I know this isn't the vibe you're using Superman for, but I was wondering all the same if you had any thoughts for a world where Kal-Els ship crashed in rural Indonesia?

No thoughts in particular just because Superman as a character is so tied to the American context that having his ship land anywhere else would drastically change the narrative. Like if he's still a white passing man, he'd be treated differently in Indonesia compared to America. It would be a whole other conversation that would lose sight of the point of Superman as a character. (I know there are AUs where he lands somewhere else but that's besides the point outside of a what if scenario)

If I had to take a crack at "Indonesian Superman" I would rather go the Kong Kenan route where it's a new origin from the ground up that considers the political context of the country he's in.
