Okay so I've binger The Artful Dodger in a day, and I'm so in love with this show. I've started rewatching it as soon as I finished.

Anyways, a thing I noticed that makes me screech because it's cute is that Belle's last name is Fox. Now, in the french version of Oliver Twist, Jack's nickname is translated as Le Renard, which means the fox.

They're LINKED. I don't know if it was intentional but I LOVE IT. And if we don't have season 2 with the two of them being happy and in love I will RIOT.

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible voice acting for TADC because I feel like it gets overlooked when compared to the visual effects.

Specifically I want to say what an absolutely amazing performance by Lizzie Freeman and Jack Hawkins in ep 2. Obviously the writing was great, but THEY are the reason that scene with Pomni and Gummigoo made me so emotional. Like WOW.

Also a shout out to Sean Chiplock, Kinger sounds so tender for that brief moment he’s lucid enough when he reassures Ragatha. I can’t wait to get more moments between the two of them.

I'm watching 'No Highway In The Sky' (1951) and it's very fun. So far we've got surprise Jack Hawkins, one of my favourite actors, alongside Jimmy Stewart playing a deeply autistic aircraft engineer, and a lot of technical talk which I am surprised to understand. I started this on the basis of some screenshots by @alter-koker (excuse the tag!) showing a full kitchen and ridiculous flight deck layout that I wanted to dunk on but it's actually quite good so far...only seventeen minutes in, though.
