So I didn't mention this earlier this week (meant to but never got to it) but I found out Monday that corporate is making the owner close three of his stores. Ours is one of them.

It's the three lowest sales ones, which...ugh, but whatever. Our last day is tommorow.

And since it's our last day, I was going to get food for everyone in some fashion. I initially thought pizza, but I didn't want to just do the same thing we've always done, and pizza just feels a bit impersonal, insincere, idk.

So I'm cooking right now, making everyone some different foods, rice, veggies, cheese broccoli, some stew like things, and I'm gonna bring that in tommorow.

I hate, hate that we just got ripped from what is a very fond spot for us. It's work, sure, but we're genuinely friends, and we've been through some truly difficult times together. We'll still be friends after but we won't work together. I'm gonna miss going into seeing everyone.

So, food. Food to show love, appreciation, how much these people are honestly close friends to me. Given writing this out is about to make me cry, I'm going to be a mess tomorrow.
