You know after reading and reading and reading peoples theories and the meta from before the spn finale aired and the meta writers reactions to the finale I think I have a theory of my own. We don't have any answers tho, so this is pure speculation. If you wanna add something to support or discredit any of this that's cool but there's too many things floating around. Know I dont have proof for this conclusion at all. A lot of what I say is just guesses based on previous facts.

This all came together in my head when I realized how much this finale REEKS of the original producers and who the show was originally for. It REEKS of Robert Singer. Like if the execs started saying they didn't want it, Robert Singer was the one pushing that the story was about the brothers. That kinda thing.

Then, I was thinking of the problems in this episode and it struck me these are all of Supernatural biggest issues and to be honest all of it feels completely deliberate.

Take the sexism for example, Supernatural in it's later seasons largely out grew this, we have Jody, Rowena, Donna, Charlie, Mary, Claire (and even a wayward sisters pilot with MORE women/girls) all making regular appearances. They're mainly good characters and mostly aren't there to hurt our boys. Rowena, of course, is the one outlier being very about herself but it's clear she still cares for them, I mean its part of her development. But they're all real, with character flaws just like everyone else. (And we have Death too and she was POC 😭 THANK GOD)

Now look at the earlier half of Spn, we have Ellen and Jo, who's appearances were far in between. There's Bela in season 3, recurring for quite a bit (5 eps), but she is a character that is only there for herself, definitely not found family (unlike Ellen & Jo), and she's got more episodes in season 3 than Ellen and Jo in season 2 who aren't seen again til season 5. The "fans" send in hate mail after hate mail to try to get these characters off, and eventually they are. Then there's Ruby who's character stayed for a whole two seasons and was a largely recurring character. Why does she get to say so long? She's a plot device. She's supposed to be there to betray Sam. She has to stay (plus Jared obviously likes her). But she's not just a character the writers like writing about. Same with Lilith. Obviously not as recurring but still a plot device. Did they get hate mail tho? You can bet on it. Why? because tHeY'rE gOnNa PuSh ThE bOyS (Dean and Sam) aPaRt ThE sHoW iS aBoUt ThE bOyS oNlY. Without even thinking about the hate mail, just notice how large the difference is from how women are seen in the earlier seasons to the later seasons. Misha got tons of hate mail too for being a character that could split up the boys (probably only being allowed to say because he a man, thanks sexist producers and execs).

Only after Castiel was killed off and then Castiel fans successfully (thank you guys) got him back on the show did the hate mail largely simmer, which means female character's were allowed to stay! Which has lead us to a show with a good amount of female characters. But can you imagine having to kill characters off time and time again because people keep complaining that the show is "only about the boys." Fun times really.

So now we get to this final and we see sexism. But it wasn't just the plain old regular sexism you find in the earlier days of spn. Because now, there ARE women to talk about, talk to. But this episode was DESOLATE women wise, unless they were used for plot (which is also sexist!). Small scenes, they're barely there. Women gets her tongue cut out. Random women from s1 gets killed. Sam doesn't SPEAK of Eileen. Nothing. No mention of any female characters from the boys mouths unless they were from/in this episode itself. That's WIERD. I know we've all said it. But that goes beyond forgetting about characters. I mean its SAM'S GIRLFRIEND for Christ's sake. There is NO REASON they couldn't have said Eileen's name. Notice how Sam's wife is just... faceless. This is literally an age old sexist trope. Like... one of the things about bringing Mary back to life for s12+ is that it takes this trope... of basically a generic mother, and gives her life and feelings, whether you like them or not, they're real feelings. They said Mary isn't just a mom she's a person. Mary's existence in the later half of spn is to fix this kind of female tropes that fall upon her character, to not let these her stay a 2 dimensional character. They said we should know she's more than just the mom who tried to save her kid. Do that is the exact opposite of Sam getting a nameless, faceless wife. The sexism of the old spn wasn't just brought back, it was completely amplified. It wasn't just accidental or some exec "fixing" the story it was DELIBRATE. Whoever wrote that, didn't do ALL OF THAT by accident. Because an exec or a producer who doesn't see the flaws in old supernatural isn't going to write it that deliberately.

Let's bring it back to s10 when Charlie was killed (singer was mainly to blame). Dead in the bathtub, age old classic of burying ur gays. If you were here you know people never let Supernatural live that down. THEY KNOW what bury ur gays means. Hell, Robbie Thompson left because of Charlie's death and you think the writers don't know what it means? I mean both Bobo Berens (especially) and Steve Yockey's careers are centered around LGBT+ storytelling and you think they don't know? They know. They know.

