gonna talk about my dream from last night rlly quick. (it was an otgw dream)

ok so Wirt fell down a step hill, and his leg slammed into a rock at the bottom. he broke his leg. beatrice flew after him, and was like "oh shit! you idiot!" and Wirt was wailing in pain. greg was like "I'm coming down too!"

"no!!!" wirt exclaimed, afraid that Greg would also break a leg. but greg just rolled down the hill, and missed the rock by a few inches. he didn't think it was as fun as Wirt made it out to be, tho.

anyways, wirt broke his leg, and couldn't walk. beatrice is very annoyed by this, because they have to get to adelaide's! but then she feels bad, because Wirt is on the verge of tears.

so she flies away to find a town, while greg entertains Wirt. but nothing is cheering Wirt up, so he ends up sitting with him and politely stroking his hand.

Beatrice comes back and says there is a town about five miles from here. "how am I supposed to get there?" wirt asks her, a bit depressed. she looked at him. "oh yeah."

and then I think a bear comes out of no where?? and tries to attack them. but wirt can't run away. so he's just screaming idk.

and then the scene changes, and they're in the town. idk HOW they got there. wirt limps into a building, followed by greg and Beatrice. in the building, there is a guy, and when he turns around its Wirt's dad.

"Dad? You've been here this whole time?" Wirt asks. he has mixed emotions of anger and joy. he missed his dad all these years.

so Wirt and his dad start to catch up, and really start to get along. and greg is happy for wirt. but beatrice is suspicious. when she tries to voice this suspicion to Wirt, his dad gets mad and throws Beatrice and Greg out, locking them out of the building.

cue the villain dad arc. he gets rlly scary.

he makes wirt hallucinate that his broken leg is bleeding out.

greg is screaming, banging on the window, afraid for his brother's life. wirt realizes that this isn't his dad, but a monster. he somehow tricks this creature, and throws something (IDK WHAT IT WAS) at him, causing the monster to melt. he leaves the building, limping painfully the whole time, and says, "let's leave now."

so they leave and go into another town. greg somehow gets left behind, because he gets distracted by the bright and happy colors and stuff. it's like the shire, but for gnomes. he plays with the children gnomes, until he realizes that Wirt and Beatrice left him.

(there was a lot more with the gnome town, including Greg playing on the Stairs and in this small stream. it was rlly magical)

"they went up the Stairs!" one of the gnomes told him.

Greg didn't know how Wirt could get up the Stairs, what with his broken leg, but he decides to find out. he climbs these rlly pretty stairs that look like they came out of a fairytale, that go up a mountain.

"wirt?" he calls out.

wirt answers him. "greg! we went left."

but greg was confused, because there were three separate pathways, so he was like "the middle one or the left one?"

and Wirt said "the middle one."

greg climbed the middle one, and was running. so by the time he reached the top, he was extremely out of breath and super upset. wirt was sitting on this landing thing that overlooked the mountains, and Beatrice was next to him.

"are you ok, greg?"

"definitely not. what are you guys looking at!"

"the mountains." beatrice replied.

wirt's leg was getting worse. he couldn't even move it without having it in immense pain. but they continued onwards anyways(??), and soon they were in a different town with a wal-mart I guess???? I think this is when the dream changed completely, and turned into me wandering around a wal-mart, looking for a place with milkshakes, and then hugging a friend I havent spoken to in years for a rlly long time.

this wal-mart was rlly weird tho, it was rlly cramped like walking through an antique shop.

but anyways, the dream changed back when I flew back to the place that Wirt broke his leg, and then showed them back to the gnome town, and they went into this shop that you would see at the renaissance fair. and then the end!

Im a libra sun, scropio moon, and gemini rising. This means that im a pretty social person and always wanna hang out with friends and just have fun, but moon in scropio makes my emotions rlly haywire and kinda boosts any sorta negative emotion, which is hard when you have chronic anxiety and major depressive disorder. Which also means i take medication for it, which i forget a lot. And because of these things i have anxiety tics, where it ranges to making noices and twitching a bit to full on hitting myself and saying random shit. But I really like making people laugh, it makes me feel helpful, but im also good at being to mother figure for people. I also like playfully bantering with people, like i love you but will full on roast you and get into fake fist-fights. I am a bit of a violent person at times but I have a punching bag and boxing gloves which help a lot. But I only get that angry when someone uses an insecurity of mine against me or is talking bad about someone i love, cause it you do that im beating your ass. I do have a bit of body insecurities mainly about my hip-dips and stomach. But because im curvy i get hit on by adults a lot and its creepy as fuck.

