TRY - Time to reinvent yourself

The “TRY - TIME TO REINVENT YOURSELF” project was created to sharecreative and entrepreneurial experiences with young people fromother nationalities, to confront and exchange good practices. It,therefore, started with a participatory request which obviously madeit necessary that the idea and the design were also involved in all itsmoments.

The place of construction will be Salento, in the municipalitiesbetween Muro Leccese, Sanarica, and Poggiardo, during the period of April 2022. FROM 31 MARCH TO 7 APRIL 2022

The concept of creativity that will be conveyed during the project isnot that of pure artistic creation, but we will try to improve the mostimportant creative skills in the world of work and business in theparticipants, such as the ability to produce mental, conceptual anddynamic maps. and “Map of the solution”; the fundamental conceptsof "design thinking" will be illustrated to the participants.

A part of the project will then aim to provide participants with theleadership skills that help them realize they're innovative ideas andtake responsibility and risks, the ability to coordinate a team and toentrust tasks, and the skills to see them all necessary.

We will also provide the basic notions on how to build a close-knitteam of people and how to derive all possible benefit while alwaysrespecting the peculiar characteristics of each team member.

The objectives will therefore be:

• Disseminate the concepts and principles of the "good entrepreneur" and transfer the key competencies: TEAM-BUILDING SKILLS, CREATIVE THINKING, FACILITATION COMPETENCE, and COMMUNICATION SKILLS;

• Discuss the creative process, examine the link between entrepreneurship and creativity, stimulate creative thinking through

the exercise and transfer of new methodologies and tools;

• Encourage participants to develop their SPIRIT OF INITIATIVE and ENTREPRENEURSHIP, the ability to give a concrete

vision to their imagination and originality in order to achieve economic, political, social, and environmental goals.

Today I felt INSPIRE, and therefoer I decided to make this Tres Leches Cake with chocolate covered strawberries. What went trough my head this time.... a lot of things, but mainly that one person whom I whished to share this cake. I think he'll like it, he's a simple person, yet he is very special for me... I'll wait for him all my life if necessary, but I can't wait to have a slice of this cake lol... Happy Friday... btw its raining here where I live, so a cup of coffee will suit this lovely and romantic evening...
