-------------------------------------------------------------
matt walks into our room, a warm smile on his face as he sees me curled up under the sheets as i scroll aimlessly through my phone.
"oh, hi matt!" i smile, sitting up in bed.
"i made you and me some dinner, its out in the dining room sweetheart." matt speaks,
shit.
matt never makes dinner, we usually just grab stuff from the pantry. well, he does. i always lie to him, saying ive already ate. i never do.
i stand up out of bed, nodding slightly as i step out into the hallway with matt.
i approach the dining table to see two big bowls of pasta, matt sits down, yawning slightly as he looks behind his shoulder at me.
i sit down anxiously, a forced smile on my face.
a million numbers run through my head as i instantly start calculating the calories,
"you okay?" he asks quietly,
i nod, picking up my fork with an a shaking hand.
"im just- not hungry." i whisper, my heart thumping against my ribs.
"y/n, what have you ate today? you havent entered the kitchen once." matt speaks, his voice stern.
"what are you saying? ive ate a lot." i mutter, pushing my full bowl away from me, inch by inch.
"dont be rude, come on." matt says, putting the bowl back infront of me.
"how am i being rude, im not hungry!" i raise my voice slightly, a frown forms on matts face.
he turns to face me in his chair, "ive spent all afternoon making this for you, i know you like this dinner."
i swallow harshly, a pang of guilt shooting through me.
my hand shakes as i pick up the fork again, only to instantly put it back down.
"just eat? its not hard- youre just choosing to be difficult." matt spits, the tension in the air rising.
"i dont want it matt." i breathe, my voice breaking.
matt stares into my eyes, pure disbelief on his face.
"what is wrong with you-?" matt asks, a small scoff leaving his mouth.
my bottom lip quivers as i break eye contact with matt, i stare back down at the bowl.
"i cant- i cant eat it-" i whisper, my voice shaky
i see matts expression soften slightly.
"do you think we need to have a talk?" matt asks, placing a firm hand on my shoulder.
i nod slightly, matt nods,
"okay sweetheart." matt says softly, standing up out of his seat and lifting me up into his arms.
he carrys me over to the couch,
he sits down, placing me on his lap as i face him.
matt takes a deep breath before speaking.
"im seriously worried about you, and- and im not just saying this to scare you but i dont know if you really noticed but i have been taking note of youre eating habits. do you have something you wanna tell me?"
my heart sinks at his words,
he knows.
"i- i" i choke out, unable to speak properly,
"come here." matt sighs, wrapping his arms around me and letting me lay on his chest.
he rubs my back,
"i'm here to help you, you know that."
i nod slightly,
tears start to spill over, trickling down my face onto the crook of matt’s neck.
“hey, shh no tears.” he whispers, pulling me away from his shoulder.
he looks at my face,
“i- i don’t- i don’t want you to- to be- be mad at me” i sob, staring into matt’s eyes through blurred vision.
matt stares at me with concern, “i’m not mad sweetie, i’m just worried about you, i love you so much and i don’t want you to be struggling.”
i nod shakily,
matt lets the room go silent, only the sounds of my hiccups fill the room.
he holds me in his arms, stroking my back gently, as if he’s afraid that his touch will shatter my bones.
“please, let me help you.” matt whispers into my hair,
i nod, “o-okay.”
“should we try have a couple bites of dinner, it’s really yummy.” matt speaks, my heart rate instantly starts to pick up.
i nod hesitantly,
matt lifts me up off the couch back into the dining room,
he sits down on the dining chair and sets me on his lap, his hands wrapped around my waist carefully as he lets me look down at the food.
his hands rest on my stomach as i feel him breathing softly on the back of my neck.
“i’ll help you, here.” he whispers, picking up the fork and picking up a few strands of pasta on the end.
he holds it up to my mouth,
the smell is nauseating, i feel ill.
i can’t eat it,
the calories,
the-
my thoughts are cut off by the feeling of the fork pressed to my lips,
i purse my lips in a thin line, turning my head to the side.
“you got it sweetie, come on.” he whispers,
his free hand comes up around my back to my jaw, he gently opens it.
he comes in with the fork again, “please just open up, you don’t have to but please try f’me.”
“no!” i yell, gripping his wrists as i fight him away.
“no- no!” i scream,
matt presses the fork gently against my lips, the wet pastas taste creeping into my mouth.
“stop!” i raise my voice, thrashing on his lap.
i swerve out of the way, wiping my lips instantly.
“just eat it, please..” matt keeps his voice soft, his free hand still gently on my jaw.
he holds the fork a couple inches away from my face, just letting me look at it.
i feel his heavy breathes on the back of my neck,
i slam the fork out of his hand,
it hits the floor with a loud clang
the room goes silent, matt’s laboured breathing still present behind me.
i take the opportunity to practically jump off his lap onto the floor, i rush down the hallway into the bathroom, slamming the door shut behind me.
i pant heavily,
i sit down on the edge of the porcelain bathtub, it somehow brings me back to reality.
i can’t believe it.
i’ve just made matt think i’m a fucking psychopath.
i unlock the bathroom door and step out into the hallway,
i walk down it slowly to find matt crouched down, cleaning up the mess i made.
he looks up at me, instantly standing up straight,
his bottom lips quivers slightly,
i instantly let out a small gasp as i walk over to him.
“hey- are you okay?” i ask,
“you’re really scaring me y/n.” he mumbles, his voice breaking as he wipes his eyes.
tears threaten to fall, he fiddles with his hands as he stares at me.
i grab him and pull him into a tight hug, “i’m sorry- i- i don’t know why i’m like this.” i say,
matt lets out a choked sob into my shoulder, “i’m really worried about you.”
i close my eyes as i hold him in my arms,
“i’m trying.” i whisper, my own tears falling now.
“i can’t- i can’t loose you-“ he whispers, his voice shaky.
“i’m sorry.” i cry,
i lead us over to the couch again, sitting him down next to me.
“it’s killing me to watch ‘ya like this, i- i’m so so concerned.” matt sniffs,
“i mean look at you, you’re literally just bones at this point.” he hiccups,
i wipe my eyes,
i stand up off the couch abruptly and walk back over to the dining table.
i sit down, anxiously picking up the fork and picking up some pasta on the end.
if my eating disorder is enough to make a grown man cry, i need to do something about it.
i push the bite into my mouth,
i instantly try to reject it,
matt stands up from the couch and walks over to me, sitting down in the chair beside me, watching me in awe.
i chew,
and i chew,
and i swallow.
matt’s face lights up,
“i’ll do better, for you.” i whisper, wiping my eyes.
-
(1 year later)
for the past year i’ve been gradually recovering, it’s been a hell, and i’ve had to spend a lot of time working on myself.
matt’s felt constantly guilty after our big fight, he says he wasn’t thinking straight, and everything he did that day was out of pure shock.
he did give me a reality check though, him going so crazy about me not eating made me understand how sick i truly was.
i watch over matt’s shoulder as he cooks the pasta,
“mattttt it smells so good please hurry up!” i whine, a cheeky smile on my face.
“it’s cause i’m an incredible chef,” he grins, nudging me slightly.
he switches off the stove and carry’s the frying pan over to our bowls,
“i want a lot! i’m starving.” i clap, trailing behind matt.
he serves up the dinner, pouring me a little bit extra.
i smile widely as i pick up the bowl, carrying both of ours over to the table.
i sit down, matt sits opposite me,
“happy?” he asks,
“really happy!” i respond, a large smile on my face as i pick up the fork.
i practically shovel the pasta into my mouth, not even thoroughly chewing it before another bites in my mouth.
i look up at matt though my eyelashes, “sorry!” i mutter with a full mouth.
“no- no i’m glad you’re enjoying it.” matt laughs, staring at me with pure love.
not even 2 minutes later and my plates cleared,
i look at matt, dabbing around my mouth with a tissue,
“can i- can i have seconds please?” i ask with a wide grin.

Thinking about Yandere!Mafia boss
warning: sex, degradation, feminization, slight exhibitionism
Yandere!Mafia boss who fell in love with you at first sight. He can’t even remember the day, only the sight of you. From that instant, his once-meaningless existence found its purpose: you. Nothing else mattered. Your presence became his singular focus, an addiction. It didn’t matter if you didn’t see it like that. You’d come to understand that you two were meant to be.
Yandere!Mafia boss who stalks you to your work and college. Who gets pissed when anyone talks to you. Your friends, colleagues, professors and even cashiers. You’re his, so why were you even looking at others?
Yandere!Mafia boss who breaks into your apartment just to steal your clothes. Taking pictures of all the things you like so he could fill your new room in his house with things you liked.
Yandere!Mafia boss who kidnapped you claiming to give you a better life. Sick of watching you work and struggle, he took you back to his place. It didn’t matter if he had to drug you. It was for your own good.
Yandere!Mafia boss who insists that you have to obey him and never leave him, even when he is on his knees massaging your legs willingly after you made a comment about how they were numb.
Yandere!Mafia boss who acts tough and aggressive only to wither under your frown like a disobedient puppy. Practically begging for your forgiveness as he hesitantly tried to please you by offering money, and insisting he you give you anything you wanted as long as you weren’t mad at him.
Yandere!Mafia boss who bursts into your room at night, demanding that you pay him back for his generosity using your body, only to stiffen and cower as you agree.
Yandere!Mafia boss who is clueless about sex, awkwardly stripping, showing off his well defined chest and heavy pecs. Sitting on the edge of the bed, like a trembling virgin.
Yandere!Mafia boss who you have to coax to come close and for all his arrogance and bravado cums the minute you touch his cock. Face flushing red as he pressed his thighs together, trying to hide the stickiness.
Yandere!Mafia boss who can’t help but whine when you kiss him throughly, breath hitching when you play with his chest. Nodding obediently when you tell him you’re going to fuck him instead.
Yandere!Mafia boss who whines prettily turning his face away when you call him pretty, and coo about how big his tits are. It shouldn’t turn him on, but he can’t help but feel warm and fuzzy at your words.
Yandere!Mafia boss who eagerly spreads his ass cheeks so you can fuck his cute pussy. Showing off his twitching pink hole he already prepped, trembling as he tried to see if you were pleased. Crying out when your cock entered him, and cumming immediately form the fullness.
Yandere!Mafia boss who lets you manhandle him into different positions, as you fuck him into incoherency. Drawn out whines of your name and sobbing leaving his kiss swollen red lips when you fuck his tight hole.
Yandere!Mafia boss who cry when you degrade him, calling him a slut for breaking into your room and smelling your clothes. And calling him a pathetic whore for begging for a cock in his pussy. He begs and sobs for forgiveness as you ask who else fucked his tight pussy. Sobbing that’s he’s only a slut for you as he clings to your body pressing his tits against you trying to distract you.
Yandere!Mafia boss who love how sweet you are during aftercare, clinging to you like a desperate puppy, begging you to fuck his wet pussy again.
Yandere!Mafia boss who’d let you fuck him anywhere. Too desperate for your approval to deny you, even as you fuck him during a video call meeting. Let you paint his face with cum, eagerly licking it off to taste you. Sitting on your cock during meetings, only to stay after every one has left so you could fuck his swollen pussy.
Yandere!Mafia boss who claim your nothing but a toy only to run to you and kneel and beg for your attention and approval. Letting you punish him however you wanted, loving it when you call princess and your pretty girl.
Yandere!Mafia boss who’s so in love with you they’d do anything for you. Acting more like a content pet than a dominant leader. Looking at you with hearts in his eyes. All hazy and adoring, making you feel high off his love. He only got more addicted to you when you acted mean, showing what kind of cruel person lay under your nice facade.

love like this | yandere! capitano x reader
summary: you're terrified of the captain but what did he do wrong??
content warning: (y/n) thinks shes being abused (mental illness)
Tumblr media
"I believe the captain will be coming back today."
the dark mansion felt gloomy ever since the announcement, you didn't hate him, no, but you weren't very excited to see him again.
subconsciously, you dragged a finger across your wrist before standing from the couch in the living room and peeking out of the window once again.
despite the confusing feelings you feel every time you think of him, you still enjoy his company and you're sure he enjoys yours too.
the windows were cold and your breath fogged up the view, but once it cleared, you noticed the gates were slowly opening and you imagined yourself running through those gate.
you smiled to yourself as you backed away from the window and turned to walk up the stairs, but that walking turned into running as you heard the front door open.
you ran down the dark, unlit hallway until you met the end of it, you opened the door and the end and closed it behind yourself, releasing a shaky breath.
you heard him walking up the stairs, coming closer and closer towards where you were, it was hard not to hear, you backed away from the door, running to the bathroom and slammed the door behind yourself.
you slumped down against the door, your hands against your chest to calm yourself down, but the panic your felt only seemed to become stronger as the seconds passed.
with shaky hands, you sat them to your sides, listening as the door to the main room opened, you hear capitano walk in before pausing.
you bit down onto your brusied lip, your hands trembling as your heard his foot steps get closer and closer towards the door.
he knocked on the door.
"I heard you run up the stairs. are you not feeling well?" His voice was muffled behind the door, you hesitated but then said, "I'm okay."
"if that's the case, let me in." He wasn't asking, he was demanding, you after steadying yourself, you stood up slowly and opened the door, peaking out.
he pushed the door open when you hesitated and pulled you into his arms, whispering to you how badly he missed you.
"it breaks my heart when you run away from me, do you know that?" He questioned, you shook your head, apologizing before pushing away from the hug.
his touch was cold.
he held you in his arms, refusing to release you, even as you pushed at his chest. his fingers wrapped around the thin fabric of your nightgown.
he took in a deep breath before saying, "I received a letter from your handmaiden," his grip on you loosened ever so slightly, but his grip on your gown remained the same, "in the letter, she told me that you've been going out, far more than you normally do. where have you been going, (y/n)?"
the way he spoke told you he was doubting you, it bothered you. it had been quite some time since you last acted out.
his grip on your gown tightened, as if he were hurrying you up, tell you to answer. he doesn't act like this usually.
his urgency worried you.
you blinked, once and then twice, your hands slowly dropping, no longer touching him, "you... you know I like going out. what's so weird about it?"
"where were you, (y/n)? tell me."
"I... I just visited the marketplace... I got very lonely while you were gone," you placed your hand onto capitano arm, lifting your eyes to look at him.
