i may actually be going a little crazy

before christmas i got the sudden idea that i was going to teach myself how to crochet. why, you may ask.

because i imagined a blanket a fictional character would make and the concept has now consumed me.

so. i've actually made some really good progress learning the basic/intermediate stitches by using the cheapest hooks and yarn known to man, and i'm teetering on the brink of actually buying good hooks and the yarn for the project and vaguely terrified i might lose interest before i'm done? i have also found a design i like and modified the shit out of it and probably way overcomplicated it, but the white on white test squares i've done look good so far, and i think the colors are gonna make it look BALLER.

I don't talk abt it much on here but I crochet pretty much nonstop, this is the nicest thing I've made so far. super proud of it

But what happened to Fiddleford's boots. The cute boots with simple embroidery that he took to college with him. The boots that were definitely expensive and that he took good care of cause he's a good country boy who knows the value in a solid pair of boots. Did he lose them with his memories. Are they huddled in a corner in his hut in the dump. Are they tucked up somewhere in storage at the Shack, ignored because Stan doesn't know who they belong to or what to do with them. Does he get them back when Ford comes back or are they just gone. My brain is fixated on those boots.

Today was really warm, but somehow very productive! I think I came up with another very interesting idea for the Mini Kingdom 👑 set! Let’s hope it will be implemented no later than the end of this year! 😍

they’re both my favorite characters so you know i had to do it to them..but yea!! I gave lucas my warm yellow sweater and claus my oversized van gogh sweater (i think it actually fits them wayy too much)
