Episode 81: A Really Retroactive Recap

Well Well...

Episode 81...IRONICALLY one of the most Juliantina-less eps in recent memory, there were some interesting revelations (One of which I MISSED, please help lol) let's get to the ones I ACTUALLY got to watch:

Oh shit...Lupe spilled the whole thing just like that, I mean that’s some Galaxy-Brain shit right there, poor Lucia is gonna need a moment to digest all that, also LOL at Lucia pointing out Val & Juls lovely friendship, Gurl ....you're her Suegra and you don't even know it (yet) lol.

OMFG ..that fuckin' Mayela class-shamming Renata? Honestly, when is she going to get bitch-slaped? Also, No Novela OTP is complete without some explicit socio-economical struggle dynamic bullshit lol ...So just like Juliantina, Renata and Guille are in it to win it my friends. Mayela can choke on that wine for all I care, you ain't no Iceberg gurl, you ain't sinking NO ONEs ship on my watch, GO AWAY.

I did feel it was slightly off character for (both usual SWEETHEARTS) Guille and Val not to call her out on her bullshit? Maybe they're used to her being like that and just ignore it at this point? Needless to say, I feel she's just there to create drama between Guille and Renata at this point and honestly can we just Thank U, Next this bitch already!? So done with her ...SO DONE. 

Slow Clap for Renata single-handedly shutting that shit DOWN with a smile on her face, YOU GO GURL.

Its hilarious (and kinda sad) that Juls was SURE Jacobo wasn't her dad because of how ignorant and violent he WASN'T ...LOL but also ( T__T).  

Lucia CONFIRMED that Jacobo is Leon and her face said it all, holy shit things are gonna get cray cray, Johnny better not pull some shit, Im sure one of the two Dork-Dads is not gonna make it, and so far Im sure its gonna be Beltran, IF something happens to Jacobo... :(.

Val telling Guille to look after himself and Renata... Awwww It was so nice of her, she KNOWS her brother would do anything to make her feel better, even if that meant sacrificing himself and his relationship for a bit, and as the good siblings they are she is telling him he doesn't have to do it anymore, she can take care of herself, I do think that HOT MESS of a dinner(lunch?) helped her put things into perspective quite a bit, now take some of your own advice and go look out for your own happiness Gurl! (...according to next ep's previews ...she will :))  

No crying Val (Yay!) = NO Give-Val-A-Break edit, We’ll see about that on tomorrow's ep lol.

Also, I’m not saying you should learn spanish just so you can grasp the entirety of Maca's Cultura Colectiva Interview...but I AM saying you should totally learn spanish just so you can fully enjoy that (obviously scripted) Cringefest Extravaganza: 

From Maca's initial slight discomfort with the interviewer awkwardly crushin' on her, to her then playfully going along with it until the whole thing goes sour (and her switching FULLY into her argentinian accent) to those HILARIOUSLY awful clips of her past endeavours (the  "Maldito Internet/Fuckin' Internet" part got me laughin’ my ass off lol) the 99% bit, the BURNING HAIR XD...I mean I was cracking up till the last second.

You can always count on Maca to give an Excellent-thought-provoking-heartfelt-MEME ABUNDANT- interview lol.

Due to some Technical Difficulties (I'll be without decent Internet until the 4th...PERFECT TIMING lol) I haven't been able to watch the latest full eps...and the recap vids I usually AM able to find are mostly Juliantina centric so I totally missed Guille finding out about Leon/Jacobo....

FUUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKK :( I really wanna know how he took it?, If anyone knows where I can watch (or PLEASE upload it?) that actual scene please lemme know... Val is gonna LOSE HER SHIT when she finds out, Im still deciding if in a good or a bad way? Probably BOTH.

Going by Maca's Mysterious Surprise, Barbs' latest "Tacos de Tripa" twitter comments, them obviously filming something in character on Valentine's day (I thought it was probably a Valentines Day Promo or something like that but NOPE, its was definitely for something else) and the official Amar a Muerte Twitter account latching on to the Juliantina Around the World campaign (originally organized by fans) I'm 90% sure there's some sort of Spin Off/ Season 2 coming. 

(IF NOT this is totally gonna become the HALF-LIFE-3 of wlw shows LOL).