"and who took you there?"
"dottore... when he had free time, he would take me there." you replied, your voice slowly became more and more weak as you began to feel nervous.
capitano released your gown and in return you let go of his arm. "I remember telling you to go nowhere until I came back. how is it that you forget?"
"I'm sorry. I just got so lonely... I'm very sorry," after all you said, capitano still grabbed you, and carried you to his bedroom, despite all of your apologies.
down the dark hallway, capitano called out, "bring dinner to us, knock on the door before entering."
and a maid from downstairs answered, "of course, my lord."
upon entering his bedroom, he sat you at the edge of his bed. you shook your head, once again blubbering your apologies.
"stop it," capitano shook his head, holding a hand out, gesturing for you to be quiet, "I am not going to hurt you. it hurts me to see you so afraid."
but, how could you not be afraid? he was frightening. "o-okay," you sniffled, wiping away the stray tears on your face.
capitano seated himself beside you, his hand rested on your thigh, as if to steady you -- to calm you down. "you have to understand why I worry for you. tell me, (y/n), how many times have you ran off and gotten into trouble?"
many, many times but you couldn't bring yourself to reply, only sniffle.
"you and I both know you've gotten in trouble more times than we can count on our hands combined," capitano gently squeezed at the flesh on your thighs, "come here," he held his arms out and you crawled into his arms, letting him hug you.
"how could I ever harm you, (y/n)? what's the matter with you?" this had been going on for months now, it was sudden also, you woke up one morning and were terrified of the captain.
you would flinch at his every move, cower away from him, or even run to hide from him given the chance - it was disheartening. he tried to give you distance, he had tried everything for you.
he had given you months of space, time to think, time to be away from him - the captain thought, perhaps, that would fix the problem, but it did not.
the captain vividly remembered one night when you screamed and cried in your sleep - kicking, fighting, shivering, and murmuring. the captain couldn't watch it, so, he woke you up, pulling you into his arms, making you look at him - he questioned you, tried to soothe you but you looked at him with wide, terrified eyes.
what had gone so wrong? months prior, the captain would have sworn you loved him - you would run to greet him whenever he arrived home, you would pester him and you had never cowered in fear at the sight of him.
"if you would just tell me, (y/n), what I've done so wrong - I would do everything in my power to better it, I can promise you that," the captain ran his hand up your back, his hand moving to rest on your trembling shoulders, "speak to me, (y/n). I care for you, so, so much."
"you..." you paused, sniffling, your head resting on his shoulder, "you..." you couldn't remember but you were terrified and you couldn't understand why.
"(y/n), please," the captain pleaded, his hands holding your shoulders - his grip was not firm, not anymore, no, it was gentle, delicate. the captain tried so hard to make you feel safe, he tried so hard to make everything better.
you believed wholeheartedly that the captain had harmed you and the captain knew that. "(y/n)... I harmed you," it wasn't true, it wasn't, the captain wouldn't dare, no, he wouldn't dream of harming you but, for your sake... "what could I do to make it better?"
"wha..." you lifted your head, eyes wide as you looked at him - what could he do to make it better? "l-let me be," you stammered, squirming out of his lap to stand in front of him, "i... I don't want to be here all the time... I want to do normal things and live a normal lif-"
the captain nodded. "of course, I'd do anything to make this better, (y/n)," the captain stood and took a deep breath - he could already feel himself beginning to worry; what would happen if he let you leave the manor? would you be alright? would you attempt to leave him? would you-
"if it would make you feel better, (y/n), I will permit it."

crush culture — lee jeno ᡣ𐭩
summary : liking jeno was a mistake. kissing him didn't make it any better.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
warnings : mentions of alcohol/drinking, kissing, cusswords, angst!! (this does not portray how the idols are irl, all the things here are written to match the song crush culture by conan gray!!)
wc : 6.3k
a/n : reader uses she/her pronouns !! jerk!jeno and bestfriend!mark :D thank u for 100+ followers ~~ cant believe i managed to pull out more than 5k words out of my ass >< my finals are currently happening so that's why i've been ia for soooo long :( i promise when i'm done i'll be clearing out both my drafts and requests ^^
Seeing your best friend, Belle, flirt with Jeno on your couch hit harder than you ever expected. The way they leaned into each other, laughter spilling from their lips like a sweet melody, made your stomach churn in a way that felt foreign and unwelcome. You had no right to feel this way, not when you knew about her crush on him. You had even agreed to be her wingman tonight, setting up this moment so she could finally have her chance. But somehow, along the way, you fell for him too, your heart weaving itself into a tapestry of unspoken feelings and bitter regret.
You should feel happy for her, after all her efforts to catch his attention, but the tight knot in your chest made it impossible to be anything but miserable. “It’s fine. Be happy. It’s your birthday, after all,” you whispered under your breath, trying to convince yourself. The words felt heavy, lacking the enthusiasm they were meant to carry. You exhaled a shaky breath before heading to the kitchen, desperate to escape the sight of them together.
The kitchen was warm, filled with the faint scent of alcohol and fruity punch hanging in the air like an unwelcoming fog. Mark stood by the counter, effortlessly mixing drinks with an ease that told you he’d done this a hundred times before. He glanced up as you entered, and a flicker of concern passed over his face when he caught sight of your downcast expression. He flicked his eyes toward the living room, and you knew he had noticed. Most of your friends knew about your crush on Jeno. It wasn’t something you talked about much, but the way your eyes lingered on him said enough.
“You okay?” Mark asked, his voice low, but the concern was clear, filling the space between you like a fragile glass.
You could only shrug, unsure of how to explain the whirlpool of emotions churning within your chest. It felt too complicated to articulate.
Without a word, he whipped up a drink, something colourful and sweet, and handed it to you. The condensation from the glass cooled your palm, but it did little to soothe the fire raging inside. The drink looked vibrant, but you could already tell it was just a disguise for the hollowness you felt.
“She’s kind of a bitch for doing that in front of you,” Mark muttered, glancing back at the couch, his fingers absentmindedly wiping down the counter. His words hung in the air like a lifebuoy tossed your way, and for a moment, it felt like they were offering you a chance to vent, to express all the things you were holding back. But you shook your head, pushing the thoughts down.
“Not really,” you sighed, taking a sip of the drink. The sweetness coated your tongue, but it tasted like nothing, a mere distraction. “I’m the bitch here. Liking the same guy as my best friend, after she tells me she likes him, that kind of thing breaks girl code.”
Mark furrowed his eyebrows, his confusion evident. “Girl code? Really?” He scoffed softly, shaking his head. “Come on, Belle falls for every guy who looks her way. Everyone knows that. Besides, you actually have a better shot, Jeno knows you, trusts you. You should go for it.”
You nearly choked on your drink, laughter bubbling up despite your mood. “Yeah, and get a reputation for stealing my friends’ crushes? No thanks, Mark. I’ll pass.” You handed him the empty glass, watching as he refilled it, his movements swift and practiced. The glint of the alcohol under the dim kitchen lights reflected how your emotions felt; messy and swirling, a whirlpool threatening to pull you under.
Mark sighed, exasperated. “It’s your party. Don’t let them get in your head. Go have some fun.” He handed you the new drink with a smile, but before you could take another sip, he added, “And don’t drink too much. You can’t handle it, and we both know it.”
But after two glasses, fun was the last thing you felt. The sight of Jeno and Belle still played in your mind, a vivid loop that made the alcohol churn uncomfortably in your stomach. You tried to find Belle in the crowded room, but she was nowhere to be seen. After asking around and realising Jeno wasn’t there either, the pit in your stomach grew deeper. You knew what that probably meant.
You found yourself wandering back to the kitchen, your mind foggy but determined to drown out the ache with another drink. Mark raised an eyebrow, clearly surprised to see you again. When you asked for yet another glass, he sighed deeply, a mixture of concern and frustration in his expression.
“This is your last one,” he warned, handing you the drink reluctantly. “You can’t handle much. I don’t want to have to carry you out of your own party.”
But Mark’s warning felt like a distant echo in your ears. By the time you were begging for a fourth drink, all caution had slipped away, and you couldn’t care less about the consequences. The music in the living room was thumping, laughter echoing like a cruel reminder of your current situation, and all you could feel was the weight of everything you couldn’t have — Jeno, your peace, the ability to not care.
“I already told you, no more drinks. You’re cut off,” Mark said, frustration clear in his voice. “I’ll get you some water instead.”
As he turned to open the fridge, you took your chance. The cold metal of a beer can brushed against your fingertips as you snatched it from the counter. You were so focused on your mission to drown out the pain that you didn’t notice Mark turning back toward you.
“y/n,” he snapped, his tone stern, “let go of the can. You’re going to regret this.”
You raised the can to your lips, but Mark was quicker. His hand reached out to grab it from you, and in the struggle, the can slipped from your grasp. The beer splashed everywhere — over your shirt, dripping down your arms, and pooling on the floor. The cold liquid seeped through your clothes, clinging to your skin, making you gasp at the sudden chill. Mark groaned, grabbing a napkin from the counter as you stood there, drenched, with a look of defiance still written across your face.
Undeterred, you tried to tilt the can toward your mouth, desperate to drink whatever was left inside, despite the mess. “Come on, y/n, you’re making this harder than it needs to be,” Mark sighed, exasperation laced in his tone as he managed to pry the can away for good this time.
The alcohol-soaked shirt clung to your body, the sticky sensation uncomfortable, but you were too far gone to care. The frustration bubbling inside wasn’t going to be soothed by just a drink anymore. You were angry, angry at Belle, at Jeno, at the fact that you had let yourself feel anything at all.
Before you could make another move, a strong hand wrapped around your wrist, prying you away from the counter. You froze, looking up into the familiar dark eyes you’d been avoiding all night — Jeno.
The world felt like it stopped as Jeno glanced from you to Mark, his brows furrowed in mild concern. “Help me out here, Jen. She’s had too much already, and she won’t listen to me,” Mark said, his voice weary but relieved that someone else could take over.
Jeno’s gaze softened as he looked down at your soaked shirt, a mixture of amusement and concern crossing his face. He let out a small sigh, his grip gentle but firm as he took the can from your hand and replaced it with a bottle of water. “You’re done with the drinks for tonight, okay?” he said softly, his voice holding the same care you’d heard earlier.
Before you could protest, Jeno wrapped his arm around you, guiding you out of the kitchen, away from the noise and the eyes of your curious friends. The walk to your room was a blur, but the warmth of his hand on your waist kept you grounded, even as the alcohol swirled in your system.
The sight of Belle sobbing into someone’s shoulder as you passed through the hallway barely registered in your hazy mind. You were too focused on the warmth of Jeno’s presence beside you, the way his touch lingered longer than necessary, as if he was anchoring you.
Once in your room, Jeno gently guided you to sit on the edge of your bed, his touch careful as if he was afraid you might fall over. His eyes roamed over your beer-soaked clothes, a soft chuckle escaping him. “You’re a mess,” he teased, though his voice held no judgment. If anything, it was laced with concern, the kind of worry that felt warm and comforting instead of scolding.
You glanced down at yourself, wincing as you finally took in the state of your shirt. The beer stains were obvious now, dark patches clinging to the fabric and sticking to your skin in an uncomfortable way. You grimaced, the sticky sensation making you feel even more self-conscious. The alcohol had dulled the sharpness of your embarrassment, but not entirely. A faint blush crept up your cheeks as you mumbled, “I should change…”
You attempted to push yourself off the bed, but your limbs were heavy, sluggish from the alcohol coursing through your system. Your balance wavered, and you nearly stumbled forward before Jeno’s hand gently pressed on your shoulder, keeping you steady.
Without saying a word, he crossed the room to your closet, rummaging through the clothes until he found one of your oversized t-shirts. He walked back to you with that same quiet focus, kneeling down to your level, holding the clean shirt in his hands. His gaze met yours for a moment, and something in his expression made your heart skip a beat.
“Here,” Jeno said softly, his voice just above a whisper. “Let me help.”
Your breath caught in your throat as his fingers reached for the hem of your beer-stained shirt. He moved slowly, giving you plenty of time to object, to stop him. But you didn’t. You couldn’t. The closeness of him, the way his eyes held nothing but tenderness. It was like the rest of the world had disappeared, leaving just the two of you in this charged, intimate bubble.
Jeno’s hands were careful as he lifted the fabric, peeling it away from your sticky skin with a precision that made your pulse quicken. The cool air hit you, contrasting the warmth of his touch. Every time his fingers brushed your arms, it sent shivers through you. It wasn’t overtly intimate, but the care he took in making sure you were comfortable made the moment feel far more meaningful than it should have.
Once your shirt was off, he handed you the fresh one, his eyes deliberately focused anywhere but your body, giving you the privacy to finish. You quickly pulled the oversized shirt over your head, feeling the soft cotton fabric glide down. Your cheeks burned, not from the alcohol, but from the way Jeno’s thoughtfulness had disarmed you, leaving your heart racing in its wake.
When you were finally settled in your clean shirt, Jeno took a step back, his hands awkwardly fumbling at his sides, unsure of what to do next. “Better?” he asked, his voice quiet but sincere.
You nodded, not trusting your voice. The warmth pooling in your chest wasn’t just from the remnants of alcohol, but from the way Jeno had cared for you, so gentle and attentive. The kindness in his actions made your emotions swirl even more intensely.
For a moment, neither of you spoke, the air between you heavy with something unspoken. The room felt smaller with Jeno in it, the atmosphere charged with a new kind of tension. It wasn’t uncomfortable though. If anything, it felt safe. Like he was there to make sure you were okay, to take care of you, in a way that made your heart feel lighter despite the whirlwind of the night.
Jeno’s eyes flicked from the bed to you, a soft concern still lacing his gaze. “You should get some rest. It’s been a long night.”
You climbed under the covers, feeling the exhaustion settling into your bones now that the noise of the party was long behind you. As you laid down, Jeno lingered by your side for a moment, his hand briefly brushing your shoulder before he moved to sit at your desk. His presence filled the room, grounding you in a way you hadn’t expected.
“Jeno?” your voice came out as a soft murmur, barely loud enough to reach him, but he turned to you right away.
“Yeah?”
