I find it amusing that some folks here keep entire blogs dedicated to hating a single fictional character and every relationship they have. You say you hate this character, but they also live rent-free in your head 24/7. That's a lot of commitment for something you don't like.

- go into a ship tag - write a whole-ass essay on why people shouldn't ship the thing, with arguments that are 100% based on personal HCs and not the actual source material - declare you've got an agenda to convince people not to ship it - block anyone who's either politely like: "hello, are actual fans of this ship the audience you're going for? would you be cool with untagging this?" or "hey, i think your argument has flaws in it <CITES CONCRETE EVIDENCE>"

Let me first preface this by saying that fortpeat are my LITA babies. No one can touch them. No one can beat them. No one.

Buuuuuut there's just something so intrinsically sexy about the bosspeat ghost ship. They have such a natural energy about them. We got bare minimum scenes between bosspeat in LITA and I want *more*. I'd love to see them as like, exes or something, before the fortpeat characters get together.

Hi this is ACTUALLY Ibtisam. I was really not planning on returning to tumblr, but I have now been made aware of two people trying to pretend to be me since I have left. The most recent person has my old url @/ibtisams and is pretending to be me and asking for money. I need to make it clear that I have never and will never ask for money for myself on here. All fundraising efforts I have ever done have been for Palestinian families or organisations. Taking my name and acting like me to get money for yourself is vile and goes against everything I actually stand for. I don’t believe it’s fair for others to have to speak up on my behalf and warn people about these fake accounts, so I am hoping this post/account will end all of that.

I am not ready to be back on here, and I really don’t know what to even say. For the last week I have been in an inpatient programme, and I will continue to be here for the next 8 weeks. I have limited access to my phone/internet/etc during this time, so I can assure you that any new accounts that say they are me are just trying to scam for money or followers or whatever they think they can gain from pretending to be me. 

Deleting my blog was a choice I made solely to benefit myself and there is a lot I apologise for, but there is also a lot I don’t apologise for. If I do ever return to tumblr, it will be on this account and I will never ever be asking for money for myself. I wish all of you the best, and Free Palestine.

As per my last post, if yall arent aware — Cait Corrain, the author of the upcoming Crown of Starlight made a bunch of fake accounts on Goodreads to review-bomb other debut authors, almost entirely BIPOC, with 1 star while 5-starring her own book. She also added traditionally published debut authors to a list derogatorily labeling them as "self-published" hacks. She went after random books that are Greek mythology retellings, like her own is, and again targeted BIPOC authors. She even targeted my good friend RM Virtues, who is an indie author who writes queer Black Greek myth reimaginings.

Many of those she attacked were people who considered her a colleague and friend. She's tried to spin a lie about how she's being framed by someone from her Reylo fandom days, but Reylos have disproven that already.

Cait allegedly liked to brag about how her publisher treated her like royalty, and she had a massive Illumicrate deal. Her book was also getting favorable advanced reviews and had a beautiful cover, so she had nothing to be jealous of. She's potentially destroyed her career due to racism alone. Do not buy her book and do not support her.
