Per TMZ: XXXTentacion's murder suspect who is sitting in jail was reported to have been sexually assaulted in a Florida jail -- but, that's just not true ... according to Broward County Sheriff's Office. Law enforcement officials at BSO tell us the story asserting Dedrick Williams was raped in Broward County Jail is flat-out false. The story -- citing someone who works in the Dade County Jail system -- claimed Williams had been showering recently and was ambushed "with an attempted rape." The report went on to claim that people affiliated with Kodak Black may have been involved. The Broward County Sheriff's Office's Public Information Officer, Veda Coleman-Wright, says that story is "unfounded" and that the entire alleged incident did not happen. Period. Wichita police released this body cam video yesterday which shows a police officer who startled by a dog, then recklessly shoot a dog hitting a nine-year-old girl in the face. Jenelle's 9-year-old child, Jace cannot come back to Jenelle's home to visit, per orders of CPS. Jenelle's mother Barbara has custody of Jace and Jenelle has visitation rights, but CPS has put the brakes on visits to Jenelle's home because of the dog-killing incident earlier this month. Also it has been confirmed that Jenelle's 4-year-old son Kaiser was also removed from the home Friday and is currently staying with his father Nathan Griffith and Nathan's mom Doris. Kaiser was in the house when David beat and then shot the family dog, killing it. As for David and Jenelle's 2-year-old daughter, Ensley she's still in the home, and partly because authorities believe it's treacherous to enter the property given David's temper combined with his firepower. However CPS is warning Jenelle that she will need to take steps to get Ensley away from David and she could lose custody of her daughter if she does not listen to CPS.