You hesitated for a moment before whispering, “Thanks… for everything.”
A small smile pulled at the corner of his lips, the soft light in your room making his features look even kinder than usual. “Get some sleep, y/n. I’ll be here if you need anything.”
You closed your eyes for a brief second, trying to process what was happening. Jeno was in your room. The Jeno. The one who was always surrounded by friends, admired by so many. The same Jeno your best friend had been talking about for months, and the one you, slowly but surely, had found yourself falling for.
The alcohol still buzzed in your veins, loosening your inhibitions just enough to make you bolder than usual. This was your chance, maybe Mark had been right all along. Jeno was here, with you, taking care of you in ways that felt like more than just friendly concern. Maybe, just maybe, you weren’t imagining the way he stayed close tonight, the way his eyes lingered a little longer.
It was now or never.
The air in the room felt heavy, thick with unspoken words and lingering tension. Jeno sat at your desk, his steady gaze unreadable as you shifted under the covers, a mix of nervousness and warmth blooming in your chest. The alcohol had numbed your inhibitions, but the electricity between you both was impossible to ignore.
You pulled the blanket tighter around yourself, trying to ground yourself in the fabric, though it did little to help. “It’s cold,” you mumbled, barely audible, your voice betraying the hint of vulnerability you didn’t want to show. In truth, the room was a bit chilly, but more than anything, you longed for his presence next to you. The space between you felt far too wide, like an unspoken barrier you didn’t know how to cross without risking everything.
Jeno’s eyes flickered toward you, his hesitation lingering in the silence that stretched between you. After a beat, he stood up from the desk, his movements slow and deliberate, as if carefully weighing each step. Your breath hitched as he approached, and your heart pounded in your chest, anticipation curling in your stomach.
Wordlessly, Jeno slid under the covers beside you, his warmth instantly chasing away the cold. His scent, a comforting mix of cologne and something undeniably him, wrapped around you, making your head spin. Instinctively, you leaned into him, your head finding its place against his chest. His arm moved naturally around you, pulling you closer, and you melted into the embrace, feeling his heartbeat against your cheek.
With Jeno’s warmth cocooning you, the outside world felt like a distant dream. The party’s once-loud music had faded into a faint murmur, barely audible over the sound of his steady breathing. Every now and then, his breath grazed your hair, sending tiny shivers down your spine. You stayed perfectly still, afraid that even the slightest movement would break this fragile moment, this perfect stillness.
“Is it still cold?” Jeno’s voice was low, a gentle murmur that seemed to sink into your very bones.
A small smile tugged at your lips, and you pressed yourself closer to him, allowing the exhaustion of the night to wash over you. “Not anymore,” you whispered, your voice barely a breath. His arm tightened around you in response, as if silently saying that he wasn’t going anywhere. That, even just for tonight, you had him.
The soft light from the bedside lamp cast a warm glow over the room, its dim shadows creating a cozy, intimate space that felt removed from reality. The world beyond your bedroom door seemed to slow, leaving only the two of you in this quiet bubble, suspended in time. You found yourself wishing that you could capture this feeling forever, keep this warmth and peace bottled up in your heart.
Jeno’s hand rested on your waist, his fingers moving in slow, absentminded circles over the fabric of your shirt. His touch was so gentle, so careful, that it sent little sparks dancing across your skin. It wasn’t just the alcohol making you dizzy; it was the tenderness in every brush of his fingers, the way he held you like you were something delicate.
“You’re always running around, taking care of everyone,” he murmured softly, his words carrying a weight that tugged at your heart. “Who takes care of you, y/n?”
His question hung in the air, the raw sincerity in his voice cutting through you. A lump formed in your throat, and you blinked rapidly to keep the sudden tears at bay. You hadn’t expected him to say something like that. Who did take care of you? For as long as you could remember, you were the one who held everything together, the one who put everyone else’s needs before your own. But in this moment, with Jeno’s arms wrapped around you, it felt like someone was finally seeing past all of that—seeing you.
“I… I don’t know,” you whispered, your voice trembling as you admitted the truth aloud. “I guess I’m just used to it.”
Jeno shifted beside you, his body pressing closer, his breath now warm against your ear. “You deserve more than that,” he said softly, his voice low and earnest, each word landing like a promise. “You deserve someone who’ll take care of you, too.”
Tears pricked at your eyes, and you swallowed hard, trying to hold back the surge of emotions threatening to overwhelm you. His words felt too good, too perfect, and a part of you was afraid to believe them. Afraid to believe that someone like Jeno could really see you like that, could want to take care of you.
Still, in this moment, wrapped in his warmth, you allowed yourself to pretend — to imagine, if only for tonight, that this could be your reality. That Jeno could be yours.
His thumb traced another slow circle on your side, his touch so gentle it was almost hypnotic. “I don’t want you to forget tonight,” he whispered, his voice even quieter now, like he was sharing a secret meant just for you.
You turned in his arms, your breath catching in your throat as your eyes locked with his. There was something in his gaze, something soft and unspoken, that made your heart race. His face was inches from yours, his breath warm on your skin, and for a brief moment, time seemed to stop altogether.
You swallowed, the words escaping you before you could think twice. “What if I do?”
For a moment, Jeno’s expression darkened, his gaze flicking down to your lips before meeting your eyes again. Then, in a movement so gentle it felt like a dream, he leaned in, brushing his lips against yours in a soft, lingering kiss. The contact sent a shiver through you, your whole body reacting to the warmth of his touch.
“Then I’ll remind you,” he murmured against your lips, his voice barely above a whisper.
The night blurred into a series of quiet moments. Soft touches, shared whispers, and a closeness that felt too tender, too fragile to belong to the real world. You could have stayed in that moment forever, tangled in Jeno’s warmth, pretending that the world outside didn’t exist.
But, as always, reality had a way of creeping back in.
Jeno’s phone buzzed on the desk beside him, the soft vibrations shattering the stillness. He sighed, his arm loosening from around you as he reached for the phone, the glow of the screen illuminating his face. You watched as his brows furrowed, his expression tense as he scrolled through the dozens of missed calls and messages.
“Shit,” he muttered, sitting up, his warmth slipping away from you entirely.
The cold rushed in immediately, filling the space where Jeno had been, and your heart sank. You knew what was coming next.
“What’s wrong?” you asked, already knowing the answer but dreading hearing it aloud.
Jeno ran a hand through his hair, frustration evident in the set of his jaw. “The guys… They’ve been calling me nonstop. I told them I’d leave with them, they’re my only ride home.” His voice was tinged with regret, but beneath it, you could sense the guilt.
You forced a smile, trying to mask the disappointment that was tightening in your chest. “It’s fine,” you lied, propping yourself up on your elbow. “You should go.”
Jeno glanced down at his phone again, then back at you, his jaw tightening as he hesitated. “I don’t want to leave you alone,” he said quietly, his voice thick with the conflict swirling inside him.
You shook your head, the ache in your chest growing. “I’ll be okay,” you whispered, your words feeling hollow. “Really. Go.”
For a fleeting moment, you held onto the hope that Jeno might stay. The way he looked at you, his eyes searching your face with an intensity that made your heart race, felt like a promise unspoken. But then the phone buzzed again, shattering the delicate moment. You watched as his resolve shifted, the warmth in his gaze giving way to a distant sadness.
With a heavy sigh, he rose from the bed, the fabric of the moment tearing slightly as he slipped his phone into his pocket. The air around you felt colder, thick with unspoken words and lingering emotions, as if the very room held its breath. Just before he reached the door, he hesitated, turning back to you one last time. His eyes softened as they met yours, and he stepped back toward the bed, leaning down to press a tender kiss to your lips. It was soft and lingering, yet it carried the weight of finality.
“I’ll see you on Monday,” he whispered, his breath brushing against your skin, leaving a warmth that contrasted the chill that enveloped you after he left.
And then, he was gone.
The weekend stretched endlessly, an expanse of silence that felt like an aching void where his presence had been. No calls. No texts. Just the stark absence of his warmth and the echo of the night you had shared. With each passing hour, the memory of Jeno’s embrace faded, leaving you alone with your swirling thoughts and an unsettling sense of regret.
You spent the next two days trapped in a loop of memories, replaying every moment over and over. The way he looked at you with such intensity, the way he held you close, the sincerity in his voice when he told you that you deserved better. You ached to reach out to him, to check if he still remembered the fleeting magic of that night. But every time you reached for your phone, a wave of fear stopped you cold. The thought of his response, what he might say or, worse, what he might not say, paralyzed you.
By the time Monday rolled around, you had convinced yourself that maybe it was better this way. Pretending nothing had happened would be the safest path. After all, he would slip back into his life with friends, back to the way things were before, and you would have to bear the weight of your choices alone.
As you stepped through the school doors, you immediately felt the weight of stares bearing down on you. Whispers trailed you down the hall like a shadow, and you quickly pieced together the rumors that had spread like wildfire. Word had gotten out about you and Jeno, and Belle had undoubtedly heard every detail.
It wasn’t long before she found you. Standing by your locker, arms crossed and eyes narrowed, her glare twisted your stomach into knots.
“I can’t believe you, Y/N,” Belle hissed, her voice sharp and full of venom. “You promised me you’d be there for me. You said you’d help me with Jeno, and instead, you—” She cut herself off, her voice trembling with barely contained fury.
You swallowed hard, guilt and shame coiling tightly in your chest. “Belle, I—”
“No,” she interrupted, her eyes flashing with hurt. “Don’t. Don’t act like you didn’t know. Everyone’s talking about how you left the party together. You think I didn’t see the way he looks at you?”
Your heart plummeted, a heavy weight in your stomach. You longed to explain, to articulate that it hadn’t been what it looked like, that you hadn’t intended for any of it to happen. But deep down, you knew the truth: you had crossed a line, and no amount of explanation would erase the breach of trust.
“I didn’t mean for this to happen,” you whispered, your voice barely above a breath.
“It’s not fair. I was so close to having him, Y/N. I was right there, and then you had to ruin it for me.” Belle’s eyes glistened with unshed tears, but her expression hardened like ice. “You’re a liar. You promised to help,” she spat coldly, turning away from you. “You’re no better than the rest of them. Maybe you should’ve tried harder not to ruin everything.”
And just like that, she walked away, leaving you with the sharp sting of her betrayal echoing in the silence behind her.
You stood there, frozen, as the world around you faded into a blurry haze of whispers and judgmental stares. The hallway stretched out longer than usual, each step feeling like an uphill battle against the suffocating air thick with unspoken words. You could almost see the rumours swirling like storm clouds, brewing around you as classmates shot knowing glances. Some gleeful, others disdainful, while they whispered behind your back, oblivious to the truth.
You made it through the day by shrinking into yourself, avoiding everyone as if they were fragments of glass waiting to cut you. Each laugh from a group nearby felt like a mockery, reminding you of how the moments you shared with Jeno now felt like scattered shards, impossible to clean up without inflicting wounds on your heart. Every time you caught a glimpse of him in the halls, your chest tightened as his eyes flicked toward you for just a fleeting second before looking away, as if that one shared night had evaporated into thin air. Maybe it had for him.
The days following that night passed under a strange, silent agreement between you and Jeno. Neither of you acknowledged what had happened. No messages. No lingering glances. No awkward conversations. It was as if you had both silently decided that pretending it hadn’t meant anything was the easiest way to cope. But you couldn't shake the feeling that, to him, it truly hadn’t.
At school, Jeno slipped seamlessly back into the rhythm of his life, surrounded by his friends, laughter pouring from their mouths as if nothing had changed. He blended effortlessly into the crowd of popular kids, exuding an air of confidence that was painfully absent in you. Later, you overheard snippets of their conversations, casual, dismissive remarks. “She’s not worth it, man. You could do way better,” Haechan chuckled, as if your very existence was a punchline. Jeno merely shrugged, his indifference cutting deeper than any blade. “It was nothing.”
The words pierced through your carefully constructed defences, more painful than you could have anticipated. They shouldn’t have stung; after all, you had spent the entire weekend convincing yourself that you didn’t care, that it was just a fleeting moment. But those three words echoed in your mind, a relentless mantra: It was nothing.
Still, you played your part. Whenever you passed him in the halls or found yourself near his group during lunch, you donned a mask of indifference so convincingly that you almost started to believe it yourself. You laughed with your other friends, pretended to focus in class, and convinced yourself that forgetting was the best option. You were adept at pretending, had to be, but that night continued to linger, haunting you like a bittersweet melody you couldn't silence.
The only person who seemed to peel back your façade was Mark. You never spoke about that night directly, but he could read between the lines. He noticed the way your gaze avoided Jeno, how your laughter felt forced, and how your smile no longer reached your eyes.
One afternoon, when the weight of everything felt too heavy to bear, you found yourself gravitating toward Mark. He sat on the grass at the edge of the soccer field, scribbling furiously in his notebook. You dropped down beside him, the warmth of the sun contrasting with the cold ache in your chest. He looked up, brow raised, but he didn’t say anything right away, giving you space to breathe.
“I don’t know what I’m doing anymore,” you finally admitted, staring into the distance as the horizon blurred with your emotions.
Mark closed his notebook, shifting his full attention to you. “Want to talk about it?”
You shook your head, frustration bubbling inside you. “Not really. Just… everything’s a mess.”
He didn’t press you, but his unwavering gaze bore into you, his concern palpable. “You don’t have to pretend with me. I can tell you’re not okay.”
The tightness in your chest intensified at his words, and you forced a laugh that felt hollow. “It’s not a big deal. I barely even remember that night, anyway.”
Mark didn’t buy it. He never did. “You don’t have to lie to me. But if you don’t want to talk about it, that’s okay too.”
The silence stretched between you, filled with all the unsaid things that hung heavy in the air. You stared at the ground, fighting the emotions that threatened to spill over.
“Jeno didn’t say anything, did he?” you asked, the question slipping out before you could hold it back.
Mark sighed, leaning back on his hands. “He’s pretending it never happened, too. His friends… Well, they’re being assholes, like always. Told him he could do better. You know how they are.”
You nodded, the weight of disappointment sinking deeper into your bones. Of course they would say that. Of course Jeno would follow their lead. It was easier to dismiss the connection you had shared, to act like you hadn’t been wrapped up in each other, sharing warmth and vulnerability in a way that felt almost sacred.
