UP FOR A CHALLENGE? Wanna get more flexible? Want to see what we are about? โ–ถ๏ธ Your girls @hotzcatz and @fitfrenchkiss at @playtimefitness have set up a monthly mobility and flexibility challenge. This will be an entirely structured programme to help you develop your strength, mobility and flexibility for deeper stretches and this month is dedicated to spine and shoulders for backbends and inversions. โ–ถ๏ธ How it works: You will have not one, not two but three tutorials per week! You will have to follow @playtimefitness @hotzcatz and @fitfrenchkiss. Posts will be made every Friday on each page to give you the opportunity to have the whole week to practice your new drills.
