No because you're so right. It doesn't matter how long the two of you have been together, he does NOT like it when you talk to other people for too long.

You've been talking with Bradley for five minutes now, and of COURSE Jake knows there's nothing to worry about, but that doesn't mean he likes when your attention is on anyone other than him. He'd walk across the room, calmly so as not to attract too much attention, sidle up right next to you, knocking your fingers with his before placing that same hand around your shoulder in a bid to steer you away.

"If you'll excuse us," he says curtly to Bradley, staring the other man down, daring him to object, "I have some urgent business to discuss with my wife."

Bradley let's out a guffaw as Jake leads you away to the other side of the room, making a point to stare straight ahead as you look at him incredulously.

"What was so important that you had to pull me away from my conversation?" You scowl at him once the two of you are tucked away in a corner. Jake smirks at you, running his knuckles over his cheeks as he gazes at you fondly.

"Have I told you how beautiful you look tonight, darlin'?" He whispers. You arch a brow at him.

"Yes," you huff, "several times. In fact, it always seems to be when I'm paying attention to someone other than yourself."

Jake pouts at you, giving you an imploring look. "I just miss you when you aren't beside me."

"Jacob, please."

Carol Cutshall, the costume designer for interview with the vampire, is going over Lestat’s Mardi Gras costume on IG. She explained his vibe as masculine and feminine and that he was “everything to everyone”. Im getting giddy just imagining how much justice she is going to do for his season 3 rockstar persona.