Sensing your shift in mood, Mark nudged your shoulder lightly, offering a small smile. “Look, I’m not gonna pretend to understand what’s going on in Jeno’s head. But you deserve better than this, better than being some secret he feels like he has to hide.”
His words wrapped around you like a comforting blanket, yet they only amplified the ache in your heart. You wished it didn’t hurt so much, wished you could just move on like Jeno seemed to. But the truth was, that night had meant something to you. Even if you shouldn’t have felt that way, even if you tried to convince yourself otherwise, it did.
It wasn’t just the gossip or the whispers that hurt; it was the entire situation. The reality that you had gotten swept up in something so fleeting, yet so consuming. You felt like you were living on a stage, where every move was scrutinised, turned into something larger than life. Belle, Jeno, his friends; they were all part of that act, and now, so were you. You thought back to the party, to the fragile intimacy you had shared with Jeno, the way you had intertwined your lives for a moment. But the harsh reality was that it hadn’t been real. Not for him.
When you got home, you collapsed onto your bed, staring up at the ceiling, its familiar texture suddenly feeling foreign and oppressive. The quiet of your room suffocated you, amplifying the echoes of whispers and judgment that had followed you all day. It should have been a relief to escape the chaos, but instead, it was a stark reminder of how alone you felt. Gone were the masks and the laughter; all that remained was the haunting silence, thick with unspoken words and unresolved feelings.
Your phone buzzed, and for a fleeting moment, hope flickered inside you. Maybe it was Jeno, maybe he finally had something to say, something that could bridge the chasm that had formed between you two. But as you glanced down, the screen illuminated a message from Mark instead.
Mark: How you holding up?
You stared at the words, the glow of the screen casting a pale light over your uncertainty. Mark had always been the one to see beyond your carefully constructed façade, the only person who didn’t press for answers you weren’t ready to give. His concern was palpable even through the digital barrier, but the weight of your own feelings made it hard to respond.
You: I don’t know.
The reply felt painfully inadequate, a thin veil over the storm churning inside you. You tossed your phone aside, pulling your knees up to your chest, as if trying to protect your heart from the world outside. What did you even want at this point? Jeno wasn’t coming back to fix things, and Belle was probably rehearsing her next round of accusations. You felt caught in a strange, uncomfortable limbo, yearning to forget while being unable to erase the vivid memories of that night.
In the days that followed, you had tried to convince yourself the night with Jeno was nothing more than a fleeting mistake, a moment spurred by alcohol and the warmth of the moment. But now, as the realization washed over you, it became painfully clear: you had wanted it to mean something more. You craved the way he looked at you that night—not with the haze of drunken affection, but with something deeper, something that could fill the void you felt inside.
But he didn’t. He never would.
You remained motionless on your bed, eyes fixed on the ceiling, feeling the silence stretch around you like a shroud. Your phone buzzed again, probably Mark checking in, but you couldn’t muster the energy to respond. The weight of your decisions pressed heavily on your chest, reminding you of the loss that had settled in your heart.
You had lost your best friend, sacrificed your bond with Belle for something ephemeral, and now, you were left to pick up the pieces alone. And maybe that was what hurt the most. The realization that in the end, none of it had felt real. Not the intimate moments shared with Jeno, not the friendship you had thought you could count on with Belle. Everything felt built on a shaky foundation, fragile and destined to crumble.
As you lay there, you reached for your phone, hoping to drown out the noise in your head with music. You scrolled through your playlist, searching for anything that could take you away from this moment. And then it started, the familiar notes of Crush Culture by Conan Gray filled the room, wrapping around you like a bittersweet embrace.
With each lyric, you felt a rush of recognition that hit you like a truck. Crush culture makes me wanna spill my guts out. The words resonated deeply, echoing the tumult of emotions swirling inside you. It was as if Conan had taken the scattered pieces of your heart and crafted them into a song, pulling at the very strings of your soul.
The lines about fleeting moments, unreciprocated feelings, and the pain of wanting something that was never truly yours surged through you. You closed your eyes, allowing the music to wash over you, each note igniting memories of that night with Jeno. The way he held you, the laughter you shared, the promises whispered in the dark. But with each line, the weight of reality crashed down harder, reminding you of the distance that had grown between you since then.
Tears prickled at the corners of your eyes, the catharsis almost overwhelming as the song played on. You could feel every word burrowing into your heart, every melody capturing the longing you tried to hide. This wasn’t just about Jeno; it was about everything you had lost, everything you had poured into moments that turned out to be nothing but illusions.
And in that moment, you felt a fragile clarity. You might be lost now, but you wouldn’t stay that way forever. The lyrics continued to echo around you, each syllable a promise that you would find a way through the pain, that you could reclaim your voice, your heart, and maybe, just maybe, discover what it meant to feel whole again.
As the song faded into silence, you lay back against your pillows, allowing the tears to flow freely. It was time to face the truth, to embrace the chaos of your emotions, and to start piecing together a new beginning. And with that thought, you closed your eyes, a flicker of hope igniting within you. A hope that lingered long after the last notes faded away.

yandere!sung jinwoo x fem.reader
anonymous asked: Hello! I've always admired your writing, and finally thought of an ask for you! What about yandere jinwoo with an oblivious reader? Its kinda funny how the reader has so much influence over him, and dont realize it, after all, how could they think he's dangerous when he's all soft for them, and only them... Oblivious to all the danger he causes to others
warnings: incredibly dark themes; harassment and petty bullying.
you felt butterflies erupting all across your abdomen, feeling your gaze darting all across the new sights and scenery of your high school. feeling a bit uncomfortable, you pull at the collar of your blouse and adjusted your tie at least a hundred times leading up to this very moment.
tightening your grip on your bag, you hardened your resolve and nodded, stepping into the school with as much confidence that you could manage. avoiding the crowd of students, you kept to yourself and take the flight of stairs up to the second floor. you trail your eyes across the labeled classroom before entering the one labeled 2-a.
you pass by a boy wearing a single glove, reading his textbook while flipping the pages with a bored expression. he sits near the back row, and you take the opposing corner, trying to remain as small as possible while getting out your pencils and notebooks for the day.
the sight of you settled off to the side makes the boy stop reading, and you caught a glimpse of how he was staring at you from your periphery, but wasn’t brave enough to meet his gaze. instead, you distract yourself by writing reassuring mantras in your notebook.
it’s going to be fine.
today is the first day of class for everyone.
surely no one is going to notice how you’re the newbie.
as the minutes ticked by, you became increasingly aware of the students that walked in, laughing while talking about their breaks. just as the bell rings, signifying the start of the day, your homeroom teacher just had to notice you as he forced you to introduce yourself to the whole class.
throughout it all, you were a stuttering mess, forcing out the syllables that made up your name all while feeling like your knees would give away at any minute now. the heat was felt burning against your cheeks, traveling down the length of your neck by the end of it all. when the teacher lets out a grunt of approval, you sat back down as quickly as you could.
a rich chuckle was heard coming from your left, and you took a quick peek over to see the same, perfect boy who had been studying softly laughing at you. his attention was on his open textbook, but you could tell that he was still looking at you from his periphery, those grey eyes drawing you in-
you clear your throat and look away from him, feeling the warmth now spreading to the rest of your body. the hours kept ticking by until finally, it was lunchtime. you grab your lunchbox from the confines of your bag, but found that you didn’t have much of an appetite.
as you debated on what to do for lunch, a loud whistle makes you gasp, looking over to see a group of rowdy looking boys making their way towards you. you visibly stiffen, willing them to go away, but your prayers were all for naught when the entered the classroom, already sauntering their way closer to you.
“man, when i heard there was a new girl here, i didn’t expect her to be so cute.”
you cling to your lunchbox, ready to bolt when needed. your anxiety was shot through the roof now, watching as the boys came closer to you when they suddenly stopped dead in their tracks. it appeared that they had a difficult time moving, like there was an invisible wall that kept them from coming closer to you. noticing their strange behavior, you visibly relax, watching their stiff movements as they walked out of the classroom and fell into a pile in the middle of the busy hallways.
laughter was heard erupting all across the hallways, and you breathed out a sigh of relief. the same soft chuckle was heard, and you look upwards to see your classmate standing before you. he had perfect, ebony locks of hair with grey eyes that shone with a startling clarity. “hey, are you alright?”
“oh, i’m fine! thank you for asking…”
the boy shakes his head. “there’s no need to be so stiff around me. just think of me as your new friend.”
your mind was spinning now, practically on cloud 9 at the thought of having this cute boy as your new best friend. you smile up at him, watching as he sheepishly brushes back his hair before reaching out a hand for you to take. “the name’s sung jinwoo, and would you like to have lunch together with me?”
you nod and stand from your seat with your lunchbox in hand. “of course!”
jinwoo gives you a kind smile, stepping out of the classroom with you. you see the same rowdy boys glaring daggers at jinwoo, yet he doesn’t relent, standing protectively in front of you. the boys end up scoffing before walking away. as jinwoo leads you in the opposite direction, you remain blissfully unaware of how shadows seemed to dart away from jinwoo while aiming toward the group of boys who dared to make you uncomfortable.
{ … }
the trio of girls had purposely intercepted your walk to school, pulling at your hair before tossing you aside, making you land against the hard pavement of the sidewalk. you had the air knocked out of your lungs when you suddenly felt the contents of your packed lunch land over your head.
tears were felt filling at your eyes, and you watch as a girl leans down closer to you, her blond curls framing at her face while icy blue eyes glare down at you, “who the hell do you think you are, getting so close to my jinwoo like that?”
her lackeys stand beside her, all sneering at you while exchanging looks of disdain towards you. ah, it seems as though your seemingly perfect life was coming to an end, with jinwoo’s own fanclub coming after you now. you had barely been basking in your school life and newfound freedom with jinwoo for a month when the drama suddenly started.
it started about a week ago, when you found safety pins on your seat and your notebooks ripped to shreds. you did your best to ignore it while hiding your troubles from jinwoo, yet it only seemed to strengthen the bully’s hatred for you.
and now, it had come to a boiling point, as the three girls continued to mock and sneer at you, teasing you, making fun of all your imperfections while stating how you were a mere “charity case” for jinwoo.
by the end of their torment, you were a sobbing mess, all alone as the girls quickly left you behind with their harsh laughters echoing in your ear. the stickiness felt from having your lunch dumped all over you made you feel worse than you ever felt, and you knew that you couldn’t go to school like this.
while you were wallowing in your misery, you remain completely unaware of the way your shadow lengthened, reveal jinwoo as he steps out of it. he says nothing, simply falling down to his knees before taking you in his arms. “i was worried about you not being in class today.”
hearing his voice makes you cry out to him, facing him as you hugged him closer to you. jinwoo didn’t mind how messy your uniform was, simply holding you closer to his chest. he lets out soft coos of your name, allowing you to let out all of your tears and frustrations. while keeping your head kept protectively against his chest, his eyes began to glow a startling purple hue, already commanding his soldiers to get rid of three, new targets.
{ … }
after your encounter with the bullies, the next day, you felt a strange sense of dread consuming you. you truly wanted nothing more than to skip-
or transfer-
yet jinwoo stops you from even considering moving away from him. and after much convincing from his end, (“don’t worry, i’ll be by your side the whole time if those girls come back!”) you relent and head to school with him.
upon entering your classroom, you felt a strange sense of relief filling you. you saw no signs of those nameless, petty girls, and you visibly relaxed. upon entering the classroom with jinwoo, he seemed to flash you a knowing grin, as if silently telling you i told you so.
needless to say, with those girls seemingly gone, (maybe even transferred to a different school?), you were able to resume the peaceful school days with jinwoo by your side.
and of course, he shared his lunch with you because he “always made extra” and knew of your healthy appetite.
of course he walked home with you every single day after your club activities, simply because “it was dangerous for girls to walk home at night” and he was your “best friend who wished to keep you safe.”
you saw no red flags-
becoming so blinded by his own brilliance that it made you blissfully unaware of the neverending darkness settled in the depths of his heart and soul.
{ … }
it was amazing how you couldn’t see just how obsessed sung jinwoo was with you.
ever since that first day, where you had entered his classroom and introduce yourself, becoming a mess of stutters in the process-
you had completely captured jinwoo’s heart.
throughout that first day, he kept sneaking glances at you, thinking of way to properly approach you before wrapping his tendrils of darkness around your heart, further trapping you within his web.
with beru and igris talking his ear off, knowing of their king’s desire to capture your heart as well, they were obnoxiously supportive, thinking of ways to help with winning you over. and just as he was ready to approach you-
those damn men had to ruin it all.
jinwoo could see the fear and discomfort in your eyes-
the way you stiffened in response and how you looked like you wanted nothing more than for the earth to swallow you whole.
but he stops them from coming any closer to you, using his abilities as the shadow monarch to freeze them, controlling their jerky movements until they were tossed out of the classroom.
later that night, after beru had dealt with them, jinwoo reappears and gazes down at their lifeless bodies.
arise.
he commands their shadows to awaken, tying their souls to him for all eternity as they now obeyed his every desire and whim. even when the teachers questioned their absences, jinwoo made sure to dispose of their corpses. he had thought about erasing everyone’s memories pertaining to them-
but he was achingly aware of how it would alter your memories as well, which made him hesitate when it came to executing it. for now, as long as you remained blissfully unaware, then he would allow yours (and everyone else’s memories) to remain intact.
after all, what did he have to worry about? to the whole world, he was the ideal student, making 100’s on all of his assignments while doing his best to win the heart of the girl he adores. no one has any reason to suspect him of any foul play.
and he was going to use this seemingly perfect image of him to his advantage.
once jinwoo saw you again, he pretends to bump into you, successfully gifting you his freshly made soldiers by having them morph into your shadow as you remained clueless to his abilities.
after all, seeing your smile and how much happier you were with them out of your life was like receiving a piece of heaven for jinwoo. he lived for your laughters and could feel his devotion for you growing by mere seconds.
that was his first act of love and devotion toward you.
and the second act?
i believe we know when that was, too.
red hot anger was felt coursing through jinwoo’s veins when he found you broken and tossed aside, with the contents of your lunch thrown over you. though it pained him a great deal to watch your suffering through the eyes of his shadows, he had to confirm the identity of your pursuers before taking action.
as you sought comfort within his embrace, jinwoo commanded at least a hundred of his soldiers to stalk those who dared to bully you, not even feeling an ounce of regret when not even their corpses were found due to how they had all been ripped to shreds.
jinwoo didn’t bother extracting shadows from his latest victims, knowing that you would be so much happier without any traces of them close to you.
so, as he lay in bed with you sleeping so soundly within his arms, he silently vows his loyalty to you alone. his heart already burning with an inferno of emotions when it came to you and how you made him feel so alive-
and he never wanted this feeling to end.
he would never tell you the truth of his darkness either, or the things he had done to keep you safe and happy, oh no-
for why would he when you could forever remain his precious girl, living in a perfect sandbox that he had made specifically for you, all while swearing to protect it with his life?

