Zeke is probably the kind of brother who brags about anything Eren does no matter if he hates it, like, he cant stop himself from telling anyone who can listen about how his little brother is the best.

I feel that any if the situation was calm and everything, all of the warriors and any member of the marleyan military would have seen Eren's baby photos, and heard a few retellings of how he believed in the stork story for way too long.

Not to mention Eren's friends, Jean probably takes advantage of Zeke's enthusiasm to get any embarrassing information about Eren and makes fun of him relentlessly until Eren went to his mom and found out how Jean botched his haircut once and refused to get out of the house for a week after it.

Snk 134 thoughts, pt 2: Eren and Zeke, Titan puppets

Second part, way less philosophical, about what we saw in the latest chapter.

The more the story goes on, the more I’m convinced Eren has no, or little, free will: he’s far from the freedom he chased and desired all his life, and again his new titan form:

As I said before, he doesn’t look onward, head down, body attached through thin strings to the bigger part, and it looks like Eren could fall down from the upper bones in every moment.

But he’s not only one far from freedom, and with a weird body, controlled by strings as a puppet with no will.

After many chapters, we meet Zeke again; or rather, his manipulated titan.

I was shocked when I saw the Beast Titan forming from one of the biggest bones: is this how the eight titans generated from the first Founding Titan?

And that’s when I noticed a detail, which could mean something: the number of high bones in the centre spine of Eren’s upper body.

I’m wondering if from each big bone Eren (or whoever - whatever is acting on his behalf) could create one of the main Titans; could he create the Warhammer? The Attack Titan? 

Does this mean  Zeke is completely lost and subjugated to Eren now? 

Did Eren eat Zeke?

Armin’s question is exactly what’s been in my mind for many chapters: Eren may look like a puppeteer, controlling and moving Zeke as a puppet, but is he actually free? What’s so free in the rumbling he’s doing now?
