The numbness was setting in, slowly but surely. Blitzen refused to move from his spot, right on top of Charlie's arm, and they were beginning to get seriously annoyed.

So they did the only logical thing they could think of: they tried to pull their arm out.

Immediately, they felt a sharp pain in their hand. "Fuck!" they hissed, trying pull on it even stronger, but the pain just grew with the effort. "Are you biting me?"

Blitzen didn't respond- of course he didn't, his mouth was occupied. Charlie was finally forced to relax and let their arm go limp, sighing in relief when the pointy cat teeth were pulled out of their flesh as well.

"Listen, you're cutting off circulation. I need to pull my arm out. Why don't we switch places, and you can lie on top of my other arm? Though I'd prefer it if my blood could just circulate in peace, but-"

"No."

"What do you mean no?"

"I'm comfy."

Charlie took a deep breath. "Well, I'm not." They tried again, going through the same cycle a second time. Blitzen bit them so hard that they were sure the puncture wounds were bleeding. "Come on, Blitz-"

"Shut up already," he groaned. "I'm trying to nap."

They closed their eyes and took another deep breath, in the end just resigning themself to their tragic fate. If Blitzen wanted a nap, they supposed nerve damage wasn't about to deter him.

i sure can come up with some!! :-D also, im going off of her g3 character bc im most familiar with g3 twyla :-3

she regresses from about 4-9, i think

her favorite activity is, of course, reading picture books and short chapter books if she's a little older

she also loves having her cg(s) read to her

but she loves reading to them even more!

i don't necessarily think she has a set cg but sometimes draculaura is her cg, in a babysitter way

twyla also really likes taking naps and softly playing lullabies

if she's younger, she sometimes likes to suck on a pacifier if she's trying to destress

she doesn't like any toys that make sound

she has a stuffed bunny she always holds when she's little

that bunny has a blanket that somewhat matches + she loves to wrap it around her shoulders

when she's regressed she goes into her shadowy state more than usual

she's also very quiet when small

she's super open about her regression!

her regression is mostly voluntary but sometimes it's not; if she's really stressed or hears a too-loud noise she might slip, but she also might slip when she's super excited about something

ear defenders are always on!

she likes playing with her hair, specifically tying them into low pigtails

she's also a fan of coloring + she's super good at it! she likes putting stickers on her coloring pages

she doesn't like watching movies or listening to music when regressed generally, her preference for quiet places becomes heavier when she's small

Not to be a warriors fan on a not-warriors blog but I really wish we were told more about how medicine cats got their supplies. How do they get poppy seeds out of poppies? How do they turn herbs into juices, because apparently they do that for some of their stuff? Don’t get me STARTED on mouse bile. There’s so much I want to know but just isn’t explained!!!

i am imagining. blitz just takin leetol nibbles out of charlie’s hand/thumb. just gnawing gently and Charlie’s like “ok I guess”

Charlie was trapped under the spoiled house cat, entirely defenceless and unable to stop him when he started nibbling on their hand. Blitzen was using them as a bed more and more often, and he was heavy, but for some reason, Charlie could never really find it in them to try and push him off.

"Ouch! Come on, you have fucking fangs, can you be a little more careful?"

Blitzen didn't pay them any mind, squeezing their finger between his teeth even more, as a warning. But then he just went back to nibbling on it, seemingly too lazy and content to actually do anything about the disrespect. The purring didn't even stop.

Charlie sighed and resigned themself to the fact that they weren't going to be leaving this spot any time soon, nor were they about to use their hand. That hand was Blitzen's now, apparently.

Our cat is very smart and she goes out of her way to avoid doing things that may hurt us (she's not perfect but she learned how to jump on people's laps without letting out claws and if she needs to go somewhere but a human is in her way she'll generally walk or jump over them) but the most heartbreaking thing is that she seems to interpret our awwwwws as sounds of pain too 😭 which is. Aaaaaaa I wish I could tell you

seriously considering getting a baby sling for fiddle. he demands to be held all day every day and despite only being ~8 months old he's already bigger than mavis and is well on his way to becoming the size of a house. my arms are so tired and i would like to make tea without him screaming that he's been abandoned
