#its like. its beating in general a little faster snd its like im out of breath snd something is pulling in my chest/lower throat and then i#it does a few beats that are really Strong and Hard like an extreme feeling of anxiety and it goes like boom and its weird idk#it doesnt. usually do that for no reason#theres no reason for me to be anxious even subconsciously rn so i think its physical#and also its Not Stopping??? when usually itd only do that once or twice and then stop#i may be overly dramatic abt this but now im scared like what if somethings wrong#murl murmurs