And Dean wasn't just apart of the bury your gays trope, it is so far BEYOND that. Dean being killed on a rusty nail/screw, the tongues ripped out, things that seemed to be meant for other people. Jensen's acting in the last two episodes was giving us "DEAN RECIPROCATES" but no one ever actually saying it. I think it's clear that Dean was killed for being Bi. They didn't address it for a reason, they just silenced him. His narrative was supposed to be about letting him be HIM for the first time, to say what his feelings are instead of having them miscommunicated, and instead of doing that, they just silenced him. And the more we look at this scene the more horrific it gets. The more it's a complete slap in the face and it's supposed to be. Some guy who knows nothing about the LGBT can't write a scene this horrific.

Some guy who knows nothing about Dean couldn't write a scene that deconstructs all of Dean's character development and gives Dean his worst nightmare. I MEAN DEAN WANTED TO LIVE HIS LIFE! THEY DIDNT HIDE THAT JOB APPLICATION (or whatever job related thing that was) IN THERE FOR SHITS AND GIGGLES THEY WANT YOU TO KNOW THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SITUATION. Dean isn't Barney from HIMYM. If you watched HIMYM then you'll know Barney went from being a stereotypical ladies man and treating women terribly to being in love with a women and treating her right and working hard for it. The last episode of HIMYM (why its so bad) Barney's character development is thrown out and he's back to being a stereotypical ladies man. You don't need to know Barney's character very much to do that.

To kill Dean during a hunt his father never finished, to not have anyone at his funeral, to have Dean die young like his life didn't matter. Those are Dean's worst fears and you'd only truly know that if you watched the gin episode in s3, where they are basically laid out for you. You HAVE to know Dean's character to tear him apart like this.

This episode took all the core elements of the show and did a complete 180° the name of the episode itself is "Carry on" and Dean and Sam very much did not carry on. Sam grieving his entire life so that he good get to heaven and see Dean again. Dean being ready to live his life, despite the enormous pitfalls and learning to love himself only to be killed. "Family don't end with blood." Um.... it did in that episode either literally with Dean's death or you know BECAUSE NONE OF THEIR FOUND FAMILY WAS THERE. Not Jack, Not Cas, Not Eileen, Not Donna, Not Charlie, Not Jody, Not Claire... on and on we go. No one was there, nobody was even mentioned. Dean's funeral, no one even called that we know of. It was just Sam and Dean. Sam and Dean. And Bobby. Don't forget Bobby. But yeah Sam and Dean.

That's what the show is about right, the brothers.

Except it's not anymore. It hasn't been for years.

Cas not being there was deafening but it brought us to a major point. Becky. Becky's telling us about the terrible ending.

And many of us are wondering why would they literally tell us this is the worst ending and then... make it the ending.

Now before we move on, it very apparent many of you think Dabb doesn't ship Deancas. And Dabb doesn't care about the characters.

Say what you will about any plot holes in his writing, the point he is VERY GOOD at writing the characters, and giving us good ones.

Why do we know Dabb ships Deancas? (ill say when its cowrote, other wise its not) cowrote ep 8.02 - purgatory "I prayed to you, Cas, every night" "Cas, Buddy, I need you." "I have a price on my head, and I've been trying to stay one step ahead of them, to – to keep them away from you." 8.08 Hunteri Heroici - Cas helps them hunt! 😊❤ Dean & Cas have a serious convo about why Cas doesn't want to see/go to heaven. 8.22 Dean's mad at Cas. Sam's explanation of why Dean should be easy on Cas: "It's Cas." Dean then points out how he'd knife anybody else if they did what Cas did. 9.10 - Cas comforts Dean when Dean can't take seeing Sam (Gadreel) being tortured anymore. Also tons of Cas. 9.20 (bloodlines) - Canonical couple parallel "I was there, where were you" 9.22 The angels make Cas choose between them and killing Dean and he "gave up an entire army for one guy" 10.09 Claire's reintroduction. Cas heavy ep. DeanCas date. 10.22 THE PRISONER - u know the ep where Dean beats the shit out of Cas but loves him enough to not kill him.

We COULD keep going but I think I've made my point. If Robert Singer is the guy that is like "the show is about Sam and Dean only" Andrew Dabb is the DeanCas shipper. And you could even say a Cas stan.

Notice! How in s13 for SEVEN episodes we have a story that revolves around Dean's grief about losing Cas. Notice! How often the stories in all these seasons have a focus on their relationship. THAT is Andrew Dabb. If it weren't for him doing that, we wouldn't be able to easily say after Dean's lack of a response to Cas' confession, that Dean reciprocates.

