I love the thought of a character being so utterly stuffed that each little shift in position has little (or big, both work hehehe) burps rolling out of them, interrupting their thin breathing every other exhale.

Additionally! A stuffed character sticking out their stomach and making seemingly innocent comments about how full they are, and either rubbing their stomach themselves or requesting that someone else (who they may be actively flustering) rub their belly please. [Bonus points if the stuffed character knows full well what they're doing]
