I used to eat meat and consume alcohol. I went to bars and pubs with my friends and teammates. I told the same to my jyotish guru. I also explained my high sexual urge. I have lots of kinks and fetishes as well. So I was doubting myself worthy of worshipping. He advised me to continue chanting as much as possible despite the bad habits. Through devotion, our negativity will reduce. He also told me that consuming meat is more harmful than drinking alcohol for saadhana. So.. At any stage, don't think that you are unworthy of doing worship. God loves everyone and everyone is standing at different level in their spiritual progress. Raam naam jaap turned a thief into great sage valmiki. This is the greatness of Lord's name. So never quit worshipping at any stage.

Should you do Ugra devta upasana?

I came across some people who criticize ugra devta upasana such as worshipping of Veerabhadra, Kaali or Narasimha. It is important to understand that every God has their importance. We should choose God to worship according to our liking. Ugra devtas are needed for protection and they are no lesser. We hindus are taught to be humble and meek. But extreme level of non-violence leads to slavery. Most of the greatest Hindu warriors were Ugra devta upasakas. I personally think Kshaatra dharma should be revived in Hinduism considering the kind of threat Sanatanis face everyday. So Ugra devta upasana is as auspicious as other type of Upasanas.

Should you choose Ishta deva?

Even shri Ramakrishna paramahamsa advised to choose ishta deva. His ishta dev was maa kali. Isht deva upasa is helpful in focussing more on what you like and bhakti develops over time. I personally like lord Shiva more. I chant his name alot. It's not necessary to have ishtdev in the beginning but you might get attracted to a deity eventually.

Respect for other paths

Never criticize other paths of worship. There are left hand paths of worship in Hinduism which follows tantric methods. It shouldn't be criticised and they have a place in Hinduism. Hinduism accepts atheists as well as charvakaas. Even shri adi shankaraachaary did not condemn pashubali(animal sacrifice). So one shouldn't condemn balipratha. Many archaryas spoke in favor of it. Panchamakara is also allowed in Tantric rituals. These are madya (alcohol), māṃsa (meat), matsya (fish), mudrā (grain), and maithuna (sexual intercourse). Panchamakara shouldn't be criticised and it's valid in Tantric paths. They are not done for pleasure seeking but it's a part of Tantric ritual.

These are the advices I got from elders and scholars. Happy to receive any input.
