#ok context here lol#so Thom (purple background) left his duties as older brother to study magic#as mages are kinda known to do#and as the other kid#Alan (green) was forced to pick up the slack#including TAXES#because even fantasy manor lords have to do taxes#sigh#its april in the us im not happy with this every other fucking country does the taxes for folks#why the fuck cant we#its legit the stupidest lobbying bullshit ive ever heard#demolish these institutions it makes life HELL for so many millions of people#rant over#anyways back to OCs#I thought this would be a fun expression practice since that's not something that I've been focusing on#but like#something i wanna improve on#anyways#had a ton of fun. the main bulk took me like an hour and then refining it a bit took another 30 to an hour so not bad honestly!
