since y'all loved my andrew having an old injury from the car crash with tilda i thought i would give you another au with consequences from it

andrew wanted tilda gone

she was hurting his brother

and damned if he wasn't going to stop her

she hadn't listened to his previous warnings

or any of his threats

so really he had no choice

he got aaron to switch places with him and go to a tutoring session pretending to be him

he dressed himself in aarons clothes

he made his nose look red and scabbed

and insited on going out with tilda when she wanted to go get some new supply

they got on the highway

perfect

he dropped his aaron act

"you know. i didn't want it to come to this, but you didn't listen to my warnings"

"wha-"

he pulled the steering wheel towards him

and then it was a blur

the car swerved and rolled and crashed

tilda flew out the window. she wasn't wearing her seatbelt.

andrew cracked his head on the dash

and the world went black

and then it wasn't anymore

andrew was a little surprised to open his eyes and still be in the wreck of the car

he expected to wake up in the hospital if he ever did at all

he tests his limbs and finds he can move easier then he thought

he gets out as people start to swarm

he wanders away before they ask him if hes alright

he spends some time watching tilda

definitely dead

he doesn't pay attention when the paramedics arrive

until he spots a flash of blonde hair on a stretcher

aaron wasn't supposed to be there why was he there

he rushes over, pushing people out of the way

and then he realizes it wasn't aaron

it couldn't be

it was the same shirt he himself had been wearing

and the same carefully tucked long sleeves that were now ripped enough to reveal his carefully hidden scars

blood staining his hair

he was dead

dead and stuck here

not in heaven or hell or even the void

but here on earth

stuck

hes not sure what to do at first and just follows his body

dazed and a bit confused

then he really does see aaron

looking at their bodies

identifying them

and he latches onto him

following him

hed promised to protect him and he'd be damned if being dead was going to stop him
