A good Screenrant article? Color me surprised.
"Most viewers assume Qui-Gon was right to believe Anakin needed to be trained - but surprisingly, George Lucas seems to think it was a mistake.
"George Lucas believed Qui-Gon was wrong to decide to train Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace. Many viewers see Qui-Gon Jinn as the perfect Jedi, the embodiment of everything the Order was supposed to represent. He is a rebel against the Council, alone and uncorrupted, a champion of the underdog who recognizes Anakin Skywalker's potential. The reality, of course, is that Qui-Gon is a lot more nuanced; he's as flawed as any other Jedi, and in fact, George Lucas considered him even more flawed.
"Lucas expressed his own view in an interview with Cut Magazine in 1999 (via David Talks SW). In his view, Qui-Gon shares the same faults as Anakin; he is spontaneous and reckless, with Obi-Wan Kenobi providing him a sense of balance. What's more, Lucas surprisingly suggested Qui-Gon made a mistake in insisting the Jedi should train Anakin.
"I think it is obvious that he [Qui-Gon] was wrong in Episode I and made a dangerous decision, but ultimately, this decision may be correct. The 'phantom menace' refers to the force of the dark side of the universe. Anakin will be taken over by dark forces, which in turn destroy the balance of the Galaxy, but the individual who kills the Emperor is Darth Vader - also Anakin."
"It is certainly ironic that Lucas believes it "obvious" Qui-Gon shouldn't have trained Anakin. The modern consensus is that Qui-Gon was the one Jedi who could have saved Anakin, the only one who truly understood the prophecy of the Chosen One.
"The general view is that the Jedi Council was wrong to initially reject Anakin. Lucas takes a different view, though, suggesting Anakin's training was, in fact, the mistake that doomed the order. It's fascinating to imagine how the Star Wars saga would have played out if Anakin didn't join the Jedi; the most likely scenario is that he'd have been taken in by the people of Naboo as a hero, and no doubt he and Padmé would have gotten together anyway. Padmé wouldn't have held Anakin back when he began dreaming of his mother's death, so this Anakin would never have built up the fear of loss to the cataclysmic degree seen in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. Amazingly, this is probably the happiest path Anakin could have taken - and he was denied it because of Qui-Gon Jinn's choice.
Personal Note: I don't like the insinuation that the Jedi "held Anakin back" from pursuing his visions to save his mother because by his own admissions, they were just dreams. By the time he himself finally decided to do something about it, it was too late. But aside from that, I agree with everything else.
"It's significant that the will of the Force had Anakin brought up on Tatooine, a world outside the Republic, where he wouldn't be found by the Jedi. In his impetuousness, Qui-Gon insisted the Chosen One should be trained by the Jedi - but there's nothing to indicate the prophecy of the Chosen One suggested any such thing. Unsurprisingly, Lucas' perspective on the Star Wars saga is entirely convincing, even if it does run against the general view. Things worked out in the end, of course, but only after a whole lot of chaos on a galactic scale."

https://screenrant.com/stranger-things-season-5-predictions-characters-fates-list/
“Will's fate in Stranger Things season 5 is perhaps the trickiest to determine, as he is so connected with all of the other characters, including Vecna. He could potentially fill any number of roles. It is clear that Will is artistically talented, with a powerful imagination, and central to the Upside-Down. If Will takes charge of the Upside-Down, it is possible that he could change its nature. It may be that a character must stay in the Upside-Down, and if this happens, Will surviving the Upside-Down makes him the obvious choice. Simply killing or sealing Will away would be a bad move as his unreciprocated love for Mike could make this into the tired "bury your gays" trope. A better option would be for the Upside Down to become a fantastical place that is still linked to Hawkins, with the other characters still able to communicate with Will.”
🙄
I’m so glad that these people don’t write the show
First of all, Screenrant is a joke and often has the worst or most basic takes.