Doing the "Oh Mister Todd" trend with Blue Lock boys
- A/N: If you don't know what trend it is, just search: "Mister Todd couples" on tktk!
- Characters: Isagi Yoichi, Rin Itoshi, Bachira Meguru
Isagi Yoichi:
"Yoichi!" You shouted from your bed, trying your hardest to surpress your smile and the giddiness that were almost papable in your voice "My love, can you come here?"
"Sure! Coming in a minute, babe!" You heard your boyfriend answering from downstairs. You then quickly got up and began setting up your phone, smiling hard all the while.
Here's what happened: you were blissfully scrolling through Tik tok while trying to pass time in a (pretty boring) afternoon, when, all of a sudden, you came across one of the cutest videos ever: a couple doing the "Mister Todd" trend.
You had already seen it a couple of times, but never had the chance to do it with Yoichi due to his (sadly packed) schedule. Lucky you, he was on a break from football right now, and was washing the dishes while you relaxed cause, according to him, "While he's here, you won't have to worry about the house chores anymore. He's here to soften your load", he said. (He can be the hero of Japan, sure, but that doesn't mean he can't wash plates and cutlery)
"What is it, love?" He said, entering the room and still wearing a silly "kiss the cook" apron you bought so he could avoid getting wet (how the hell do you wash spoons without getting wet??). He dried his hands on his pants and asked "Do you need my help with something?"
"Yup!" You said, popping the 'p' "I need you to sit right here!" You pointed to a chair that was in front of your dressing table
"Sure...? I don't really get where you're going with this, but I trust you anyway" he said, smiling suspiciously.
When he sat down, he finally took notice of the phone that was propped up against the mirror. He then smiled and waved to the phone, even though you still hadn't began to record.
"Okay. Now, I'm gonna need you to sit still and look pretty. Think you can do it, pretty boy?"
It doesn't matter how long you guys have been dating for. Everytime you call him "pretty boy", Yoichi becomes a blushing and stuttering mess.
"S-sure!" He said, the words coming out rather bashfully and forcefully. It made him more shy then he'd like it to.
Giggling at the effect you had over him (and from how cute your boy was), you pressed the record button and began mouthing the lyrics.
"Oh, Mister Todd"
You then kissed him.
His eyes widened.
If there was one thing Isagi has NEVER grown used to, it's your kisses (and, frankly, he doesn't think he ever would) . The feeling of your lips on his skin feels like heaven on earth, and it always leaves him feeling dumbfounded and lightheaded (in a good way).
"I'm so happy"
Followed by another kiss.
He was literally burning up. His cheeks, his ears, everything in him was red. A bright, strong red. And only you had that effect over him.
"I could" Kiss
"Eat you up I really could" Kiss
Slowly but surely, a smile began spreading across his lips, his eyes sparkling with the love he held for you. It was a wobbly a smile. A lovesick smile. An absolutely helpless smile. A smile that portraied exactly how head over heels for you.
"You know what I'd like to do, Mister Todd?"
His eyes left the camera and began staring at you. His gaze was so strong it made you feel nervous. And what you didn't know was that it didn't reflect 10% of his love for you. His feelings were so, so strong that he was sure you'd never get it. You were his everything, and he was so glad he had met you.
"What I dream?" Kiss
"If the business stays as good?"
Gathering all the courage he had, Isagi gently cupped your cheek and leaned in, locking gazes. He then began slowly reaching for your lips, his eyes quickly leaving yours to stare at your mouth. He smiled at you, finally closing his eyes and then leaning in, kissing you like his life depended on it.
You got so distracted by the overwhelming amount of emotion that Yoichi put in the kiss that you totally forgot your phone.
Sadly, nothing lasts forever, and you eventually had to pull away. You both stared at eachother for a while longer, surrounded by a gentle silence.
"Send me that video, pretty, please?" He said, voice as quiet as a mouse. If you didn't stop to analyse the break in his voice between the pretty and the please, you wouldn't even get that he was complimenting you. And that's one of the things that drove you insane for Yoichi: he was smart. So, so smart.
"Okay" you agreed, relutanctly letting go of his face and reaching for your phone, still a little dizzy from the kiss "There. I did it"
"Thanks." He said, and then looked at you with a (stupidly attractive) smirk "Also, if these are the kind of trends you're gonna do with me in the future, don't hesitate to call me. I loved it."
He then kissed you again. So full of passion. So full of love. So him.
Sadly, once again, he had to pull away.
"Welp, those dishes won't wash themselves. You should sleep, sweetie." Yoichi said, kissing your forehead "Don't worry, I'll come lay with you in, like, 30 minutes. I'll also be here when you wake up."
"Okay then. I'm gonna go ahead and lay down. I love you, Yoichi"
How he loved hearing those words coming out of your mouth.
"I love you too, babe."
He smiled, turning off the lights and closing the door.
You then went to sleep with a mind full of him and him only, still feeling his lips on your forehead.
Oh, how you loved being able of calling him "yours".
Bonus!:
"Damn it!" Yoichi said, breaking yet another plate he tried to place on the kitchen counter and accidentaly slipped from his hands. He really didn't want to make any noise and end up waking you up, but he had no control over this! You left him so dazzed!
With a sigh, Yoichi stared at his phone. He contemplated for a minute, but ultimately decided to grab it. Putting in the code to open the phone (your anniversary), he went to the galery and clicked on the video you just recorded.
"Just once" he thought.
The music echoed through the whole room, until it abruptly ended. The only sound that could be heard was Yoichi's heart, beating strongly and indomitable.
"Once is too little. I'ma watch it twice"
The sound began. The last kiss was heard. The beating of his heart became louder.
"...three time's the charm, right?"
17 times. That's the amount of times he watched that damn video, blushing and smiling like a lovesick teen girl all the while.
"I love you" he whispered to no one in particular, but it was obviously meant for you. "Man, how did I bag you?"
He hugged the phone close to his chest and looked to the stairs, giddy over the fact that, when he went to the second floor, you would be there on the bed, just waiting to cuddle with him.
He was so happy to be called "yours".
Rin Itoshi:
"No! We can't go there! The monster's gonna get us!"
"Don't worry, my love. I'm strong enough to protect us from that scary monster!"
Boring.
That's the only thought that was running through your head while you and Rin were both cuddling on the couch, a crappy horror movie in the background. Every friday you do this, and sometimes you pick a bad movie, but damn, this was worse than bad! This one was terrible!
"This movie sucks" you sighed, frustrated. You then reached for his phone and began using it, since you both usually shared phones "I'm not gonna watch it anymore"
"We've watched worse ones" He argued, still focused on the movie.
You then started to scroll through the endless abysm of internet, using the movie as background noise so the room wouldn't fall totally silent.
Then, like a gift from God, an interesting video appeared in your for you (you had your tktk account logged in his phone, since he rarely used his).
'Mister Todd, huh?' You thought, lifiting an eyebrow.
Smirking like you're a little kid planning something naughty (which, honestly, you kinda are), you got everything ready in your phone and stared at him, batting your eyelashes
"Rinnieeee" you slurred "I need your help"
"What?" he answered, not taking his eyes off his phone "What do you want?"
"Sorry, let me rearrange the sentence: Rinnie, my love, my one and only, could you please lend me a loving and helping hand?"
Sighing like he was tired of your shineningans (even though you both knew he could never be tired of you), Rin finally paused the movie and stared back at you
"What is it, love?"
"That's better" your smirk got even bigger. You quickly gave him the phone, which made him shot you a confused look "Now, sit up and hold the phone in front of us, like we're taking a selfie"
"Why?"
"Just do it!"
Still a little hesitant, he complied. You then hugged him and said:
"Okay. Relax and start the video"
He didn't even have the strenght to question anymore (he was actually just curious about what the hell you were trying to do), so he just did what he was told.
Instantly, a song started to play in the background. He was still very confused about the whole thing, so he just stared at you. You then began to sing while staring at the camera.
If there was one thing about Rin Itoshi, was that he usually didn't show his emotions. He was good at hiding them through his body language, not letting anyone know what he truly thought about most situations. He was impartial most of the time, shooting a serious (almost angry) expression at everyone.
If there was another thing about Rin was that his eyes betray him. He just can't seem to force them to stay neutral. If he was sad, they'd get red. If he was angry, they'd burn like fire. If he was happy, they'd shine.
And he was over the moon right now.
When you kissed him after the first line of the song, he didn't react. It was just too fast! One second you were looking at the camera, and the other your lips were touching his cheeks. Sadly, just as fast as it happened, it ended.
Luckily for him, you did it again. And again. And again.
By the fourth kiss, Rin was utterly speechless. He was feeling lightheaded, his eyes carrying a rare spark in them. His teal orbs were intensely staring at you, trying to convey all the love he felt for you and didn't usually show.
It was so intense, so strong that you felt like fainting on the spot. He looked at you like a kid looking at their favorite toy, like a homeless man looked at a five-star meal, like a dog looked at it's owner after not seeing them for weeks. He looked at you like you were the only woman in the world, like you were the most beautiful thing he'd ever laid his eyes on. The spark in his eyes shined brighter than the brightest star you've ever saw.
A subtle smile crossed his lips, his gaze never wavering.
He could feel his face burning, and he was sure he was so, so red. He must look ridiculous, he thought, but strangely, he couldn't give a damn.
When he remembered he was recording though, his first instinct was to cover his face.
He gently but firmly nuzzled his head between your neck and shoulder, trying his hardest to not let his face show. Sadly, his (burning red) ears could still be seen.
When the last line of the song came and you kissed him for the last time (on the hair, since he was hiding his face), he put down his phone and sighed.
"Did you like it, Rin?" You giggled, passing your hands through his hair
"Mhm" he hummed, shy.
"I'm glad you did" you grabbed his face, lifting it (which earned an unsatisfied "Ughh" from him) and giving his forehead a kiss with an exhagerated 'Mwah!' sound. "I love you Rinnie"
"...I love you too" he said, hugging you hard and burying his face in your shoulder again, this time even deeper than before
A comfortable silence settled in the room. Tired from the day, you drifted off in Rin's arms, feeling his strong hold in your waist. You really did love your boy, even if he acted like a nonchalant prick sometimes.
Bonus!:
Usually, when you wake up, the first thing you do is check your phone for any e-mails, texts or any important notifications. Normally you get, like, 100 at max, since Rin never made your relationship public. That's why, normally, you do expect some of them.
What you didn't expect was that you'd get Tik Tok famous overnight. All thanks to your boyfriend, Rin Itoshi.
You remember that account he never uses? Yeah, it seemes like he finally found an utility for it.
"Off the market." The caption read. It was probably an indirect answer to a news article that got out the week before about how he was "going out with some model girl from Vogue"
You quickly widened your eyes and then ran to the comment session of the video, wanting to see what the 2.7 million people that liked it thought about it.
It0shis_lover: HELLO??? WDYM RIN'S DATING SOMEONE???
nonickyet<3: THEY'RE SO CUTE UGHHH
Isaa.Ichi: Hey, so this is actually insane! Never thought he'd have the balls to actually show his relationship
↳ Itoshi_Rin.: Why don't you go train to try and get at least closer to my level instead of commenting about my relationship online?
↳Isaa.Ichi: I don't need to. I'm already better than you, fcker.
THE._MONSTER: I HOPE HE'S TREATING YOU RIGHT, POOKIE!! DW, I'LL BEAT HIM UP IF HE EVER HURT YOU
Hiorinn_: Wow.
Ryushidou: If you ever get tired of him, just hmu 😘
↳ Itoshi_Rin.: Kys
↳ username: DON'T SAY THIS, RIN!!
username: OKAY, I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS
↳Itoshi_Rin.: Sorry
Laughing hard, you put the phone down.
Shit, you loved him so much. And he loved you too. That was something you hoped would never change.
Bachira Meguru:
"Meguru! Hahahaha! It's too high!" you said, laughing while your boyfriend, Bachira, pushed you in the swings of an empty children's playground.
"Don't worry! If you fall, I'll catch you with my strong and manly arms" he said, even though he slowed down.
After a while, your swing came to a halt. He sat on the one beside you, holding the chains and looking at the sky
He began humming a melody you knew all too well (it was his favorite song, after all), gently rocking himself.
Surrounded by his gentle singing, you got lost in your thoughts.
You didn't want this date to be over, so you were trying to think of something to make sure you both would still have time to do something fun and that took at least some time.
You didn't have to think too hard, though, since you quickly remembered a trend you saw on tik tok that you'd like to do with your boyfriend.
You got up from where you were sat and propped your phone against a slide's stair.
"Hey! What are you doing?" Bachira asked in a curious way, also getting up and going to where you were
"Something that i'm gonna need your help to do" You smiled, clicking the button and beggining the timer. "Just stay by my side, okay?"
"M'kay!" Bachira said, standing beside you and smiling at the phone
The melody began playing.
Even though he was a chronic internet user, his "For you" didn't have any romantic videos. It mostly consisted of memes, so that's why he never saw this trend.
If he knew that the romantic part of tik tok had trends like this, he'd have started to watch it's videos a lot sooner.
When you kissed him for the first time, Meguru Bachira felt like he would die from happiness.
His body felt like it was shaking, and his thoughts were going a mile per hour, even though all of them had the same theme: you.
He still tried to stay still, though, since it was what you asked him to do.
When you gave him the second kiss, he couldn't take it anymore.
"My turn!" He said, using his hand to put your cheeks together and making your lips pucker up.
