once saw someone saying that saera was the worst treated out of all of jaehaerys’s daughters, the bush administration really did leave some children behind
#personal#like first of all no because what happened to daella was literally horrifying#second of all the saera thing only becomes disproportional right at the end#saera getting appropriately reprimanded because she was getting people to verbally and physically torment that fool for no reason?#that's normal parenting#jaehaerys getting angry because she then started spouting off about how she should get three boyfriends cuz MAEGOR had six wives?#completely understandable maegor usurped his brother married and likely raped his sister#and then oh yeah had jaehaerys's other brother *tortured to death* specifically because he wanted to punish jaehaerys#like shit if my uncle did all that and then my kid started treating him like no big deal and an acceptable excuse for being a bully#i'd probably flip my lid too#and of course the book kinda takes place to point out that then saera decided she was gonna steal a whole dragon#and then that's where jaehaerys goes over the line and acts bastardly#and even then again i say: daella. what he did with daella was unforgivable