I hate that take so much, it's not going to happen. STOP TRYING TO MAKE WILL BYERS DYING/DISAPPEARING AGAIN HAPPEN, IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Becoming part of the Upside Down? No way is it good storytelling that Will ends up there alone. Away from his friends and family? How is this a satisfying ending? I do agree, his mental powers are going to affect and alter the UD in some way - but not like this! Not compelling.
Also look at this comment on the article. Listen, I try to defend people who aren't in our type of fandom so much but oooooh they make it so hard. Why is this the only thing people can come up with? Why is everyone so fucking basic!!?? "Kill off all the characters but make it all a dream." Shut up. The Duffers have already said NEITHER of these things are happening and if you watch and care about the show you'd realize these theme are antithetical to the entire spirit of the show. "This isn't Game of Thrones. It was all a DnD campaign is boring. It wasn't all a dream."
Sorry, I don't usually get this heated but I know we're about to get a year of these bland, basic takes and I'm already exhausted hahaha:

reasons why drarry is the perfect example for enemies to lovers and why they make sense
first i looked up reasons to ship drarry i found a article on screenrant the article is 5 reasons harry and draco would make a great couple & 5 they’d would be awful together now i’m not gonna tell you the reasons they would be awful together because they aren’t i’m gonna tell you 5 reasons they would make a great couple
1 they are equal in many ways harry and draco would be good together because the fact that they are really evenly matched both of them are extremely smart and capable of magic while they might be in the two different hogwarts houses that hate each other the most they do have some major similarities they can both be really intense and they are equals in ways they would allow them to engage and complement each other
2 they have natural chemistry when it comes to romance is more to it then just how personality traits match up on paper part of romance is how much chemistry and tension two people have between them there’s no denying that these two have a lot of that while it might be interpreted differently depending on how you view their relationship draco and harry always have a lot of chemistry when they are around each other they are both very invested in the others life for better or for worse both harry and draco are often really concerned about what the other one is doing they both take turns being really involved in one another’s business while this might be because they don’t like each other many fans have noticed that this intensity seems more like how it feels when someone has a crush on another person and isn’t sure how to handle it it definitely the case that harry and draco are really worried about each other
3 they’d challenge each other in harry potter harry is someone who is rather intense and can be a little dramatic at times in this way theses two would be well matched because draco is also like this harry has a lot of talent and energy and he would likely to be best with someone who can challenge him to do better and would live up to his potential
harry can help redeem draco while draco is really messed up in a lot of ways he does give some indication that he isn’t as bad as he was raised to be he doesn’t give up harry to bellatrix in the deathly hallows and in the cursed child play he became a much better person then he was as a child harry as a romantic partner could definitely have helped him become even kinder and helped him learn things that he wasn’t taught growing up with death eaters parents those exact words came from a article on screenrant about drarry and i agree with all 5 reasons i agree with harry and draco being equal not because they are smart and capable of magic it’s also because they are just a boy remember molly saying that about harry in the order of the phoenix and draco mother narcissa saying that about draco in the half blood prince i agree with them having natural chemistry is also because they are also compatible if you believe in zodiac signs and compatibility harry was born july 31 he’s a leo draco was born june 5 he’s a gemini which geminis and leo’s are compatible with each other they have great chemistry reasons why i agree with they are both invested in each other’s lives them being concerned or worried about each other yes harry and draco did worry about each other i mean you can tell on draco face when he saw harry face being all swollen and unrecognizable in malfoy manor asking what’s wrong with his face his tone sounded like he was worried and his face looked like he was worried idk if you agree with this but in the prisoner of azkaban when draco asked harry if he really fainted on the train from the dementors it sounded like it was a worry ask not really a taunt to me it did idk if y’all agree but harry was worried about draco too when he saved draco from the fire in the room of requirement he didn’t want to leave him there his face was a worried look having screenrant article tell you draco and harry being in one another’s business