He then began kissing you everywhere. Your lips, your forehead, your eyebrows, your eyelids. Everywhere his mouth could reach.
He wanted to show his love for you. He wanted to convey at least half of the strength of his emotions through his kisses. That's why he gave you so many.
The music continued. His kisses also continued. The music stopped. He couldn't care less: he continued kissing you.
Each kiss was a gentle "thank you". For staying with him. For loving him when nobody else did. He loved you. He loved you so, so much.
With one last exhagerated kiss on your lips, Meguru pulled away, but quickly hugged you right after
"I love you" he exclaimed "I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you." He seriously felt like crying "Stay with me, please"
You laughed, reaching for his cheek and kissing it.
"I love you too, Meguru" you smiled at him "And you don't need to worry. I'm not goimg anywhere"
In that empty playground, you both proclaimed your love for one another, sealing with kisses a gentle promise:
You would never leave the other alone.
Bonus:
"Isagi! Help! I lost my phone!" Bachira said, looking through the whole dressing room for it
"I'm gonna try and call it" Yoichi said, doing exactly as he said right after
"Oh mister Todd
I'm so happy
I could
Eat you up, I really could!"
"Found it!" Bachira said, holding his phone up "It was actually inside my bag"
"...sure" Yoichi said, sweating. Curious, he asked: "What kind of ringtone was that?"
"A very special one, Isagi. A very special one..." Meguru said, looking up at the sky and hugging his phone close to his chest like he was in a movie.
"...okay then...."
Man, his bestfriend sure was strange sometimes.
- Can you tell I lost motivation on Bachira's part? 🫠
ALSO, Rin's part has a kind of "smau". It was heavily inspired by another writer here on tumblr. Their name is @sanaexus (if you don't feel comfortable being tagged, just send me an ask!!), and you should totally read their stories/smaus, they're excelent!! Really, I love their smaus smm

You were heading to the studio with lunch for Hyunjin and the others. He didn’t reply to your texts all morning so you thought you’d surprise him and the others with lunch. You know how they can be when they are busy, so they probably appreciate it if you bring them something to eat.
You entered the building and down the hall to the studio they’d probably be at. Stopping in front of the door, you see it was not fully closed. Raising your hand to knock before entering, your hand comes to a halt when you hear your boyfriend’s voice.
You didn’t mean to eavesdrop, really. It was just that his voice was a little louder than usual, and you happened to stop by at the wrong time.
“Man, it’s so annoying. My phone keeps blowing up and she won’t leave me alone,” you could hear him let out a frustrating groan. “Sometimes she’s just… too clingy, you know? As if she can’t do anything by herself. ‘S driving me crazy.”
Murmurs followed your boyfriend's confession, but your heart was pounding so loud to hear their responses. Hyunjin said it so casually, but his words hit you like a punch to the gut.
Clingy? He thought you were being too clingy?
You thought you were just showing how much you cared for him — it hadn’t felt like too much. But now it felt like you overstayed your welcome like everything you did and every touch had been one too many.
Fighting back the sudden tightness in your chest, you swallowed hard. You stood by the door for a minute gathering your thoughts, before silently turning around to walk away. Your heart now aching with a newfound distance you weren’t sure how to close.
Apparently, your lingering by the door hadn’t gone unnoticed by one of the members. Felix saw something from the corner of his eye and before he could say something, he saw you turn around and walk away from the studio.
He frowned at the words of his friend and the thought of you possibly overhearing him. “She just cares about you,” Felix spoke up before getting out his phone to text you. He didn’t get a response from the older boy, at least not a verbal one.
You arrived back home when you heard your phone going off. Could it be Hyunjin? Did he text you a lie about how he was just busy and didn’t see your texts coming through?
You hated this. You hated this feeling of being lied to. If he thought it was too much, he should have just said so instead of going to his members behind your back.
Sure, he can vent to his friends. It’s not like you don’t do this with your girlfriends. But complaining about your partner and being actually hurtful? You wouldn’t do that.
You set down the bags that contained the lunch boxes before getting your phone out of your purse. It was Felix, asking if you just stopped by. He had seen you turn around and walk away instead of coming in.
You quickly typed a reply, saying you did want to stop by but forgot something at home. It wasn’t really a lie that he would believe, but at this point, you didn’t want to talk about it.
Your heart felt heavy and when you finally sat down on your couch, you felt the pressure behind your eyes building up.
Maybe you were overreacting? No, this was a valid reaction to something that felt so hurtful. This started a spiral of overthinking.
Were you really that clingy? And was it so bad that he might consider breaking up with you? He knew your last boyfriend said one of the reasons he broke up with you was because you were so overbearing towards him. But it was just because you love to show people you care about them.
In the beginning, Hyunjin assured you multiple times that you weren’t overbearing. He said he loved it when all your attention was on him and that you made him feel so loved and special with every little thing you did for him.
So what has changed?
You had hoped your afternoon would be filled with spending some time with your boyfriend, his friends and good food. Instead, it was filled with overthinking and tears.
In the days that followed you tried to act as if nothing was wrong. You tried to continue on, but his words echoed in your head and it made it impossible for you to be as relaxed as before.
Hyunjin could feel you were pulling back slowly, creating distance between the two of you.
The thing that stood out the most was how your frequent texting went from constant texting him things to a few texts a day to almost radio silence during the day.
Normally, you’d always ask him how his day was going, if he needed something to eat, if you could stop by to see what they were working on and even random things you’ve seen during the day that reminded you of him.
Now it felt like you only texted him out of necessity and not because you wanted to talk to your boyfriend.
The week continued, and it seems like the rift between you and Hyunjin has grown even wider. The tension kept knotting in your stomach and your hands kept fidgeting when you were alone together.
You were asleep, or pretended to be, when Hyunjin left for work and the dinners you had together were being eaten in an uncomfortable silence.
You cancelled a date night with the excuse of not feeling great and went straight to the bedroom. You didn’t come out for the rest of the night, leaving Hyunjin alone with his thoughts.
He felt like you were on edge, but he couldn’t figure out why or what had happened for you to be acting this way towards him. The sudden coldness and distance.
He had to admit, he missed your blabbing during dinner, or when you’re watching a movie and you tell him random fun facts about it. He just could not dwell long on your behaviour, because work still demanded a lot of his time and energy.
This resulted in the members deciding to go out to dinner together when they finished the last remaining details for the comeback. Felix suggested asking you along too; he got the feeling from his friend that something was going on between you.
Hyunjin hasn't talked much about you and what you guys have been up to lately, but he hasn't seen you in the studio during lunch lately either. You would normally come to surprise your boyfriend and the members while they were working hard on their comeback.
This also raised suspicions that you might have overheard Hyunjin's harsh words.
That brings you to here right now, at a table in a fancy restaurant, sitting next to Felix and Hyunjin. Your hands started fidgeting again, a habit you picked up the past few days.
Hyunjin sitting next to you, oblivious to your fidgeting, laughing and chatting with his friends - like hadn’t shattered your confidence with one careless comment.
“Hey, are you alright?” Felix’s voice was soft as he leaned closer, his concern clear. You gave him a small, forced smile.
“Yeah, just tired,” you mumbled. The lie felt heavy, but the ache in your chest felt even heavier.
Hyunjin’s laughter pulled your attention back to him. He looked so carefree and completely unaware of the hurt he’d caused. That’s what stung the most—how easy it was for him to say something that lingered with you, while he didn’t seem bothered at all.
Did he really not notice? Or does he not care enough to do something about it. Then again, you didn’t know if you should bring it up to him.
Felix spoke up again, “I haven’t seen you at our studio during lunchtime lately. What’s up with that?”
His attention was fully on you, trying to figure out what was going on in that head of yours. The question seems to caught you off guard. He observed you telling a forced lie to him about your absence. Suspicion confirmed.
Your eyes strayed quickly to Hyunjin but it seemed you didn't want to focus your attention on your boyfriend. His attention went to your hands, which were still fidgeting. He knew now that you indeed heard your boyfriend tell his members that he thought you were clingy and it was eating away at you.
This needs to be resolved quickly, he thought, but he didn’t want to intervene right now. It seems like you need a friend in this moment and he wanted to help you not have the troubling thoughts in your head for a moment.
He switched up the conversation with a different question to ease your mind, and you seemed to be eager to change the topic.
And this did work for a while, you were having good food and good conversations with the rest of the group. Except for Hyunijn, and it didn’t go unnoticed by him.
After the dinner ended, and everyone went their separate ways home, you fell back into an uncomfortable silence again. The car ride home seemed to last hours when it was in fact only a 20-minute drive.
Hyunjin tried to place his hand on your leg, but you just slightly turned your body the other way and faced the window the entire ride home.
When you stepped foot into your apartment, you immediately headed to your bedroom to change into your pyjamas. Hyunjin still was a little confused and watched you disappear into the bedroom.
Deciding to confront you about the distance he felt, he went after you. You were already in the bathroom, removing your make-up.
“Hey,” Hyunjin’s voice was cautious, a little hesitant. “Is something wrong?”
You didn’t answer him straight away. Your eyes found his and you looked at him through the mirror, before settling back to your own reflection to continue removing your make-up.
Should you admit that you’d heard everything? The hurt twisted inside you, mingling with the fear of pushing him away even more.
Finally, you turned to face him, your voice barely audible. “Do you really think I’m clingy?”
The question clearly caught him off guard, he just stood there and blinked at you. It seemed like he wanted to say something, but the words didn’t leave his lips.
The silence followed by your question was suffocating and it made you second — no, triple—guess all the thoughts and emotions you’ve felt for the past days. The reaction he gave you made your mind wonder if you might be overreacting to five simple words.
‘Sometimes she’s just too clingy’.
You felt so vulnerable, but you couldn’t hide your unspoken thoughts anymore. Your eyes stayed focused on Hyunjin. He swallowed thickly before parting his lips to speak. “You’ve heard?”
He had no idea you were at the studio, or near the studio when he was venting to his members.
A sad and tired sigh left your lips and you turned your attention back to your reflection, continuing your skincare. It felt weird, acting as if it was just a normal question, meanwhile the words chipped away at your confidence.
“It’s just... sometimes...” His voice finally broke the tension, but it didn’t sound as sure as you’d hoped. Running a hand through his hair, frustration flickering across his features.
You could see him trying to find the right words, but every second he hesitated only making your chest tighten more.
“What? Sometimes what?” you pressed on. “I’m sometimes too much? Am I too close all the time? Overbearing? I can’t do anything by myself?” Though your voice was quieter now, he could hear the hurt and uncertainty bleeding through.
He winced slightly at your words and pressed his lips together. He let out another sigh, “No, it’s not like that. I- I didn’t mean it like that. It’s just…” He trailed off, trying to find the right words.
You didn’t respond to his words, just waiting for an explanation as to why he said you were ‘too clingy’ and ‘couldn’t do anything by yourself’. But the explanation never seemed to come, the words stuck in his throat.
Though, you weren’t sure what you wanted to hear. His silence felt louder than any explanation he could have given.
“I was venting, and I just… I didn’t know you heard that... I’m sorry.” Frustration was seeping into his features. “It doesn’t mean I don’t care about you or- or what you do!” His voice softened and his eyes searched yours.
He didn’t know whether to take a step towards you and reach out or keep his distance, though the latter option is something you already succeeded in the past few days.
It didn’t feel good enough for you. The words fell flat between you, without meaning. You felt your chest tighten again and the suffocating feeling in your throat came back. The burning sensation of fresh tears behind your eyes was building up, ready to be released down your cheeks.
Turning away from him and nodded, “I get it, Hyunjin.” The man winced at the sound of your voice and hearing his name coming from your lips. “It’s fine. My ex said the same things, I’m used to it by now.”
It wasn’t fine. You weren’t used to it, not by a long shot. But you didn’t know if you could handle hearing more, or even if you wanted to.
Pushing past him, you went back into your bedroom. Turning on the lamp on your bedside table, you pulled back the covers and got into bed. Hyunjin lingered in the bathroom, trying to gather his thoughts on how he could explain to you he didn’t mean it like that.
He didn’t mean to hurt you, it was just in the heat of the moment and being stressed out because of work didn’t help either. Not that it should be an excuse.
You reminded him of the words your ex had said to you tugging at his heartstrings. That hurt. He knew it was a bad and rough break-up for you.
Even though it was so significantly small for him, something said in passing when he was stressed, holds an entirely different meaning and feeling for you.
You lay in bed staring at the window, silently letting the salty tears run down your face, and onto your pillowcase. From your position in bed, you reached out to turn off your light. The darkness engulfed you.
Hyunjin came into the bedroom after a minute. You felt the bed dip behind you, and he softly reached out to you. He rested his hand on your shoulder, trying to be comforting to you.
He could hear your breathing, uneven and heavy. Without seeing your face, he knew tears were rolling down.
The moonlight is peeking through the see-through curtains in front of the window., and it lit up your face. Right now, that was the only light in the room. You stayed quiet, not trusting your voice to say anything to your boyfriend.
“It’s not fine,” he murmured, almost like he was talking more to himself than to you. “I didn’t mean to make you feel like that.” When he didn’t hear anything from you, he continued.
“I just…” He exhaled slowly, clearly struggling. “I didn’t know how to explain it. Sometimes, when I’m stressed or overwhelmed, I don’t know how to handle things. But it’s not about you. It’s never about you.”
His words hovered between you. The sting of what you’d overheard lingered, reminding you of how easy it was for him to call you clingy in front of the others.
You wondered if he even realized how much that had hurt, or if he was just trying to smooth things over now that he knew you’d overheard.
“Then why say it at all?” you whispered, barely able to keep your voice steady. “If it wasn’t about me, why say it like that? Why make me feel like… like I’m too much?”
Hyunjin looked pained, his eyes flickering with regret as he gently pulled you to him in the dark. “You’re not too much. You never are.” At his words, you turned to face him.
Carefully he reaches for your hair to brush the loose strands from your face. “I know it's not an excuse to say I was stressed, but I really didn't mean it. The past few days I felt the distance between us and it ate away at me. I didn't know what was going on and what I had done to make you distance yourself from me.”