My hobbies include art (painting, drawing), sleeping (because i stay up mad late😭✌🏽), reading comics, Marvel and D.C superheroes, and super villains, cartoons, and anime/manga.

hi!! for the match up thing i’m indian-american, 5’6”-5’8” naturally rapunzel-length, wavy hair (brownish), glasses, brown eyes, corner dimples, aquarius, i’m an ambivert, i love video games, editing, reading, writing, sleeping lol, and i’m not good at drawing but i like doodles and coloring. i love k-pop (casual listener) and some non-kpop songs & i love watching a lot of anime & reading BL 🕴🏻 & manga. i get closed off in groups because i get anxious and i get negative thoughts and how i’m probably not even wanted there bc of bad experiences. in public i can get suuuper anxious because i’m rlly sheltered bc of my parents and i get all shaky. same like in public w/o my parents like i get shaky and an anxiety / panic attack and want to cry. ive never experienced things bc of my family like ‘normal’ stuff like the beach, traveling, ice skating, movie theaters and stuff. i hate it and i dont have the best relationship with my family they can be really toxic sometimes and the whole anxiety thing and that makes me feel really depressive and su*cidal sometimes for a while. i love physical affection and being shown that or told words affirmation. but irl i get awkward and shy w physical affection bc ive never experienced it and idk how to do it. im good thru text, irl i can keep a convo going. thru calls i get shy and nervous, especially if it’s the opposite gender. my face gets red easily like i blush a lot and it’s not hard to make me flustered lol. when i get like that or don’t know how to respond i just giggle bc idk what to do or say. if im sad and going thru it i make jokes to cover it up and laugh it off, one time someone just asked ‘are you ok’ after i did and my voice cracked ‘no not really’ and i started crying 😃 i keep stuff to myself (unless i trust that person to tell them stuff nd open up to them) i do have trust issues and i’ve never rlly had friends irl my parents are strict and never let me go out. online i dont rly have much friends either. im rlly observant, and like descriptive / detailed as u can tell 😭 kinda sucks thoo because a lot of people don’t read what i say bc they said they cant b bothered n it’s too long but i just get rlly engrossed into things & dont half-ass stuff and just wanna explain everything properly 😭 i can be sassy and give attitude, and i can be mean. HISTORY/SUMMARY

tw: child abuse, suicide attempt, and death.

her family is honestly a mess. she grew up with mostly female figures in her life. no dad, uncle, grandpa, none. grew up insanely rich as well. was always silenced as a kid and placed into a mold. she figured out pretty quickly to behave and shut up or face the consequences. family was quite controlling and olivier wasn’t allowed to grow into her own person. while she never got along with her mother, she cried and cried at her funeral ( olivier was 12 at the time ). her grandmother didn’t really like it and rebuked her for losing her composure. attempted suicide at around 17 and as punishment, her grandmother did not allow her to attend her dream school in america ( which she had gotten accepted into ), but made her attend a closer college, with her chauffeur shuttling her back and forth ( 2 hours ) right after classes so she could keep a close eye on her. her grandmother soon falls when crimes from years ago service and sufficient evidence is obtained for a trial and olivier, finally free, chooses to do something for herself for the first time in her life, and moves to kaos.

PERSONALITY

like everyone, olivier has two different aspects of herself, one for the public and one for the ones who know the deepest parts of her.

she’s very eloquent, not only in her word choice but also her voice ( she’s gotten many compliments on now soothing and gentle it sounds ). doesn’t smile too easily, but doesn’t mean that its always genuine when you receive one. there’s something almost ethereal about her presence, as if she’s not fully there or she could be gone with one gust of wind. there’s a sweet, gentle, but firm aspect of her that confuses most people. they don’t know whether to relax or tighten up around her. 

underneath all the sugar and spice, she’s much more sinister, cunning, and calculating than the eye lets on. a sweet tone can be taken on when shredding someone down, complete with a sugary smile. setting up the pieces and watching the world tear itself down is one of her favorite past times. her tone is sweet while the most vicious words leave her mouth, with anger never manifesting physically besides the trembling of her fingers. she’s come too far to let petty emotions get the better of her. 

further underneath is a girl who’s truly terrified of the world. it’s never been kind to her, and she can’t blame it, as she’s never put forth good energy. the lack of structure she’s facing now that her grandmother is gone is freeing, but completely terrifying, like being dropped in the middle of the ocean with no sense of direction. with her life in her own hands, she has no idea what to do with it, and it frightens her to her core. it’s probably why she lashes out and likes to watch as people ruin themselves. in a weird way, it makes her feel less lonely, which is why she’s drawn to disorder.

hates hates hates nicknames. call her olivier or don’t talk to her at all. ( sihyun is the only exception to this rule but he still receives death glares ).

