#phd adventures#(i will not)#i did pca analysis only to remember that i can. only interpret them based on vibes#there really isnt much there#i can say like yeah bmi and fat free mass and intraabdominal fat are all basically the same in grouping people#close to them as expected is glucose#interestingly enough cortisol#opposite of that is fat index which makes sense bc its values are smaller the more fat you have#but also interestingly enough carbohydrate and lipid oxidation are like the opposites and with pretty big impact#how did i tell that? by looking at my tiny little arrows on my pca plot hahahahahahhahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa#maybe i should just. go back to. multiple variables regression or something#ive phded too close to the sun