To me, when I was (binge) watching s12 for the first time, I thought damn this is really got a lot of DeanCas. So I went to look at who was in charge, who was writing. I saw Andrew Dabb, associated him with Deancas episodes, saw all the new writers, Bobo, and then I saw that Yockey is known for same sex stories and it clicked. Dabb assembled a team to give us Destiel. THAT WAS IN SEASON 12!!!!!!!!

The amount of people saying he's homophobic flabbergast me. Open your eyes! That isn't what's going on.

Imagine making a show and trying to right all the wrongs of Supernatural. Imagine trying to write the greatest love story ever told and you have the entire season planned out for it to end off beautifully, it may possibly be your greatest achievement when it's done and then boom. someone comes in and tells you you aren't allowed to make Dean bi or make destiel endgame, after he was most probably already given the go ahead.

Sure. You could imply he's bi or into cas still in a way. Still make nice-ish ending. just give everyone what the kinda want.

Or you could scrap the last season, nothing close to a canonical bisexual Dean Winchester or Deancas endgame in site. People can be done with it be happy with the show, continue to live their lives in ignorance as to how close they were to Canon destiel.

OR you can lead everyone to the very closest you can get them to what you were aiming for and then show everyone the ugly truth and reality. Light it all on fire. Burn the show to the ground in your wake. Try your darnedest to making these people's (the people saying no) pockets suffer. Show us, the audience, what happened. Show us what this show really is.

I've seen people talk about the ending being changed during covid but I dont think that happened. I think what happened was Dabb already had this season planned out before it even started. Obviously the details were wobbly but it was all lead up to this ending. Destiel endgame, Canon Bisexual Dean, whatever it was. They were ready to write the greatest love story ever told and then someone shut it down.

Imagine the pain that must have caused them to be told no when they already said yes. They must have been so excited to give this to us.

I think someone (some producers) told him what this show is "really" about. The brothers. Can you imagine, after being told no, some kinda bullshit like this is said to you: "Why aren't you bringing it back to the brothers, Andrew? that's what the shows about. What with all this homosexual stuff, you know the audience won't like that. Not really." Imagine the original producers pushing this kind of view on you. "You know when we started it was Sam and Dean. It should end with Sam and Dean." That kinda sounds like someone huh? huh.

So why give us a nice acceptable finale, when you can take every problem Supernatural's had either up front or behind the scenes and create a finale so incredibly bad that people don't want to watch it anymore.

Someone made a good point about how Sam was originally supposed to be the main focus (this isn't to put any hate on Sam or Jared). Dean and Sam are the main characters but Sam was supposed to be the focus and for Dean to have become the focus, must have annoyed the producers because... well here we are. They wouldn't listen to Jensen. The producers liked this ending. Jensen's opinion didn't matter to them.

In some ways, if this is really what happened, it can be seen as childish from Dabb. To hurt all of us like that. Yes, he's hurting the producers, the execs, the cw. But to hurt us? Yeah it stings.

But in other ways, if this is really what happened, this is Dabb showing us the muck and gunk under the shiny surface. The hate for Misha. The hidden hate for Jensen. The underlying sexism. The underlying homophobia. The people REALLY in charge don't care about us, they just want our money. He needed to open our eyes and free us, at least free the people that he was writing for. The people he sees that care about this show.

This is the ending the powers that be wanted and its a big fuck you for a reason. I dont think this is Dabb spitting in our faces for loving this show, I think this is him trying to get revenge for us.

But from here, you can see it how u want it. If this is really what happened, I'm not in charge of your emotions, if you wanna be mad be mad if you wanna be grateful be grateful. And you don't have to believe me either I said this is speculation.

Also, as for all of the rumors like there being shots to the confession scene that we didn't see, which Jensen himself implied, I think that might have been a last ditch effort to canonized DeanCas but obviously it was cut. Like the name change was pretty clear. As for Misha possibly having shot some stuff for 20 I dont know what to tell you. If it's true I dont know where the blame would lie.

I do think however, that if all this was the case, the writers were prepared to become villians here. I mean they told us the writers were villians with Chuck right? So. Who knows what went down so they could give us such a vile ending. It could've been the producers or the writers, who truly knows. I do think tho that people we "trust" did some pretty shitty things to push the narrative in certain directions so now one would see this as the actual ending that was coming.

So again do with my SPECULATION what you will. This was in no way meant to put Dabb on a pedestal or anything. Just meant to give a bit of perspective.

(Also Jensen didn't unfollow Dabb recently he was already unfollowed for years)

i dont think im familiar with your ocs so if it's alright may i ask 1-5 for your most recently created/worked on oc? and 1-2 for the creator questions?