because they don’t like each other or fans may noticed that this intensity seems more like how it feels when someone has a crush on another person i agree with the crush thing i mean come on draco was obsessed with harry also i mean draco talked about harry lot to his father and lucius was annoyed how much draco talked about him and i think draco talked about harry a lot to dobby because remember in the chamber of secrets when dobby and harry first met dobby told harry he heard great things about him dobby did work for the malfoys so dobby wasnt free from them until harry gave him a sock so i’m guessing dobby wasnt free to go anywhere a lot to hear about great things about harry potter so how did he hear that and knew that?draco maybe? it is cannon that draco talked a lot about harry to his father so if he talked about harry with dobby saying great things about him does that sound like someone who hates someone? if you really hated someone and you talked about them you wouldn’t say great things about them you would talk shit and say horrible things about them that aren’t even true because you hate them well if draco really did hated harry he wouldn’t have told dobby the great things about him lastly i agree on harry can help redeem draco i mean draco did have a redemption arc in the deathly hallows part 2 movie but it was cut the deleted scene was draco ran and tossed harry his wand so he can defeat voldemort i’m still very upset about that that it was cut from the movie so if harry and draco really didn’t care for each other really hated each other then why did they both save each other lives draco not giving harry up in malfoy manor by not identifying his identity or when he gave harry his wand after discovering harry was still alive so harry can defeat voldemort if draco really hated harry he would of given harry up in malfoy manor he wouldn’t give harry his wand to defeat voldemort if harry really hated draco he wouldn’t save his life in the room of requirement idc if you don’t ship them i’m tired of seeing drarry can’t happen because they hate each other when they really don’t

Titans season 2: Donna Troy **Spoilers**
I was just talking with my Blerd group about Titans season 2, and we had a long discussion about Donna Troy’s power levels on the show.  An article by Screenrant  said the following: “All Amazonians possess powers that include superhuman durability bordering on immortality, and an accelerated healing factor. And while Donna Troy, in some continuities of her own, begins life as a non-Amazonian, she is always ultimately granted the powers of one. On top of that, she is often considered one of the strongest characters in DC Comics, often on par with Wonder Woman herself. As such, Wonder Woman 1984 is just further proof that the decision to kill off Donna Troy in such a fashion was not only ill-conceived but dumb to the point of being mockable.”
I agree that killing Donna in the manner they did was underwhelming, however her death by electrocution can actually be explained in the quote “Donna Troy, in some continuities of her own, begins life as a non-Amazonian, she is always ultimately granted the powers of one.”  It has already been established that she is half-Amazonian on the show, even losing in battle to Deathstroke. While dying by electrocution was unremarkable, it can be explained by her not having her full powers of an Amazon yet.
If I were a Titans writer, fixing Donna’s ill-conceived “death would be a priority.  From what we have seen on Titans, none of the characters are at their peak besides Dick, Hank and Dawn.  Dick is finally reaching his peak as he has donned his Nightwing suit.  It was 2 seasons in the making and a milestone moment for the character.  This isn’t to disparage Hank and Dawn, but aside from Hank getting help with his substance abuse, I think they have reached their full potential.
Donna’s peak on Titans is Troia, not Wonder Girl.  Rachel went to Themiscyra with Donna’s body to try and resurrect her.  I think she will be successful and we will see the rise of Troia (along with the rise of Raven).  At that point, I think she will be granted the full powers of an Amazon, making her a force on the team that we didn’t see in seasons 1 or 2.  On an old episode of DC Daily (episode 103), Conor said the following during a comic book reading about Troia:
Hector: What’s it like for you to read those comics
Conor: This specifically… This is interesting because, like, the whole Troia storyline... and that’s yet to be explored…..you know that’s a very ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…
Go back and watch her body language when Troia is mentioned. Once she becomes Troia, I think she will reach her full potential as a character.
Current levels on Titans
Dick …reaching peak. Becoming Nightwing was a huge milestone for Dick. Nightwing is a force of a character and well respected in the Superhero community. With his transition from Robin to Nightwing complete, I can see him becoming the great leader he is known to be.
Tumblr media
Hank and Dawn ….peak. I'm not sure how these two characters can grow aside from Hank getting help for substance abuse and the characters separating for a while.
