the reason why i like giving characters relatives is because it's fun to choose which of their traits gets passed down/inherited from another character. it's a fun part in designing em :]

I had a two week holiday this year and they were instantly slurped up. it went so fast!#there was this big football thing the week before my holiday - basically teams of teens come from all around the world to play etc.#I heard a girl tell her teammates that 'I'd love to travel on this bus every morning; happy people all around you; just add some music...'#she was also very excited when the bridge opened. the 'happy people' around her sighed bitterly and leaned back for a ten minute wait.#it is thankfully over now. the bus home is no longer stuffed full of football teams. but it's a fun experience for the players etc etc etc #well. in other thrilling news I went to spy on our sister shops during my time off. to see what they do differently. maybe steal some ideas #one store was like an instagram post with fancy teacups and stylish outfits. who knew a second-hand store could be so boring.#the other was like a man-cave with furniture and a passively-aggressive note by the toys stating that 'if u break it u pay. idiot. tnx<3'.#the man-cave was my favourite :)#rant over now! take care and bye etc!

I love Raph and haven’t said that enough so to be more specific I love that Raph is a soft boy who loves bear plushies, a gross boy who eats an assortment of things that are definitely better left alone, a smart boy who is more than capable of taking down villains through planning and fortitude alike, a strong boy who is dedicated to training his muscles and fighting prowess, a teenage boy who loves his brothers but is more than happy to tease and roughhouse with them, an angry boy who sometimes lets his anger take a hold of him to cover the fear, a gentle boy who is generous with hugs and affirmations to those he loves, a capable boy who takes on more than should ever be expected of a teenager, a good boy who just wants to be a hero and slowly comes to realize the cost of that duty, a good boy who has no reservations about putting himself in the way of harm coming to his family, a good boy who’s a great brother and son and person and deserves only the best the world has to offer.

was drunk at my friend's place yesterday and her bf was given some throwing knives, played around for a bit and i still got it 🧐 that was my last push to get back into knife throwing, haven't been into it since i was 17/18 lol. i ordered these ૮ ᴖﻌᴖა

#throwing knives is so fun...#i do the no spin technique and he was tryna see if i was as accurate by having me move back and he was like ur scary 💀#“you're so accurate and u don't have to calculate the distance for the spin to make it stick‚ u can just go straight for it frm anywhere”#i sure can buddy. I'm gonna get even better at it thanks 👍🏾#briefly considered a foot long throwing spike but feel like i cannot be given that kind of destructive power #i am going to obliterate something that is an outdoors toy 💀#i can make it stick most of the time but we drew little targets and pictures on a board and i could hit the smaller ones w mixed results #i wanna hit bullseye 🎯#my favorite flexes from last night were the times where Id throw the second knife in the same spot as the first n knock the old one down 😈

she is very obviously made by human hands [lumpy] but that is part of her charm and you cannot convince me otherwise

and since her head and body are separate, she can turn her head in all directions just like the real deal!!

the beauty of no home is that, as a reader, eunyung is soo funny and silly and entertaining to watch that you end up rooting for him a lot and really enjoying when hes around. but as a human being you see him leave his trash out in shared spaces for so long it attracts bugs and go holy shit what the hell. this guy sucks fuck this guy. which i think is exactly what knowing him in real life would be like

#ffxiv #sketch #zenos yae galvus #adventurer zenos #oc #tsukiko date #camilla lunae #as per the rules of fighting games- blocking is all well and good until something finally decides to grab you instead #or- how durante's challenge to zenos backfires horribly #independent- face-tanker zenos learns the meaning of waiting for his party LOL #I also want to make another garlean armor set for zenos- so its time for me to be toying with a couple of different designs #I just know I want it to be the opposite of his original 'demon' armor #with the new one more focused on movement and the intake/focus of aether- an angel theme and im thinking of #giving the armor the color palatte of Kain's sanctified armor because... hehehe-#so the one here is basically the first draft of that LOL #...I will fully acknowledge that I treat the man like a dress up doll- he's very fun to design outfits for #zenos' iron stomach does not appreciate meeting its match in the form of taking on a morbol's power head on #dont mind this also just being inspired by the 1.0 trailer- I will always find it so funny that poor meteor's first bit of action we see #is against one of these damned things #so I had to make it so zenos unintentionally follows his long forgotten footsteps

Hello All. Say hello to Arabella and her Dollhouse. It's chock full of friends.

Arabella is what many would call a vintage porcelain doll. She doesn't like the word 'antique'. She's recently acquired a new home and can't wait to invite her friends over. Arabella enjoys inflicting damage and the more friends around, the more damage she does, and the more merrier you will be for certain. Why don't we meet some friends of hers, shall we?

The one thing you should know about Duskmourn is that white mana is hard to come by around these parts... which is 'everywhere', if you haven't guessed already. So when you find it, you better scoop it up as soon as you can. White mana tends to be a 'bit off' at times. That's why it's so much better when placed in smaller vessels. And I'm not talking about Glimmers, such wretched things.

Now, red mana is plentiful throughout the House, as I'm sure you've surmised. It's one of those things that seems to pour off the great molting moth. He attracted much of it once the Ascension occurred. Anyway, red provides speed to some of Arabella's friends. Along with other perks. You'll see.

That little babydoll head gets around pretty well. It's damn near unbreakable and it can get big fast. Kind of like Jackie boy there. He's one of Arabella's favorite helpers. He just needs to keep his cool until he's needed the most.

Duskmourn being what it is, Guests to the House tend to bring their own toys with them and tend to lose them just as quickly. I had no idea there were such things outside the House. It's always fun to peruse the bins. I mean, I thought the little skitterspike was tough. Some of these toys are downright indestructible. That scarecrow, though, its owner called it a doll. The thing is no bigger than a dried cornstalk, but the lady of the dollhouse has taken a liking to it just the same.

These three beauties here are excellent at providing Arabella with just the boost she needs at one of her 'tea parties'. Quick with answers to her questions and a nice comeback kick, too.

Arabella's keeping an eye on these first two. She doesn't really trust puppets. Who knows who've been pulling their strings, am I right? Like that boy puppet. He's got the smell of a survivor. It's a stench that just won't go away. And that other one. We can't get a good read off of him, like even he doesn't know where his loyalties lie. The Toymaker, though. Arabella wants him protected. He brings things to life that weren't ever alive to begin with.

What about others? That's not enough to have over for a 'tea party'? The rest of the guest list is up to you. We have other things to see.

Arabella called on you because she likes holding these parties. That dollhouse of hers will keep the guests coming back... at least for a little while. And of course, there will be guests who 'lost' or 'forgot' their invitation. And then there are those that you just want to keep coming back. Of course, these things here are just until Arabella can get her hands on a display cabinet, you know. Then everyone can see who's been invited to the best shindig this side of the basement.

Like that Glass Casket. The Lady of the Dollhouse goes all out even when capturing those pesky party crashers. But she pays them no mind anyway. Those puppets from earlier? She's kept their strings. It helps that she can use them on anyone. Finally, there's that lifeless voodoo doll. It's probably the oldest thing here but still very useful.

Arabella does prefer that which is like her, but she will use magic in a pinch. There are so many spells to choose from. I heard somewhere beyond Duskmourn is a library that holds every spell imaginable. But remember, the Lady of the Dollhouse prefers things that are toy-ish?

Go on now, I'm sure you can manage a simple party, now can't you?
