TOTALLY OPEN PODCAST After managing to push past my own anxiety to feature on podcasts last year I’ve decided to I want to start my own podcast series with TotalMTB called TOTALLY OPEN. I will invite a range of people on the podcast some of which you’ll know and so you might not but all will be very inspiring about the journey they’ve gone on throughout their life in terms of mental health. Mental health in their teen years, early adult, adult, careers, mountain biking etc Also their thoughts on mental health, when they’ve struggled, help they’ve got, how they deal with mental health, how mountain biking helps them, their message to others suffering and more…… I always like what I do to be well produced and professional so I hope I can do the same for this so I can make it an enjoyable listen/watch for you and help inspire and possibly help you through tough times.