Tumblr media
Rachel …journey to becoming peak. Rachel's journey will really begin in Themyscira and pave the way for Raven.
Tumblr media
Jason …journey to becoming peak. With Jason's departure from the Titans (and Robin), he is on a journey to discovery who he wants to be..Red X or Red Hood imminent??
Tumblr media
Kori …journey to becoming peak. With Blackfire on the scene and her powers gone, Kori is about to face her biggest challenge yet. When she comes out on the other side, we'll hopefully see her embrace Starfire.
Tumblr media
Donna …journey to becoming peak. Wonder Girl has fallen but from the ashes Troia will rise. If she becomes Troia and is granted full Amazonian powers, Donna will be a force to be reckoned with.
Tumblr media
Garfield …journey to becoming peak. Right now Gar can only transform into a tiger (and a snake) and is mentally devestated after the events in season 2. Gar will need to reconcile his actions and work on developing his powers. Dick will probably help him with this in season 3.
Tumblr media
Connor …journey to becoming peak. Right now Connor has the mind of a 2 year old. Now that he is in safe hands with the Titans, he can learn what it means to be human and a hero.
Tumblr media
Rose ...journey to peak. Free from her father's influence, Rose can learn what it's like to be a hero and part of a family.
Tumblr media
Jericho ...journey to peak. While Jericho is free from his Father's mind, he is still stuck in Rose. While he is ok with these accomodations, it's ultimately not fair to Rose. Hopefully when Raven returns, she can transfer him into a host body permanently.

Why Screenrant is a joke.
Tumblr media
Dollface sent me this.  It was mindboggling how much Sara Schmidt sounds like a quintessential heller.  Everything she pointed at as proof of canon destiel, is fecal droppings found on Tumblr.
10.  Uriel stating to Dean:  "He has this weakness. He likes you,"
There is so much wrong with this.  You could mean Dean, the Winchester brothers or mostly humankind collectively.  But no, the guy with no sex drive wants to bang Dean.
9.  Meg calling Dean, Cas's first boyfriend.
The fact that Meg is a demon seems to be lost to this idiot.  Oh, but the demon said something that you like, so she must be right.  Sarcasm is lost on these fools.  And yet they will say the same thing about us critiquing Misha's humor.
8.  Mistletoe
That's right, Cas and Dean shared a moment under the mistletoe! Did you miss it? While Bieber wasn't really playing in the background, some mistletoe could definitely be sighted hanging above the cuties during season eight's eighth episode, ''Hunteri Heroici''.
The episode features some of Cas's most adorable moments, from trying to be a detective and sniffing a body in the process to staying in the hotel with the brothers, saying another great line: "I'll watch over you." No, it's not a huge 'ship spoiler on its own, but within the context of all the other great one-liners it seems pretty romantic. Or stalkery. However you view it.
Those are the exact words.  Can you say fine tooth comb?  The funny thing is that she does give us an opportunity to pick a view and yes, I do view it as stalkery, because that is what Dean calls its.  He says its creepy and rapey.  Even if we take it as is, it proves Cas likes Dean and does not denote mutual attraction.
7.  Hugging
''Fans of Dean Winchester know that he might have a reputation with the ladies but he sure isn't what you'd call a "hugger." Yet he seems to be falling into Castiel's arms quite often--and with much more gusto than he hugs his little brother, Sammy. It's not that Sam and Dean never hug; they two share many heartfelt brotherly moments on the show. But Dean seems rather eager to leap into Cas's arms as opposed to the reluctant, awkward back-patting that he exchanges with his own flesh and blood. We get it, Dean. We like hugging the people we're sweet on, too.''
Talk about subjective.  More gusto?  According to who, heller?  He is a hugger.  He hugs lots of people.  Jessica, his parents, Charlie, Jack.  But hold the phone when he hugs Dean.  SMH.