Ok so I created my OC’s in a batch and they’re the main characters of their story but I think Alex Wright is the most fun right now to talk about so I’ll do him!

1) What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do?

Alex spent the first like 16 years of his life alone in a forest only coming into human society to eat every couple years or so (he is very much not human). So when he’s initially adjusting to regular human life with his sisters (who adopted him) he has no concept of boredom or entertainment really... but he is not used to confinement so it’s less of a question of nothing to do and more a question of like the anxiety of living in a motel room 24/7. As he adjusts (begrudgingly) he comes to really enjoy like shitty motel day television, and it becomes difficult to tear him away from that. He particularly enjoys killing monsters though, as that becomes his primary outlet for anger (somebody get this kid some healthy coping mechanisms man). So whenever Alex starts to light stuff in the motel room on fire the girls know they gotta get him out there killing something before he disappears and burns down an abandoned building and kills a regular person on accident. I’d say that at first those occurrences happen like once or twice a week, but as he settles in they become increasingly rare, especially as he realizes even victimless crimes are not truly victimless.

2) How easy is it for your character to laugh?

Alex doesn’t know what laughter is really at first, and almost never does it. He later becomes super arrogant about like killing monsters so when he’s in a fight if somebody throws a one liner at him about making him pay or killing him or whatever he barks this laugh and it’s really unsettling to the girls. Later when he softens up (he’s lived his entire life in violence, so this takes time) he will laugh at practical jokes. Oh there is an incident where he’s playing with a butterfly knife and Charlie (oldest sister) says with not a little bit of scorn something like “Alex, you know those are totally useless in a fight, right? It takes so long to open it’s literally just for show.” and Alex just fucking stabs her in the arm with it and cackles and Max (middle sister) is like “Goddamn it Alex!!! She can’t heal like you can!” and Alex has this look of horror before grumbling an apology and getting the first aid kit for Max. 

3) How do they put themselves to bed at night (reading, singing, thinking?)

Alex doesn’t need to sleep as much as normal humans do so he at first spends his nights just watching tv but later the girls try and get him to do research and everything for them if they’re working on figuring out the monster they’re after. Alex, who lived in a forest for 16 years with minimal human contact, does NOT know how to read. So Max takes that on since Charlie doesn’t really want anything to do with him. Once Max manages to teach Alex how to read, he really really enjoys that and when he has the time he’ll work through books of increasing complexity. His first book is a magic treehouse one, that Max bought from a tiny used bookstore. When Alex is not coping very well (he gets lonely, now that he knows human companionship) he’ll reread it. Otherwise, he’ll listen to music on this battered first gen ipod he found in a victim’s pocket until the girls scrape together enough money to get him an actual smartphone (which they also have to teach him how to use).

4) How easy is it to earn their trust?

Alex is very ride or die, but it doesn’t happen right away. He picked Max because they’re both psychic and Max was one of the first people to offer him kindness in a cruel world he did not understand. They’re also both psychic, so Alex can read Max’s intentions off her and knows that she’s somebody he can trust. Charlie is disturbed by Alex at first, often threatening to kill him when Max first insists on taking him in. Since Charlie is also a very weak psychic, Alex is confused by this because Charlie is actually very conflicted by the whole thing. With characters that aren’t psychic, Alex has trouble reading intentions so often errs on the side of caution.

5) How easy is it to earn their mistrust?

Pretty easy, although Alex does wind up being very forgiving, he never forgets. Like, he does wind up trusting Charlie completely, but only because he can read off of her her regret and her own willingness to make things work as time goes on. With other characters, Alex might be hurt by them, and he will forgive them for it, but he will never put himself in a position to be hurt by them again. 

A) Why are you excited about this character?

I think Alex is just really fun, because he’s not human, and he winds up being this kind of pawn character that other characters want to sway to their side, but his undying loyalty was given to Max when they first met, even though that wasn’t Max’s goal when she was kind to him. He doesn’t even wind up playing too big a role in the plot outlines that I have so far, but he’s just so much fun to think about. 

B) What inspired you to create them?