Your silence urges him to continue, “I didn't know how to bring this up, but I understand why you've been so distant these past few days. I was just venting to my friends without realizing this could hurt you. Especially after your break-up with your ex, I'm so sorry...”
His fingertips traced the side of your face before wiping away the tears that ran free. You swallowed hard, you wanted to believe him. You really did, because it is normal for people to vent about their feelings, good and bad.
But another part, the part that heard him so casually say you were clingy, kept you guarded.
Your hand reached out for his that was still lightly tracing your face, “I don’t want to feel like I’m smothering you, Hyunjin. I just… I don’t know what to do now.”
“You know, I missed your random texts. The one you always send if you see something that reminds you of me. And when you ask me how my day is going. The boys also have been asking about you, y’know.”
The sincerity in his voice made you look up at him. “They miss you at lunch too, just like I do.” For the first time since this conversation started, you saw the cracks in his usual confidence.
“It really hurt, the way you said it so casually too. And it felt like a punch in the gut after you know what my ex said to me. But it is my insecurity, not yours. I just need to figure out how to deal with it.”
He gently shook his head. “If you feel hurt about what I said, that is completely valid. I know it is an insecurity of yours, and I shouldn’t have been so casual about it.”
You let out a sigh and initiated intertwining your fingers with his. The small act brought a soft smile to his face. Watching your features, being lit up by the moonlight, he felt his racing heartbeat calm down.
“We’ll figure it out together baby. If I feel like I don’t need a distraction during work, I’ll put on my do-not-disturb mode on my phone, okay?” His words made you nod in agreement.
“And I will try to communicate my feelings more, especially when it comes to something like this. I realize now that I just have to talk about this when it bothers me.”
In response to your words, he nodded. “I love you, baby, so much.” Before you could respond he drew you closer, his lips brushing yours in a lingering kiss. “I love you too Jinnie.” You tugged him closer, kissing him with tender, quiet softness. You finally felt the tightness in your chest melt away.
He wanted to do better for you. His hand in yours felt like a promise—one he wasn’t going to let slip away.

You were sure that the coffee and cherrie pie from the bakery down the street was the sole reason for getting you through your shifts at family video.
Sure, it helped that you shared most of your shifts with your two best friends, Steve and Robin, but the fact that you were hopelessly in love with one of said best friends seemed to get in the way of enjoying your shifts with them.
Robin helped make it more tolerable, however her looks of pity sent your way whenever a pretty girl came in to flirt with Steve just made it blatantly obvious how pathetic your feelings for him were.
Being one of Steve’s best friends also meant that you had to listen to every nauseating detail of his conquests with these women, making your inadequacy feel even stronger.
The bell on the door chimed, signalling that a customer had entered the store, and looking over you saw a pretty blonde around your age walk in.
You don’t bother to get up, knowing that Steve will be there to greet her before you can even stand up.
As predicted, Steve jumps up, stumbling over his feet to greet the girl. You sigh, and reach into your paper bag to grab your boxed slice of cherry pie which frankly has turned into a comfort food for situations like this.
Seemingly moving on their own accord, your eyes look up to see Steve leaning on the counter with a sly smile on his face, and you know that your feelings for him were futile.
“You know that Steve’s just an idiot, right? He has feelings for you, he’s just too blind to see what’s right in front of him.” Robin says once Steve is out of earshot.
“Or,” you start, dragging the word out, “there’s nothing for him to see. He doesn’t care like i do, he doesn’t like me like i like him. It’s okay, i’ve made my peace with it.”
Robin glances over her shoulder once more, and when she’s sure that Steve is distracted she grabs your shoulders, “he likes you!” she exclaims.
“He’s just too stupid to realize. Just tell him how you feel! I know society thinks that’s men’s job but frankly I think that’s sexist, and Steve’s too stupid to do it himself. All this pining would be over if you’d just tell him how you feel!” she says while shaking your shoulders to emphasize her point
“Rob, it’s never going to happen.” you shake your head at her.
Before Robin can argue back, the topic of your conversation starts walking towards you both, grinning while waving his hand in the air, and you make out messy numbers scribbled with ink on his skin.
The second Steve opens his mouth, you figure it would be in your best interest to tune it out, and you turn back to your pie as if it’s suddenly the most enticing thing in the room.
You let yourself enjoy your pie, and for a minute, let yourself pretend that you and Steve are more than friends, and that the sick feeling coursing through you is simply because of the coffee and pie and not heartbreak.
The bell chimes, indicating a customer has entered the store, and this time it’s your turn to jump up.
“I’ve got this one” you say, glad you have an excuse to get away from the conversation.
You hurriedly walk up to the counter, and you see a boy, about your age, scanning his eyes around the store.
“You need help finding anything?” You ask, mustering up a friendly smile.
“I’m lookin’ for something scary. Do you have Poltergeist? Or anything similar.” He asks.
“Over there,” you say pointing. “Do you want me to get it for you?” you ask.
“I think i’ve got it from here,” he says with a smile, glancing down at your name tag and reading it aloud.
You watch as he retreats, before finally stopping to scan through the movies. After a few seconds he reaches up, plucks the movie off the shelf and is making his way back up to the counter.
“Have you found everything you’re looking for?” You ask in your trained customer service voice.
He nods, before asking “So, have you seen this one? Is it any good?”
You respond, and soon enough find yourself too distracted by the conversation with the boy to notice the very familiar interaction that you had just previously had going on between your coworkers.
“You’re jealous!” Robin gasps.
“Shhhh!” Steve says, covering her mouth with his hand. “Shut up!”
“Ew,” Robin says, shoving his hand off her “You didn’t deny it!” She sing songs.
“I’m not jealous, i just think it’s inappropriate for customers to be flirting with the employees” He says defensively, eyeing the way the boys eyes light up with interest at whatever you’re saying, leaning over the counter slightly.
His comment receives a deadpanned look from Robin, “Dude, look at your hand. You literally were just bragging about how you scored that ‘totally hot girl’s’ number.”
Steve opens his mouth, ready to defend himself, but after failing to come up with something to say, he closes his mouth in defeat.
He lets out an exasperated sigh, “Okay, fuck, maybe I am.”
“Hah! I knew it.” Robin says smugly. “So,” she says, dragging out the ‘o’ “When are you gonna do something about it?”
“I can’t-“ he starts “I don’t know!” he exclaims.
“Let me guess,” she starts. “You’re going to call that girl tonight like an idiot and pretend like you’re not totally in love with someone else?”
“It’s been working so far.” he shrugs, and robin squints her eyes at him.
“Is it though? Is it?” she accuses, and Steve suddenly feels small under her stare.
“Just tell her, you dingus!” Too distracted, neither Steve or Robin notice that you’re back until your voice breaks them out of their argument.
“Tell who what?” you ask, and Steve and Robin both look at each other nervously, leaving you confused.
“She, uh, was giving me pointers for when I ask that hot blonde out.” Steve says, and you shudder.
“You’re such a boy.” You motion with your hand for Steve to move off the stool you were previously sitting on, and when he complies, you sit back down and take a sip of your coffee.
You make a face at the change of temperature of your coffee, and Steve laughs. “Gone cold?” he muses.
You shut him up with a glare, and the three of you go back into a comfortable silence as you stare at the clock, waiting for your shift to end.
After what feels like an eternity, the three of you start closing the store once your shift ends, and you plop down into the drivers seat of your car with a groan.
You start driving, and you hope that the soft music and pretty sunset is enough to bring you out of your spiral of thoughts, but when a familiar song comes on, a song that Steve showed you, you start to think that you’re cursed.
The song brings you back to the moment where you were sitting in the passenger seat of Steve’s beemer, your legs up on the dashboard despite Steve’s scolding that it’s ‘dangerous’, to which you would reply ‘whatever, mom”.
The sun was setting in the sky, similar to how it is now, you and Steve taking turns sharing music after arguing over what to listen to, Steve claiming that he had the better music taste, to which you would argue back that yours is better. After going back and forth, you ended up with a compromise of taking turns picking the music.
You remember that night vividly, because that was the night you caught the first glimmer of hope that maybe he liked you like you liked him. It was also the night where that hope was crushed just as quickly as it came.
You had caught him staring, but too distressed at what that could possibly mean you pretended you didn’t notice. You spent the rest of the night going over and over in your head of what that look possibly could have meant, driving yourself crazy to the point where Steve noticed that there was something wrong.
Steve stopped, mid sentence when he noticed that far away, troubled look in your eyes once again.
“What’s going on in that head of yours?” he asked, seemingly bringing you out of your daze.
“Hm?”
“I said, what’s going on in that head of yours? I don’t think you’ve registered a single word of that story I was just telling you.” he says, with a slight laugh.
“Feels like i’m talking to a wall.” he teases, however you catch the glint of worry.
For a minute, you thought about telling him. You thought about spilling every thought that had been plaguing your mind since you realized that you were in love with him a few weeks back. You wanted to tell him you loved him. That you were in love with him.
You open your mouth to say something, but the words seem to catch in your throat, and tears start streaming down your face instead.
Not to sound dramatic, but Steve thought he could feel his heart breaking in his chest watching you, his best friend, breaking down beside him in his car. He wished he could wave a magic wand and take away all your hurt. Hell, he would even take all the hurt on himself if it meant he got to see you smile.
“What’s going on?” he asked you, “You know you’re my best friend, you can tell me anything.”
Steve hoped his words would reassure you, but instead you just sobbed harder.
You shook your head, and Steve figured that was you saying you didn’t want to talk about it, and he was right, partially, he just didn’t realize that it wasn’t just you not wanting to talk about it. He didn’t realize that the real reason you were shaking your head was because you didn’t want to be his best friend. You loved him, but not how best friends typically loved each other. You were in love with him.
You realized then, that that was all you would be. His best friend. You didn’t want to ruin your friendship, and you knew that if you told him how you felt, you definitely would, so you decided that it would be in everyone’s best interest to never let him find out.
Little did you know, those same fears swirled around in your best friend’s head as well.
“M’sorry, I promise I don’t mean to cry.” you tell him. “I’m just, i’m overwhelmed and confused.”
Steve caught the look that you were giving him, your pleading eyes begging him to not ask you what you were overwhelmed and confused by. As badly as he wanted to ask, he remembered all the times that you were there for him no questions asked, and he knew that as your best friend, that he owed you the same respect.
He settled with holding you in his arms while you cried into his chest. He whispered soft, reassuring words, not knowing that he was the reason you needed them.
Later that week, you’re sat by the counter, once again eating your pie, wondering whether your shift could go by any slower.
This time, it was just you and Steve sharing your shift, and at first it made you nervous knowing that Robin wouldn’t be there and you’d be left alone with Steve and your feelings for him, but it had been surprisingly going pretty well.
You noticed that Steve seemed tense as well, but after him brushing your questioning eye off, you decided not to bother him about it.
“What did that pie do to you?” Steve teases, noting the way you are stabbing your fork into the pie as if you have some vendetta against it.
“I’m bored.” you groan, dragging the word out. “I miss Robin.”
Steve brings his hand up to his chest, acting as though he was wounded. “Am I not enough for you?"
When you bark out a laugh, the corner of his lips twitch up into a smile as he gazes at you with a fond look that makes you feel like you’re about to vomit. Not out of disgust, but from the overwhelming feelings that he makes you feel. Vomiting is about the most accurate way to describe how it makes you feel, and you try not to imagine the look you’d receive from Robin if she heard that.
The door chimes, and with Steve being closer, he gets up to greet the customer. Just as he’s getting ready to ask how he can help, he pauses when he realizes that it’s the same guy who was in the store flirting with you the other day.
He clenches his jaw, remembering yours and Robins scolding that he needed to be better with his customer service, and grits out “Welcome to Family Video, how can I help?”
Just to Steve’s surprise, more like disappointment, the customer tells him that he was actually hoping to speak to you.
Hearing your name, you look up and smile when you see Matt, the customer from the other day. You get up and walk towards them, turning to Steve to tell him that you’ve got it from here. He begrudgingly leaves, but still stays in earshot.
“I’m just here to return this.” Matt says, setting the movie on the desk. You pick it up, and begin scanning it and clicking buttons on the computer.
“How’d you like it? You owe me that review you promised.”
“Well, i’ve actually spent the past couple days trying to think of the best way to tell you my thoughts, and I thought maybe we could discuss it over coffee?” he says, eyes hopeful.
You’re taken aback for a minute, struggling to remember the last time someone asked you out, and then wondering whether he meant as a date, or just as friends, but before you can think of something to say, Matt speaks again.
“I hope i’m not coming on to foreword or reading this wrong, I just think that you’re gorgeous and would love to take you on a date.” he sends you a shy smile.
“I, yeah, i’d like that.” you manage to sputter out, sharing Matt’s same shy smile. “I’m off tomorrow, but I work the rest of the week.” you tell him.
“How about noon? We could go to the cafe down the street if you’d like. Or anywhere else.”
“The cafe works. I’ll see you then.” You tell him, feeling giddy as a smile graces your face as you finish running through his return. Matt matches your smile, and waves before making his way out of the store.
You watch as he walks out the door and out of eyesight, and do a little happy dance, ignoring the fact that Steve is going to definitely make fun of you.
For a minute, the hopeless feeling that had settled over you because of Steve’s unshared feelings is forgotten, and you think that maybe won’t be as hard to get over him as you thought. Maybe you will find someone who likes you how you like Steve, and you’ll be able to stop falling for him.
“I thought you didn’t go on dates.” Steve says once you turn around, and the smile quickly falling off your face.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Seeing the hurt look on your face, Steve quickly clarifies.
“You just always say that you’re more content staying single. That dating just causes unnecessary stress that you don’t have to have when you’re single.”
“I don’t know, I just changed my mind I guess.” you say, and Steve raises an eyebrow at you.
“What made you change your mind?” he questions.
“Why does it have to matter?” you say. “It just felt nice to have someone be interested in me.”
Steve accepts your answer, and you both continue to work in silence. You wonder why Steve doesn’t seem as happy for you as you expected, and it sends a pang through your chest.
The next day comes around fast, and after spending about an hour debating what to wear, noon finally comes around and you nervously step foot inside the cafe, despite the amount of times you’ve been here.
You glance around, and you spot Matt already sitting down at a table. You shyly walk over to him, suddenly uncomfortably aware of everything you do.