6.  The profound bond
This is the same quote revisited plenty of times.  This is because hellers don't understand the character of the character they stan.  He doesn't speak ordinary English.  Cas is more Dean's friend than Sam.  That is what profound bond means.  Even if we take it as is, it proves Cas likes Dean and does not denote mutual attraction.
5.  Dean was able to break to Naomi's brainwashing by saying ''I need you".  Naomi also said that she knew he wanted to "return to him," which sounds like she's alluding to a romantic relationship.
That bit I cannot get.  Cas is so useless to Team Free Will that you can write the last five seasons of SPN without him.  But Dean needs him, why?  Maybe Dean meant ''I need you to not kill me'', despite the fact that it turns on the hellers.  Of course, Sara Schmidt chooses to forget that Jensen scraped the ''I love you'' line.  Sorry hellers, Jensen does not want destiel to be canon.
4.  I cant summaries this delusion in one line.  There is just too much stupid.
Speaking of that phrase, how many pairings are revealed when one character utters, "I need you," to the other? It's a classic line that's meant to convey more than one need, to say the least, and Dean and Cas tend to state it to one another over and over again to the point where it's a favorite fan quote used most often to support the unofficial couple.
What makes this line even more revealing is Dean's famous disdain for the words, or touchy-feely words in general, as he's repeatedly told his brother throughout the series. Naturally we still get plenty of those brotherly moments, but Dean seems to not mind having those saccharine sweet sentiments with Cas as much and has said this line multiple times.
3.  Balthazar tells Dean, "You have me confused with the other angel. You know, the one in the dirty trench coat who's in love with you."
Balthazar is a jerk.  Taking him seriously, is the dumbest thing anyone one would do.  Even if we take his words as is, it proves Cas likes Dean and does not denote mutual attraction.
2.  The beard stroke" in Purgatory together
Yes, lets reach right into our arse to look for proof, shall we?  This twat reach right into season 8.  Poor thing.  His clean shaven friend grew a beard and he was amused.  It must mean Dean wants to boink him.
1.  Dean keeping Cas's trench coat after he died.
In her over-reaching, she dug up parallels from Ennis and Jack in Brokeback Mountain and how Ennis kept Jack's coat after he died.  Typical heller behavior.  Madame Heller forgets that Jensen laughed at the stupidity of it.  Even Misha laughed because Jensen brought it up right in front of his face.  So he had to agree but behind Jensen's back, Misha called Dean a pervert who was doing things with the coat.  But don't you bother your teeny, tiny, itty, bitty little head with facts.  Stick to your metaphor and parallel if it makes you smile.
I asked myself if Misha was networking again.  And how come Screenrant writes such questionable material.  I scrolled to the end of the page and found this.
Tumblr media
Click on Write for Us, and fill in the form.  If you are a good writer, you get your drivel published and you get paid.  That is why there is so much heller delusion on Screenrant.  They have absolutely no journalistic credibility because who the heck is fact checking?  No one.  Does Screenrant care?  No.  They just look for traffic.  That is why its called Screenrant and not TVInquirer or something like that.  They don't care how they get views etc.  As long as they get it.  The sad thing is that TPTB on SPN will read the article and think that its the voice of all the fans of SPN.  So lets do something about it, shall we?
Go forth people, and flood Screenrant with requests to write.  And write the truth.  Its the only way to level the playing field, because these hellers are extremely underhanded.  Their hope may be to bully Jensen into making destiel canon.  Write about the death threats.  Write about Misha's mugging.  Write about the Travis Aaron Wade scandal.  Write about what acceptable shipper behavior is.  Write about how you don't want to see the forcing of a ship, that will make the leads uncomfortable.  Write about mental illness and how, coaxing a suicidal person like Jared to kill himself, is downright evil.  Speak up for Jared, because these people trash his reputation.  Speak up about Nolacon.  Speak up about Jensen's homophobia and his aunt.  Speak about the academic work that revolves around Jensen's homophobia.  Speak up about the entitled hellers who destroyed SPN's reputation with queer baiting accusations.  And earn a buck while you do it.  I am going to do that too.  And I will do it for free.