Unfortunately, the whole cast of characters here is inspired by Supernatural. I’m taking things in a fairly different direction, but Alex specifically is like dark side Jack Kline. I’ve seen some HBO SPN posts circulating that talk about Jack and while I didn’t take inspiration from those (I’d already worked out Alex before I started seeing them) it’s similar to the ideas of I have going on for him

PLOT(ISH)

winchesters were kittypets until house cuaght fire, killed(?) merry, boys became street cats and the kids had john change their names

main angel cast are in one clan, woodchuck and darkshadow are AWOL

naomi is the head of the family, being the mother of woodchuck's oldest (the archangels) and burningfang is the "second in command"

lightfall banished after he and burningfang had a violent spat that ended in goldenhawk "dying" (he faked his death and became a rogue named loki), rootwhisker and burningfang "fighting" for dominance

fallencrow has trouble sticking to the clan's strict rules and devotion to starclan

stag runs away to a city group where he meets jess, stays for a few moons before going bakc out to find john

dune saves stag from a few dogs and is chased into clan territory where he's saved by a patrol and ultimately fallencrow. his arrival was prophesized so hes initally seen as a good sign

stag is stressed out of his mind trying to find his brother, eventually dropping out of bobby's range of communication for a while in a fit of desperation and stress

stag's psychic powers are more so prophetic dreams until they die off by the "season 3 premiere" era, sometimes has some but they're fuzzier now

there's ghosts and sometimes minor deities, other monsters are just cats out of their minds or other predatorial animals

fallencrow's more willing to bend the rules after meeting dune

dune is the OPPOSITE of what the clan expected their righteous man to be and resent him for turning fallencrow soft

burningfang isn't evil more than he is just trying to keep his family from crumbling after his father disappeared and two of his brothers were exiled or "died". hes just very stressed and now more prone to snapping and being aggressive but he's really just doing what he sees as right. hes an antagonist for a while, yes, but he's not a villain

jack comes in at some point i just have to decide when/where argh

stag and dune reunite after dune heals enough and bails, though he hates leaving fallencrow behind

"i will see you again, won't i, dune?" "...we'll see, 'crow." "i look forward to it, then."

stag is estatic to learn clan cats are real, but less estatic when dune recounts his experience with them, calling them "dicks". stag wants fo meet fallencrow and dune feels bad for having to leave him behind now that the clan is mad at dune for "fucking up" fallencrow's moral compass

My Season 13 Opinion

I loved it! It’s in my top 5 seasons, along with 4,5 11 and 12. S12 is my favorite, having the least amount of episodes I skip on rewatch, the rest all share about 4 or 5 episodes not worth more of my time.  The Season in Review I remember the teaser before the season started said “Season 13 is their Lucky Number” And Im thinking OK lets do this! Lets see some positives for The Winchesters!! Lets see if we got them :)

