Cells at Work! CODE BLACK - Characters’ names

That is: a small guide of all the characters’ names known so far. It could be useful to someone like me who needs those informations for comics, fanfictions or other materials… or just out of curiosity. I’ll update it as the story progresses, when there’s news. There’s no spoiler for the story itself: only the names! :) If I’m missing someone who has an official name in the manga or anime, please tell me and I’ll update this list. In Code Black, why does J1178 have a different letter when every other Neutrophil that we've seen has "U"? Is it to keep her separate from the other WBCs that we know since they got transported into another body?

Hmm... I only read to like... chapter 5 of Code Black. It's a good series and pretty interesting, but I don't like reading/watching things that are pretty bleak and sad all the time. Hahaha, not to say that it's a bad series, but I never kept up to date on it unlike CAW Main. I'm pretty sure that your theory may hold some weight from what I read of your question, but feel free to ask other CAW people that.

Also, if you plan on asking more questions, bear in mind that I'm just a casual fan and mostly read the manga and watched most of the anime for CAW Main.

reading the code black manga and uhhhh I am having many thoughts about caw code black

#more ramblings from me yippee #cells at work #it’s consumed my life I’m sorry #cells at work code black #character design is such a hit or miss in code black I feel #like it’s not even (just) the fan service stuff cause like whatever but u1196 and cos uniforms don’t even look cool they just look strange #but like I love j1178’s outfit it is everything to me #even if her second panel is an up the skirt shot #I was surprised to find that the anime had swapped the order and characters involved in some chapters #but honestly I like what the anime did better #cause I feel like you get to care more for a smaller group first #and ac1677 hits harder
