#delete later#ive tried to prepare everything for the rough couple of days ahead#ive iced both knees. trouble hip. trouble wrist for twenty mins each. gonna hit bad knee for a second run anf maybe get my ankle#before i sleep#i refuse to completely seize up tonight. i need to go get my meds#i showered and boy the hot water made everything SO much more inflamed i was practically waddling around the flat#but that helped me pinpoint spots that needed icing so thats something at least#im already in pain. god this is gonna carry on being rough huh#tomorrow i will probably work from bed. i have one chore to do. i can survive that lol
