I also think about how I could have a five-year-old by now and that wouldn’t even be weird. Like I would have been 20 when the kid was born. Not even a teen mom. Wtf. When did that happen.

I know right?? Brandon and I went to his best friend's son's second birthday party in May and it was so strange seeing all these married couples who were our age and chasing around toddlers and only talking about their kids and it was so weird. like when did i get old enough for this

Haley's Heath and Hip Update!

It has been 6 weeks and 1 day since my accident. I'm done with my pain pills, which is good--I haven't even had to take any ibuprofen!  They cut through a bunch of nerves when they did my surgery, and I'm finally starting to get a little bit of nerve pain/tinglies. My left thigh has been numb for weeks, but that's slowly getting back to normal, too. 

Boredom is the biggest obstacle to overcome. I went to my house and got one of my ukuleles, so now I have THAT to occupy my time. My aunt from New Orleans has sent me some art supplies, but they haven't arrived yet. Also, Jamie from iwantabeautifullife sent me a little crafty care package! Thank you SO MUCH, Jamie! That was so sweet and unexpected. You made my day! Thanks to those of you who keep messaging me to ask how I'm doing. :D