while she did live in paris, her first language and the language most frequently spoken at home was korean, so she is most comfortable in korean, though french and english were taught to her by a young age as well.

out of all the things she hated doing as a kid, violin and piano are the only hobbies that really stuck around. she still practices on the daily and a lot of activities have to be thought over twice because strain off her fingers/wrists is very important.

dabbled in drugs and such in high school ( abroad ). while it allowed her to alleviated the stress she didn’t like the fact that it took bodily control away from her, so never did it too often.

has anxiety that flares up from time to time in forms of attacks ( big and small ) so she takes medication for it, but not many people know.

going off of that, she sometimes has attacks when thinking about her future. it’s not what lies ahead that frightens her but the lack of structure she now has due to the absence of her grandmother. the security that had been there, no matter how restraining, now makes her feel like shes drowning in endless possibilities and its too much for her to swallow sometimes.

majored in classical literature and classical music. its one of the easiest conversation starters because she could go on and on for hours about old, dead writers.

isn’t one for pastries but she absolutely loves fruit tarts. it’s the only sugary thing she’ll let herself eat.

completely scrapped her house before she moved to kaos. removed everything and sold the land. has left her job running the company and literally everything behind except her inheritance and the money she received while on the job + the house. it’s enough money to last her a lifetime but finds herself bored in kaos with nothing to do,  so she’s begun giving lessons ( sparingly ). sight sees a lot but is thinking of taking on a role in the orchestra in town sooner or later.

isn’t vegan but eats meat sparingly, mostly because she usually doesn’t like the texture or taste of most meats.

enjoys writing poetry but its mostly just for her. a leather bound book filled with her work lays on her desk every night, but they are often tear soaked and unable to fully comprehend unless you know who she truly is.

what's it like being a teacher?? i've always thought of being one but never knew if i was up for it, especially for pre-k

but tbh its super fun??? i love it. over the years ive wanted to do either nursing or an art teacher for middle school/high school. but i needed to make Money and my mom got a job at this holistic school and they offered me a job too as her aid. within like a week i absolutely fell in love with it and i knew that early childhood development was what i HAD to get my degree in. i’d helped out my mom working at daycares before or doing various nannying jobs, but this is the first time i’ve been like... in a classroom setting for hours 5 days a week.

but! it’s really fun. it’s not for everyone, though. basically to be a teacher u gotta a) have a ton of empathy b) have patience and c) think of kids, no matter how young, as completely your equal. they have the same emotional capacity as adults and they’re way smarter than you’d think. if those aren’t things you think are your strong suits then it might not be a good fit and thats okay!

but basically... as a teacher, u do things like... lesson planning, making sure kids are emotionally okay, calming yourself down and smiling anyway when a particularly tough kid starts acting up, willing to have Fun as far as you can physically. like... playing pretend, picking kids up and spinning them around, joining them if they’re playing w slime/play dough, just in general trying to get to their level to understand them more and not just seem like a stand offish adult who doesnt Understand them.

tbh to ME pre k is way easier than older kids. i’ve had to teach a couple classes at this school to elementary-hs kids and it’s a lot more difficult than pre k imo. with pre k like... most of the kids are potty trained, so that’s a plus. and they’re hyper as hell but you kinda get used to the noise and it’s worth it bc they’re incredibly cute and loving. like, today i had a little 3 year old sitting next to me while i was making flash cards and she wanted to color with me so she just kept coloring lil squiggles and then gluing them together and handing them to me saying they were cards for me. another kid (my favorite kid) was super excited bc i stayed passed lunch today (usually i go home before lunch) and he hugged my legs and kept walking around attached to my legs. u also get random high fives and hugs. 

really the only difficult part abt pre k is that sometimes the kids will like. melt down but bc theyre so young it’s hard to calm them down bc they don’t really... Understand how to get themselves to a calmer place. but even then like. theres usually a reason behind why theyre acting that way. like one girl in my class has parents who just... never see her. shes always in aftercare and then on weekends she goes to daycare. she only sees them at most like 4 hours a day. so whenever she starts crying over smth small or losing it out of nowhere, it’s p easy to go “okay, there’s a reason for this, let me just hold her until she starts to calm down”. like i said, you just rlly gotta be empathetic. try and understand where they’re coming from and the job is super easy.

but in summary: it’s a p easy job for me and it’s incredibly rewarding bc you get to see kids learn and grow and watch as concepts click for them, as well as getting a TON of affection and having an outlet for your affection as well. the hardest part is just really... being able to gain control/respect ig bc some kids if they’re losing it you can calm down p easy bc they respect you, where others might just flat out ignore you. w those ones u just gotta breathe and smile anyway lmao
