LAINNNN I just had a "wait that actually happened" moment. So I (ego, actually) have this online friend who I haven't talked to in awhileeee. There would be days where I'd be like "hmm we haven't talked in awhile" but I'd leave it at that yk? But recently I've been "testing" awareness at times just to help feel and experience the true power Self has, and I decided to be aware of that friend actually texting me again. I was basically just thinking "yk what it'd be nice if they texted, it's been so long." and as I was thinking that I kinda just had a sort of image/short clip in my mind of the friend messaging me.

Now the thing is, I wasn't really desperate to have them text, but at the same time I wouldn't mind if they did (is this what you call indifference?) Anyway, I forgot about it. I had that thought and just went on with life, not thinking "is it gonna happen...?" "it might not happen" "it will happen" etc. (thoughts I used to get when I tried getting things I really desired rather than being indifferent to it and knowing that there's really nothing to get, you just become aware.) So, obviously because I'm even sending this ask 😭, a couple hours ago they literally texted me. It wasn't in a specific way or anything, because I didn't picture anything or want anything specific to happen, it was literally just as I thought. They texted me after so long and right away I knew it happened because I placed awareness on it. I didn't try to make anything happen through ego, I didn't need to convince the ego that it was going to happen, I didn't have to affirm that it was gonna happen, nothing. Ego needed to do NOTHING and as someone who kinda has a habit of trying to convince ego/do things as ego, this honestly really helped me to get it through my head that I don't even need to consider the ego when it comes to "making" things happen (not the best way to word what I'm trying to say, you don't even make things happen but I said it like that just so you get what I mean better.)

Anyway that's my little success I hope I didn't ramble too much💀

'not die. :) i was going to leave it there but i guess...have an actual wedding with my husband at some point. go on a fucking honeymoon for real. not have anymore kids and make shit right with the ones i do. but not dying is the top of my list '
