Day number 38 of my #100happydayschallenge and what made me happy today was spending the afternoon and evening hanging with my amazing boyfriend and his amazing mum (he learned it somewhere!), watching Dr Who and cooking Cawl. I’m so lucky 🍀 After a very stressful and intense day yesterday, it’s nice to have the type of day that reminds me why I keep fighting; because there’s so much to be happy about. So I was absolutely ecstatic to actually be well enough to leave the house yesterday, for the first time in 17 days!! Only popped over the road to the retail park for a Costa and and a wander around the shops, but after so many days being stuck in my bed/a hospital bed, it felt absolutely thrilling 😂! Treated myself to two of my favourite things at Costa; a lemon 🍋 tart, and a strawberries 🍓 and cream creamy cooler (I refuse to call it a fristino!) 😁.
