Haha, it was a crossbow before. ^^; A small one. But it felt silly to me. Like every time I reread this scene and came to the line about the crossbow, I thought, “that’s stupid.” =/ Not to mention a pistol crossbow takes time to like, cock and load, etc. It’s not something you can do on an impulse. Not something you can do in a split-second of passion or distress. In order for it to be a threat, she would have to arm it, and arming it would be a lot of trouble to go to if she didn’t plan to actually shoot him. And she didn’t when she first got it out....

had a massage yesterday the experience was great but i learned way too much about my therapist. she's a gun toting cop wife from a military family and holy shit we're having a conversation and it totally got to this point where i'd have to come out to this woman to be honest in our chat and it's moments like that that straight ppl will never get or understand

Jessie’s head titled slightly as she paused to consider the question. She’d never really thought Woody’s friendship in the context of her other relationships and friendships before but to her, in that moment, that seemed to sum up their interactions nicely.

“ With Woody’s friendship, yeah, I think I would consider it a friendship of siblings. It’s how we interact. We look out for one another which, I guess, could go friendship or siblin’ like, but its kinda how we do it that I think crosses more into the biological siblin’s territory. If someone else were to ‘pick on us’ so to speak we’d defend the other with everythin’ we had.

I’ve never gotten physical with any of ‘em that’s for sure. I mean, that doesn’t mean I ain’t ever butted heads with the others ( I can think of numerous times me an’ Potato Head have had some unkind words slung at each other ) but nothin’ like what Woody and I have done. If that don’t scream siblin’s I dunno what does! “