Character Arcs Sam- Sam has definite changes from season to season. This one was no different. We had Sam last season being heavy on the confident badassery, while pining for a relationship with his mother, to Sam jumping automatically into a fatherly/mentor role for Jack. Meanwhile he’s troubled. suffering great loss, worrying about Dean, the fate of their mother, and his own struggles with his time in Hell and Lucifer.  I read a lot about you nay sayers, who think Jared has had enough, is ready to hang it up, but I have to say Jared nailed every facet of Sam’s life. His relationship with Jack, has been the single most precious storyline the show has come up with, IMO. The chemistry was there immediately, and Sam knew right away that Jack was worth saving. In the episode Patience, we see this relationship take root. Not long after, Dean warms up to Jack, and then Cas comes back and tries to slip into Father mode because he promised Kelly, and then Jack goes missing into the AU. and comes out with Lucifer bent on taking Jack from Sam ... but Sam kept it together.  Through all this, Sam deals with Dean’s depression, fails at trying to cheer him up, nearly loses Dean for good, because nothing Sam can do for Dean, gives him what he needs... which is a win.  In the 2nd half of the season, Sam falls into his own depression. He lost Jack, his mother, Lucifer is back around and causing trouble. We finally learn what keeps messing with Sam since Hell, and what causes his sleeplessness, fear and helplessness, and it’s Lucifers true face, which he discovers he shares with Rowena. (more on that in S14 I hope) we discover also, late in the season, that Sam would like to have revenge on Lucifer, but hes also seeing that revenge doesnt fix anything. Sam ends his season being brutally killed by vampires, resurrected by Lucifer who doesnt waste time with the taunts and threats, being regected again by his mother, who he should have told to go pound sand up her ass, but tookthe high road to come up with a solution. He could have spent the last 3 episodes fighting and arguing with Lucifer but he didnt. He swallowed it all and then forcefully left him behind in the AU. Here, is probably where Sam thought he got revenge. He looked happy and wonderfully content back atthe bunker. It was short lived because Luci was out in no time, with Michael in tow and now determined to take Jack.  Sam didnt go on a rampage to destroy Lucifer, but he called Jack to come back, and then stepped into protector role. What this got him, was Lucifer kicking him around, ad threatening his life once more... but when Jack tried to take his own life for Sam’s and told Sam he loves him. We know Sam won, that was best revenge he could have gotten. So when Dean came around, with Michael wearing him, Lucifer could get whats coming to him... in typical winchester fashion, Sam tosses the blade up to Dean that Dean catches no problem, and finally kills the devil!  Sam’s arc, as I saw it from beginning to end, was a lessen in patience. Dont rush, dont act on impulse too much, dont take everything personal. Stay focused and keep your head. As Axle Rose told us “Take it slow, it will work itself out fine, all we need is just a little patience” Dean: Our Dean started this season out in the deepest pit of dispair. This didnt start at the end of S12 but in the beginning when Mary walked out. This started Dean on a spiral downward, that gained momentum in spots. Once he killed Hitler, Dean didnt get anymore big kills, too much of the time he was the one being rescued. At the end of S12, he was nearly killed by Ketch, and Mom saved him. He got a win by curing mom of the brainwashing, but it was very short lived by her being lost in the AU. Dean suffered the biggest handful of loss he ever had. He lost mom, cas, crowley, and rowena, he fortunately still had Sam but he was preoccupied with Jack, who Dean saw as the main reason everyone was lost.  Dean lost hope in everything, and though Im of the belief that he wasnt trying to kill himself forever in Advanced Thanatology, as he had full intentions of coming back when Billie said “it depends on you” he wasnt in the mindset to argue with her if she wasnt going to let him go. But Billie told him to live, because he and Sam are important. (my theory on that later) so Dean comes back, and soon after, Cas comes back.  Dean is immediately upbeat because now he knows there is hope. It wasnt because he loves Cas more than Sam as some may assume, but Sam couldnt give Dean the win he needed to regain his hope.  Deans good mood went south once he learned Mom was still alive and being tortured in the AU. He was now a man on a mission and he was going to save her no matter what. But then they lost Jack too, and Sam went into his own depression and Dean was there for hm too. He wanted Sam to come out of the dark place he was in, but he knew that darkness was justified. But they both pressed on and kept at it... risking life and limb on the daily, Dean felt extra need to protect Sam so he side lined him in hopes to keep him safe. Sam wasnt gonna have that, they’re gonna live, work, suffer and die together, and thats all there is to it.  However when the vampire killed Sam before Deans eyes, and there was nothing he could do to save him, I have never seen Dean in a deeper pit. He was literally a walking corpse. I can only imagine Dean having less hope at that time, because they were in the AU, where the laws of their world dont apply. Maybe Winchesters dont have a reset button in a world they were never born in. Im fully convinced Dean was going back to the cave to lay down and die next to Sam, when Sam came walking in. Dean was so grateful to see his brother walking, that he didnt care Lucifer came too....” no need to be sorry Sammy... now hug me you little shit!” (paraphrased ;))  Things look up now, Sam comes up with a good plan for the survivors in the Au, and most are now safe and sound in the bunker. Jack is a good little hunter, Dean gets hope that maybe someday the world will be safe enough that they can retire. But thats short lived as well when Lucifer comes back and brings good ole Michael and all Hell breaks loose. When Sam gets blasted away with Jack and Lucifer, Dean’s self destructive co dependence comes out and theres just no other choice but to let Michael use his vessel to take out Lucifer. The fight ensues, Lucifer is too strong, and is about to kill Dean, but Sam comes through by tossing the blade to him perfectly.... and he kills the SOB.  Dean’s arc this season was a lessen in Faith. Faith in God, faith in Sam, faith in love and faith in whats right. It can get better Dean.... every day can get better.  Now we can go on to more fun things -

