My (don’t know if it’s hot) take is that people who complain that writers on here don’t write (insert specific kink/trope/character but almost never follows writers who write that content, don’t reblog writing at all, and never publish their own writing kind of bothers me…

Like I have written for a character that has little screen time, and try to reblog anything about him. So when I see other people complain it’s kinda :/ let’s support creators that write/make art about the character/trope instead of being negative

OHOOOO THIS ONE !!! yes big agree ☝🏽☝🏽 especially when the people who complain abt it put it in the ‘x reader’ tag like ?? no one wants to read ur complaints abt smth when u dont reblog any fics from any writer EVER . motivation is such a big factor for writers :/ ppl dont understand that a single tag in ur reblog w a simple ‘this was so good’ means so much

if someone who writes for that character / trope gets little to no support or traction on the post ?? what do u expect to happen? exactly, the writer won’t write for the underrated character or trope anymore bcs they realise its simply not appreciated by others. thas why i wanna grab those ppl by the shoulders and SHAKE them and their little brains ,,, REBLOG AND SUPPORT PLEASUHHH thats the key to get more fics of ur fav trope / character

and if u dont wanna do alla that go write ur own 🧍🏽‍♀️ not that hard right? LOL
