Thinking a lot about a Persona 2 digimon AU. Yasuo has an extremely pompous Leomon who insists he's in charge and they constantly get into fights. Hiroki has a Impmon who was thrown out onto the garbage and he finds that relatable. Ixquic has some kind of Holy Digimon, maybe Lopmon. Anna has some kind of super cheery digimon that constantly tries to cheer her up but Anna just responds by smoking. Probably a Gomamon.

I absolutely adore the Ixquic Boss Battle, cause normal as it may be compared to other boss battles, at a closer look it's probably one of the most funniest battles in Persona.

Cause one, 3 Teens and 2 Adults are beating up a 13-yr-old cosplayer together with her Toilet Demon Sitter. And two, said child is actually able to go toe to toe with 5 people older than her.

And hoo boi, if this was animated! If this was animated, we'd be seeing 5 somewhat grown people, slashing, shooting, and punching a 13-yr-old child and I absolutely cannot get it off my mind. Not to mention the Persona Use against her.

Kudos to Ixquic for taking all that tbh, she deserves to be a popular Manga Artist.

Reasons Ixquic (Akari Hoshi) from persona 2 is the best character ever created:

- she’s a 13 year old terrorist.

- she’s not only a terrorist, she is the right hand of the leader of a terrorist organisation.

- she casually hangs out with Belphegor, like not as a persona, he’s just there. She does have a persona, it’s just not Belphegor.

- Belphegor was a gift from Joker, I like to think Ixquic was info dumping and then he just gave her a demon to hang out with so she wouldn’t be lonely.

- the massive sword she cariers around is paper-mache and she made it herself

- she believes herself to be a reincarnated warrior.

- tried to blow up a building, with herself in it.

- her persona is Reverse Pairika.

- she’s the moon arcana, mirroring Maya.

- wants to make manga but her parents won’t allow it, it’s why she has such a lack for her own safety. She thinks she can’t make her dream come true:(

For the P2 swap au, the ideal party is Jun, Anna, Yasou, Soudo, Ixquic. Soudo is obviously switched with Maya and Jun with Tatsuya, but Ixquic, Yasuo and Anna are the three antagonists with original personas. Plus Yasuo and Anna have that Burn Out/Stressed Honor Student character contrast that gives them a dynamic, plus Ixquic is alway associated with Soudo.

Okay actually I love this. I always thought Ixquic should've gotten more love in P2 and this would really bring out her personality more I think.

As for Yasuo, I think it would be neat to have just an absolute asshole on the team. But, you know, maybe there's something deeper to it? Give the man a chance at redemption, man, he's a high school student not an evil villain lol.

I also think Jun and Suodu would be good friends if they weren't absolutely traumatized. Both of them have pretty shit home lives and I think they would sort of bond over and comfort each other through the stress of horrible parents.
