going through it rn because tomorrow i have to leave home to go back to austria and i dont want to leave my little windswept, barren rock in the middle of the sea, odysseus i get it i get ittttttttt

#my home has been ruined its so ugly and people cant live here anymore its been ruined by successive governments #one after the other being unable to shake off the mentality of a colonized nation #its all ruined but it s still mine and i cant explain how emotional seeing olive trees makes me because thats all i ever see here!#i dont want to be mean to austria its given me opportunities but there s no olive trees there!!!#the people dont invade your private bubble!!! the tomatoes kind of suck!!! the sun doesnt beat down on your head at 1 pm even in january #to burn your scalp to a crisp!!!#THERE S NO SEA how do you live without the sea how do you live with not hearing or smelling or seeing it all the time? i dont understand??#there s mountains sure but i am not a mountain person i am suspicious of mountains #im just having a moment #ill probably be fine in a bit #loqui