Best episodes IMO Im going to give that to Scooby for being the most fun and most original. But there were so many really good episodes, Patience, (Sams side of that) Advanced Thanatology, Breakdown, The Scorpion and the Frog, Varuius and Sundary Villians, A Most Holy Man,Funerella, Beat The Devil, Exodus and Let the Good times Roll.  Worst Episodes : By far was Wayward Sisters. The only one I couldnt bring myself to watch a 2nd time. Other’s werent bad, but boring, such as Tombstone, A Devils Bargain, and Good Intentions.  Best Sam Lines - “I know what its like to feel likeyou dont fit, to be afraid of who you are, and what you can do... but my family helped me through that, and now Im gonna help you, You’re not evil Jack”  “We are going to go to this place together.... and if anything happens, we’ll deal with it it together.... and if we die? We’ll dothat together too”  Best Dean lines : “Its a lizard Sam, it tastes like Lizard” “They took my brother, now Im gonna get him back”  “Im never gonna appologize for protecting you. Do you remember the last time we had front row seats to the Lucifer Michael fight? Because I do. You died Sam, and went to Hell! Now I dont care much about what happens to me, never did... but I do care about what happens to my brother” Saddest moments: When Sam couldnt bring himself to tell Dean about why he’s hopeless.  Dean’s dead mans walk to the camp and his tears when Mary asked where Sam was.  Jack crying and punching himself wondering why he hurts people. Happiest Moments: The brohug and the tension melting from Sam’s face Sam and Dean getting a toast in their honor. Jack telling Sam he loves him Sams face when he realizes Lucifer is dead Worst moments: Dean popping a cork when he found outbthere was no more grace.  Sam’s death... all of it Worst Storylines: Wayward Sisters, Asmodeus, Sister Jo (not Danneel hate, it just wasnt a good story)  Best Storyline: Sam and Jack  Interesting things we learned. Sam hates strip clubs, Dean buys Sam a lap dance, Sam has extensive hair care products, and Dean likes tentical porn Stuff I want to see more of next season: Michael!Dean but not for too long... we need real Dean.  Why does Sam have to kill Rowena? What did seeing Lucifer’s face entail? The Man Cave Daddy Sam!!!!!!! Lowkey predictions fro S14 We get a frantic Sam looking for Dean, not unlike S10 but he has help this time . The Angels die and all souls come to earth as ghosts and wreak havok. This along with Lucifer being dead, open the door for the boys to work towards retirement. Get heaven reopened, and the souls back in, maybe by draining the empty of angels, wth Luci dead, no need for Hell, close it up, everyone goes to Heaven. Start eliminating all the bad monsters from the world, sending good ones to Heaven and sending the bad ones to Purgatory where they came from. This wouldnt need to be a quick thing, it could take years to do it, or clean it up in one season, but it provides an end goal. The boys find out theyre important because theyre the only ones who can accomplish this.  In the end, Season 13 was their lucky one. Lucifer is dead. Now they can work towards a future. :)

jack + chaz: these 2 are zoro and sanji on ACID. absolute dumbasses. at first their arguing was genuine bc they actually had a problem with one another but after all that went away, theyre just IDIOTS. theyre “vicious” rivalry turned into a sibling rivalry. just some bros who would die for each other. u know i love a good brotherhood. their dynamic is wild bc chaz takes A Lot of things seriously, whereas jack just has more of a lighthearted approach towards almost everything (but he still takes things seriously), so a lot of times chaz gets irritated with shit jack says. jack’s sarcasm and jokes bring out the BRUTAL sass in chaz. chaz is a sass lord and now everyone knows it thanks to jack. jack is a LITTLE SHIT with chaz. he knows EVERYTHING that bothers him and will ALWAYS do those things around chaz. for example, chaz’s name is actually charles but he HATES being called charles. what does jack do? *poor posh accent* “oh my dear CHARLES, what are our orders for today, Your Excellency?”. jack also makes really dumb nicknames for chaz. Jack “The Dumbass” Solo’s Saucy Nicknames for ChArLeS:chazzy boyedgelordzazzy chazBIG RED (bc chaz is a tall ass redhead)elder charles (”jack im THREE years older than you” “yeah three years closer to death”)and thats part of the list. it goes on and on. most of the names just randomly flow out of jack’s mouth randomly. ANYWAYS yes these 2 are fucking wild and i love them both dearly. jack serves as a sort of anchor to chaz when they go on missions together. chaz overthinks a lot and he stresses about his blindside so much during battle (chaz has a fake eye n u will learn about that whole thing whenever i share his story with u all) so jack smooths everything over and covers chaz’s blindside at all times and his constant talking helps in situations like these bc hes keeping chaz updated with everything in the situation. :’) my dumbass boys. chaz thinks jack is one of the best souls anyone could ever find. he will protec jackary with his entire life. fun fact jack constantly kinkshames chaz bc chaz uses whips to fight sometimes lmfao obviously that never sits well with chaz. another fun fact jack gets motion sick a lot so chaz always dicks around with that whole concept to irritate jack

