okay bc like. seeing the pics of uhhh yk macklin in the hotel room and then people saying "get someone else to connor bedard right now" actually did make me very like. Agh about him. like. the fucking narratives man. he has wayyyyy too much on his shoulders. and now the direct parallels of him and mack with like 1st round pick who is still Happy even on a bad team + 1st round pick who is very visibly going through it and has no one to support him. and is getting blamed for all of his team's failure when no one is doing the same to mack (afaik anyway). like. oof man.

#and i think it partially has to do with the different energy they have #connor has become jaded in less than 2 years and i think he is just generally a less friendly person #which is not a bad thing at all like im not saying hes BAD i just think mack is comparatively more cheerful and cute and whatnot #but connor is also just completely fucking alone and he's way too young for this #for the treatment he's getting and the team he's on #he has no whimsy whatsoever bc he doesn't have like a team that he feels he can still count on #he doesn't have a team that it seems like he even likes very much #and he CERTAINLY doesn't have a close friend with him the way mack does with will #but besides that? connor and mack are the same #they have gotten the same punishment that comes with being so good at such a young age #but like i said. mack is doing okay still it seems. connor is visibly dying.#for the entire league and its fans to see.#like. im sure they are trying to maybe figure it out...probably, but part of me feels like it is not being treated with the seriousness it should be by them, which ig is in character LOL

pretty much relying on one guy (who doesnt even wanna be doing this) is actually scary

and the mc still has to like 'encourage' him to do it, tho its much easier in the 'ray ending' for sure. that man just wants to live a regular life with mc (unfortunately for him that means continuing to be binary star and dealing with aliens)

and if i was a citizen and knew this id be panicking

like yea u have these other heroes helping and stuff which im sure looks comforting from an outside point of view! but like the actuality is that its ray keeping things afloat

AND ON THE TOPIC OF THE MC, i was definitely in my head like....wouldnt rays superiors (managers??) get like curious about them? like no way theyre not being nosy about it after a certain amount of time passes. it really feels like something that could be leveraged against him,,, (if there is fic about this pls send it to me lol)

honestly i feel like mc and rays relationship would have moments of high stress. like there will be good times but also the bad times will also be there and its sometimes gonna be because of outside factors they cant control

loves her job LOVES IT. helps all the other buns with hair and makeup (shes better with hair, sallys better with makeup, but usually sallys too busy planning performances). she could out drink anyone. literally anyone. no one knows how she can handle her liquor so well but she can and she will. loves testing new drinks with howdy (she love the fruity ones cuz she also a bit fruity) prefers the female customers (gay). shes the bunny you want if you want a party and someone fun to be around, who also just happens to be sexy as well. very comfortable in her own skin, unfazed by the outfit and wandering eyes. toned legs….surprisingly strong. just an absolute slay

I found some pictures of me from 2019 and I'm experiencing such indescribable emotions

#shes so much fatter her face is wider and its covered in acne and patchy red marks #her hair is still its natural colour #she still has black glasses #she is NOT dressing like somebody who is trying to look nice. i think she gave up #i like looking at her tho. i dont hate it. i used to hate looking at pictures at the time #but im actually happy i still have them. i like her #makes me very grateful that i found something to treat my skin. the acne used to make me so sad #im so happy i dyed my hair. im so happy i like looking at me now #her bodytype is actually very cute tho. i wouldnt have minded if that didnt change kinda makes me feel awkwardly scrawny by comparison #i dont know what im trying to say it just feels WEIRD and i wanna cry but im not sure in a happy or sad way #she just looks so different from me in so many uncomfortable ways. i know she feels very ugly #i like her. i liked seeing her. she was cute in her own way #im happy that she doesnt feel ugly anymore
