Well...I really liked the idea of the role change between Mabel and Dipper and well...I wrote about it! Yippeee

Now let me tell you a little more about the idea of what I have in mind:

(I want to expand a little more on shorts contexts of the rewriting of the series with this AU. but it will be too long and I plan to accompany it with some designs)

Bill and dipper:

🔼Bill: after the incident of the 2d dimension, the only one who survived was Tad and bill. Who both went to form a home in the nightmare realm. Tad is very overprotective of Bill and doesn't want him to leave his room. That's why he puts him in charge of watching over the dimensions and multiverse with his big all-seeing eye. Bill is a growing teenager and at the same time, he is very alone. Besides watching over the multiverse, he writes riddles and stories, reads a lot and likes to practice magic.

🌲Dipper: In this universe, Dipper is nicknamed with the pseudonym May-May or May (for mason). He is the complete opposite of his sister. He is more cheerful, positive and has his adorable and captivating charm. He likes crafts and reading fantasy type stories like fairytales, fiction, fanfictions, comics and mangas. Obviously Dipper in this AU has the kidcore vibe. He doesn't have many friends because he is weird and not as masculine as the boys of his age, that's why he feels lonely and would like to have friends. Dipper, like Mabel in the series, tries his best to get his desired youthful summer love that he reads so much about in his stories

My thoughts on the new AK Summer event !!

First up let’s talk about my Favorite parts! For example…..

YOU. She’s a Nightzmora!! WE ARE GETTING MORE MARE LORE

Her kit also seems super fun!!

Next up! Miss Pepe!

Our first Earthshaker! She has another interesting kit! (And an all guard atk up bonus?!)

Then there’s this guy, who I don’t care about since, well, male. But he has melanin! YIPPEEE

Lastly, theirs Papyrus! I like her color scheme! Happy that Paprika isn’t alone anymore!

Ah. Right. Sooooo this event takes heavy inspo from SPECIFICALLY Egypt 🇪🇬.

In light of uh, recent events, there’s been a greater conversation about darker skin representation in these games when their locals are based off of places where people of color thrive! It’s a good conversation to have! Though I gotta admit a lot of the nuance of these conversations gets lost with everybody jumping to whack the beehive. Which is very unfortunate. To Put my two cents on it as a black woman, I usually care heavily about these conversations after all they usually about me or people like me! Especially when characters are based off of real people ,so, where does that leave this event? Under normal circumstances, I’d be a lot more up in arms if this had took inspiration from literally any other place on the continent, but I gotta be honest…

Im not going to bat for people who don’t claim me. And don’t want to either. 🤷🏿‍♀️

It’s as simple as that, Would it have been nice to have more darker skin characters? OF COURSE. We are even set to receive one in a future event! But I’m seeing a lot of people ready to swing on my behalf when the country in question wouldn’t 😭 which is unfortunate. Non-black people especially too which, uh, we don’t have time to go over my opinions on that. That being said…

IF PEOPLE ACTUALLY EFFECTED BY THIS ARE UPSET, THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO BE SO LET THEM BE. BUT PLEASE DON’T GET OFFENDED ON MY BEHALF 😭