jack + jo: GOD i love them too. jo is the mom friend. always pulling apart jack and chaz’s dumbass fights. always scolds their dumbassery. jo is v witty, VERY FUCKING SMART!!!! the entire BRAINS behind the league!!!! and shes also so damn caring. she has looked out for jack since day 1. ever since she found his stupid ass knocked out on the streets. she always reminds him of how stupid he was for just blabbing about the league out in public like nobody’s business bc “now thats how you really get assassinated”. jo is oftentimes the one who will sit down and talk with/comfort jack when hes feeling off. she knows how pained he is by his whole family situation so she always goes out of her way to make him feel loved :’) she also thought chaz was a fucking dumbass for being so cold to jack when he first arrived, so she always talked to chaz about giving jack a chance. she was the one who convinced chaz to start training jack!!!! jack and jo honestly joke about chaz so much. he could be talking to someone else, and jack and jo would be standing behind him, making fun of his word choices or how “professional” he sounds. jack ALWAYS hugs jo. always. another wholesome brotp. jo was like the first person jack allowed himself to trust after his wild times and jo was the first person (other than april) to understand that jack rly craves physical affection. like he just needs to HUG!!! but he will NEVER admit that. but now that he and jo share that knowledge he’ll just walk up to her and hug her and rest his chin on top of her head. it’s so fucking CUTE bc hes significantly taller than her so picturing this makes me emo. other times she’ll be talking to other people in the league and he’ll come up behind her and hug her and mumble incoherently about how he hasnt slept in DAYS. get me a friendship like jo n jack. jack does joke around with her, but not on the same level as he does with chaz. his go-to joke for her is along the lines of “jo you cant be talking to these guys, you know your husband charles will really throw a fit”. he just always talks about how jo and chaz should be married. “JORDAN YOUR HUSBANDO IS CALLING YOU” he calls them mom & dad. jack always wants to protect jo on missions but shes a beast and he knows she doesnt necessarily need protection but he still lingers around her like a guard dog

the relationship between these 3 legends is so important to me i have SO many fics with just these 3 doin their thang :’) thank u for this ask i could go on about their relationship but i dont want to write a whole entire novel at 11AM

When I saw that video with "who you'd bring back", your tags are what I instantly thought. 😂 Like... not the lesbian IT girl or the jewish deaf woman, or any of the Wayward Sisters, or Rufus Turner, or Ellen and Jo... or even Gordon (who Jared is still 'twitter' friends with) no... just a bunch of white dudes... one of whom is alive and part of a main plot point so... like...

He’s just like “I’d like Bobby, John, Gabriel, Chuck, Young!John, and Adam come back” like… Bobby came back (AU but still!), John came back (Time travel but still!), Gabriel came back (was killed again but still!), Chuck IS back (and now the big bad!), just young!John and Adam haven’t been back yet… but Adam i could buy bc he could work with the “souls released from hell” plottwist.

I half expected him to go “Also Crowley and Balthazar” bc then he’s just the voice of fandom looooving white dudes and i think then he’d have listed all the major ones asdfghj.

You know who’d make sense for season 15 to bring back? Bela! (soul from hell! either as an amazing big bad or an ally, I’d love both!) MEG!!! (Rachel Miner even said she’d love to see Meg back in a wheelchair, what if her vessel somehow gets brought back to life and then we’d get awesome disability rep /by a disabled actress/). Charlie (who’s AU version is still alive, Where Is She?) Wayward Sisters (since it doesnt look as if we’ll get the spin off, at least tie their story up a little bit… pls just gimme something!). GORDON!!!! (maybe he learned about his definition of monstrosity in purgatory a bit… or hes just ready to still chomp the hell outta Sams neck). 

I would also love Rufus, Ellen and Jo, Eileen (PLS PLS PLS!! still so upset about her death) and theres definitely others im forgetting. Like if we can have Chuck raising monsters, can we have Jack raising hunters, and maybe not (just) white cishet men?

Oh also Max is still out there? Knowing magic and stuff? Being gay and wonderful and also what happened with Alicia? The people (ME) want to know. Bring back my gay witch son! 

And I am not saying they have to bring everyone back, god knows the season is not long enough to do everything I dream off… But since J2 said they’d like some old dead characters back and the writers said there’ll be call backs, I just wish it would be diverse characters. Not more white cishet men to add to the main rooster of white cishet men that TFW 2.0 + gang already is.

Although, lbr if they dont bring back the Marks /again/ I’m already counting that as a win for me personally, I have never been more tired of two characters (like Lucifer/Nick had his turn, pls stay dead now, and Crowley should have been dead for ages before he died, please. no more.).

And lmao I know that was a joke, but I’m sure if Ruby does come back in Genevieves form y’all can hire a baby sitter, Jared, y’all have enough money, y’all even have extended family, y’all can find a damn way if Gen wants to come back on the show… Yiketh…

Or… and that’s a wild bet i’m making here… you know what’d be sexy after 15 years of this damn TV series? Just one (1) transgender character… please… not a ~i have no gender, im an angel~ bs, just like one actual human transgender character, please portrayed by a transgender actor, that’d be sweet af. Preferably they wouldn’t die or get slaughtered terribly and maybe be there to help out the boys for like an episode and then get to go their own seperate alive ways, that’d be cool!