After the initial nervousness settles down and you both have ordered, conversation starts flowing easily, and you find that you and Matt have a lot more in common than you originally expected.
You feel comfortable around him, and after learning more and more about each other, you find yourselves talking to each other like you’ve known each other for years.
You like Matt, you really do, but despite how much you like him and how well you guys are getting on, a nagging feeling won’t leave you alone.
You know it’s wrong, but as you tell Matt about yourself, you can’t help but think about Steve, and how he already knows all this about you. Honestly, you think Steve knows more about you than you do.
Internally, you start connecting everything to Steve, and this realization suddenly starts making you feel both guilty and uncomfortable.
As the date starts to wrap itself up, you realize you need to be honest with him. Getting over Steve is apparent to be way more difficult than you anticipated, and you know it’s unfair to string Matt along when your heart is elsewhere.
You decide to just be upfront with him, telling him exactly as such, and Matt’s reaction is the exact opposite to what you expected.
He doesn’t seem upset, he just simply looks at you with understanding, and if anything, it makes you feel even more guilty.
“It’s okay, i’m just glad you were able to realize this and be upfront with me now. The heart wants what it wants, and I can’t blame you for that.” he tells you.
“I just feel so bad, I really thought i’d be able to do this, and I do really like you, but I just can’t.” you sigh, feeling disappointed in yourself.
“It’s that coworker of yours, right?” he asks, leaving you shocked.
“How did-“ you start to say, looking at him with bewilderment.
“I noticed how he looked at you when I came by the store, both times, I thought there might be something there but was just hoping I was wrong.” he tells you, and it just leaves you more confused.
He doesn’t look at you in any way, does he? Seemingly noticing your distress at this new information, Matt continues on.
“He looked like he was ready to have me banned from the store,” he says with a laugh. “it’s clear as day that he has feelings for you, and you feel the same way, so just tell him.” you continue looking at him with bewilderment, but this time for a different reason.
“This was not the direction I was expecting this to go in.” You say with a breathy laugh.
“I know, believe me,” he says with a laugh, “I know this is definitely not how either of us expected this to end up, but I still would like to at least be your friend. How does that sound to you?”
“I would like to be your friend as well, I meant what I said, I do really like you, I just feel really bad about this whole situation.” you tell him nervously.
“Don’t, I meant what I said as well, the heart wants what it wants. So, friends?” he says, offering you his hand for a handshake, and you laugh. You take his hand, and shake it.
“Friends sounds good.” you say with a smile.
“Now that we’re friends, i’m telling you this as a friend, tell him how you feel.” he says sternly.
“God, you sound like Robin. Don’t make me regret agreeing to be friends.” you say lightheartedly.
You both say your goodbyes, telling him that now that he has friend privileges you can snag him any good movies coming in that he requests, and he promises to stop by the store sometime soon.
Driving home, you start to feel a sense of clarity come over you. You think that maybe telling Steve isn’t a bad idea, Matt only saw Steve twice and could say with confidence that Steve had feelings for you, maybe he was right?
But what if he was wrong? What if Matt was wrong and you make a fool out of yourself and ruin your friendship?
You realize that your friendship would be ruined either way, because thinking about it, you don’t know if you have it in you anymore to keep having your heart broken. You either tell him, and risk him not feeling the same way and ruining your friendship, or not telling him and end up definitely ruining your friendship because you can’t handle just being his friend.
If you’re going to lose him either way, you figure you might as well just tell him. Now you really feel like you’re going to throw up.
The next day, you work the closing shift with once again just Steve, and the entire time leading up to it all you feel is dread. You even consider calling in sick and asking Robin to cover for you, but you push through it and find yourself walking through the staff doors, getting ready to start your shift.
You and Steve start working as you usually would, closing shift on Thursday's always being quiet, him making his regular comments and you once again sitting on your stool drinking your coffee and eating your pie.
Despite Steve being your best friend and you both having worked together without Robin many times, you both feel the uncomfortable shift in the air.
“How’d your, uh, date go?” Steve asks, internally cursing himself out.
“It went good.” you say, sounding unsure. Steve raises an eyebrow at you in question, and you clarify.
“It went good,” you say, sounding more sure of yourself. “We had a surprising amount of things in common, and the conversation came really easily. Honestly for a moment it felt like we had known each other for years.” you tell him with a smile on your face as you think back at yesterday.
“Oh, that’s- that’s good. You’ll probably be going out with him again?” Steve asks, and it may be you going crazy, or did he sound disappointed? Is it bad that that makes you feel happy?
“Yeah, we will, I think. Not on another date, though.” you tell him, paying close attention to how Steve reacts. When he keeps a calm composure, just looking confused, you think that maybe you were just crazy.
“We decided that we’d be better as friends.” you clarify.
“Oh, how come? You seem to really like him.” he asks, and you think that this might be your opportunity to tell him how you feel. You pause for a minute, trying to think of the best way to word what you are going to say next.
“I realized that my hearts," you pause, "elsewhere? I do really like him but I didn’t think it would be fair to string him along if I wasn’t fully in it.” you tell him carefully.
“Elsewhere? Like you have feelings for someone?” you nod.
“Why’d you agree to go out with him if you have feelings for someone else?”
“I don’t know, he seemed like a really good guy and I thought maybe i’d be able to get over my feelings but I was wrong.” you tell him, shamefully.
“It was nice having someone be interested in me." you begin to explain, "I figured since the person that I want to be won’t ever be interested in me, maybe it was time to move on. And it felt nice. Being in love with someone who only sees you as a friend sucks and for a minute I was able to forget about it. I don’t want to keep letting him break my heart again.” you explain.
Steve doesn’t say anything, he just looks at you as if you’re some difficult math question, and you feel yourself shrinking under his gaze.
“Who are you in love with?” he finally asks.
You open your mouth to respond, and once again, just like the time you were sat beside him in his car, you're unable to get any words out, and a tear slowly falls down your cheek instead.
You went over this conversation many times in your head, preparing how you were going to tell him, but now that it was happening, it all went right out the window.
Steve steps closer to you, and wipes the tear from your cheek, and the action makes you want to cry harder but you force yourself to keep your composure. You tell yourself all you have to do is get this over with, and then you can cry as much as you want.
“How do you know that he isn’t in love with you too? What makes you so certain?” Steve asks, figuring his first question was too difficult for you to answer.
“He flirts with other girls all the time. And I get friend zoned practically on a daily basis.” You manage to mumble.
“How do you know he isn’t doing what you were trying to do by going on that date? What if he thinks that you don’t like him back, and that’s why he does that?” Steve asks, and you wonder whether there’s more to what he’s asking. You chalk it up to him just wanting to make you feel better, and sigh.
“I don’t know whether this is just Robin getting to my head, but is the guy me?” Steve finally asks.
Your silence is enough of an answer, but then you finally nod your head in confirmation. “It’s okay though, one day I will stop falling in love with you and we can pretend this never happened, some day I’ll find someone who likes me like I like you and we can go back to normal.”
You honestly think at this point you’re more trying to reassure yourself than you are Steve. You reason that he’s the one who made you fall in love with him, so you’re allowed to try to reassure yourself.
“What if I don’t want you to?” he says, and your eyes go wide, thinking that he has to be messing with you.
“What if I don’t want you to stop falling in love with me? What if I don’t want to pretend like this never happened? What if I don’t want you to find someone else? Because you won’t need to, because I do like you like you like me.” he continues, and you shake your head, not believing him.
“Look at me.” he commands softly. Instead of doing what he asks, you stubbornly close your eyes and face your head down, scared to look at him. Scared that if you look at him you’ll see that he was joking and you’ll be stuck feeling humiliated.
Steve gently brings his hand under your chin and lifts it up so your head is facing him, but you refuse to open your eyes. When you hear him let out a little laugh, you feel glad that you didn’t look, fearing the worst.
“Hey, look at me, please.” he says, and his begging tone is what makes you finally peak your eyes open.
Steve’s close, closer than you realized, and his eyes are looking right into yours, and you don’t see any mocking or teasing looks in his eyes like you expected.
His eyes leave yours, slowly traveling down to your lips. “I can prove it to you if you don’t believe me.”
He looks back up at you, silently asking for permission, and all you’re able to say is a breathless “okay.”
He grins, and slowly leans in, allowing you time to change your mind, and when you don’t, he finally presses his lips against yours.
Your eyes flutter closed, and his hand that was under your chin comes up to softly cup your jaw, and suddenly all you feel is him.
At this point, the tears that you had trying so hard to hold in finally stream down your face, however this time for an entirely different reason. All the love that you had been suppressing down was finally released, the emotion pouring out of you as you kissed.
Steve pulls away, noticing your tears, and his eyes widen in a panic. When you respond with a laugh, he calms down and wipes your tears.
“I knew it,” he starts. “you do taste like coffee and pie.”
You’re both grinning, and he leans down and kisses you again. If you thought the first kiss was a lot, this one nearly knocks you off your feet with the force of passion that he kisses you with.
His hands move down to your waist, pulling you even closer and you let out a squeak of surprise. Your hands move on their own accord to grip at his collar, and the groan he lets out is nearly enough to make you faint.
This time you’re the one to pull away, feeling like you’re about to run out of air, and you both are left flushed and breathing heavily.
The bell on the door chimes, bringing you both out of your daze. Steve sighs and sets off to greet the customer, with a promise that this will be continued later, both of you with a giddy feeling you didn’t have at the start of your shift.

Author how would Elias react if suddenly in an important company meeting where he is currently adopting his serious and cold businessman persona, toddler MC suddenly enters the room like a boss then sits on his lap demanding attention. Let's just say his little apple won't relent as they misses their dad, and they want to play. Here and now🤣.
the conference room was bathed in sterile light, the kind that made skin look pale and the air taste clinical. elias sat at the head of the long, glass table, his presence cold, commanding, like winter sun through an open window. the board of directors watched him with the tension of prey caught in the sights of a predator, waiting for his next word, next motion. his sharp, calculated amber gaze swept across the room, and the charts spread before him like fresh cadaver to be dissected, every decision precise, every question weighted like a blade in hand.
this was elias in his element: cold, methodical, an iron wall.
and then the door opened.
it was so small, the sound at first, a soft creak as the oak door pushed open, out of place in the sterile silence. everyone froze. everyone except elias, who kept talking—until a tiny figure padded across the room, each step a declaration of intent, wearing pajamas decorated with cartoon animals and an expression far too serious for such a small face.
it was you, the little apple of his eyes.
the shift in elias was so subtle, most people wouldn’t have seen it: the way his back straightened by half a degree, the softening at the corner of his eyes, barely perceptible. his voice, however, never wavered, still sharp as cut glass. he didn’t break from his sentence—“projected revenue growth in Q3 suggests…”—not until your small weight climbed into his lap as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
“dada.”
the word was quiet but insistent, spoken not as a question but a command.
you were settled on elias’s lap now, leaning back into the solid presence of your father, small hands reaching up to tap at the cold, stiff front of his suit jacket with something like familiarity, like comfort. your face turned up toward him, expectant. “play.”
elias’s fingers twitched against the armrest of his chair. his gaze, cutting and ruthless only moments ago, flickered down. for a split second, it was as if no one else existed in the room, as though the board of directors, the charts, the balance sheets had melted away under the warmth of those bright, insistent eyes staring up at him.
“i’m in a meeting, little one,” elias said, his voice low but gentle. he raised one brow—a stern look that would have had seasoned executives scrambling to apologize—but you only giggled softly, patting his chest again.
“now,” you demanded with the confidence of a small monarch. “play now.”
one of the board members cleared their throat softly, but no one dared speak. the room was a taut wire strung between two worlds, elias’s stern, merciless presence juxtaposed against your small figure wriggling in his lap, growing more restless with each passing second.
elias gave a sharp exhale, a sound almost like a sigh, but no one would dare call it that. his arm, the same one that had commanded the room with gestures precise enough to control fates, moved to wrap around your small frame, pulling you close as if to protect you from the harsh, foreign environment of the boardroom. his gaze remained on the table, unwavering, but the tension in his shoulders was gone, replaced by something softer, more human.
“i miss you, dada,” you said, pouty and petulant, your hand curling into his lapel as if that simple touch could tether your father back to you.
elias’s mouth twitched. it wasn’t quite a smile, but it was something far warmer than anyone present had ever seen from him.
“i’m right here,” he murmured, his voice so low it was barely audible.
“here now,” you insisted, your small brow furrowed with concentration, as though the concept of work and meetings and revenue growth was as distant and incomprehensible as the sky being blue. “play now. with me.”
elias closed his eyes briefly, as though composing himself, before opening them again and addressing the room. “five-minute recess.”
the words were not a question; they were an order. the board of directors didn’t dare question him, even as several of them blinked in shock. papers rustled, chairs scraped back, murmurs filled the room like wind in a storm. no one dared to meet his gaze for too long.
as the room emptied, the last man closing the door behind him, elias turned his attention fully to the little terror on his lap. his hands, which had gripped financial documents only moments ago, now cradled you with gentle ease. his expression, usually unreadable and distant, softened entirely. he stroked the back of your head, smoothing out the wild tufts of your hair.
“you know, little apple,” he said, his voice so low and calm now that it could almost have been a secret, “we have to learn patience.”
you squirmed, shaking your head vehemently. “no patience, dada. play now.”
elias huffed a sound that might have been a laugh, the shadow of amusement crossing his features.
“of course, your highness” he said jokingly, gathering you close to his chest as though shielding you from the cold air of the boardroom. “let’s play.”
he reached into his suit pocket, pulling out a small silver pen, one of the many tools of his trade. the nib alone might have been worth $7,000. he held it up, and your eyes lit up like stars. it was simple, a little trick he’d learned: use the pen to create shapes in the air, making them disappear with a twist of his wrist. to anyone else, it was nothing—a distraction, a minor illusion—but to his precious little apple, it was magic.
“look,” he whispered, making the pen vanish from one hand to the other and making a faux surprised face. “where did it go?”
you gasped, looking around for the pen, your delighted laughter filling the empty room.
in that moment, elias was no longer the businessman, no longer the cold, efficient presence who held entire companies in his iron grip. in that moment, he was simply a father, holding his entire world in his arms.
minutes passed, and eventually, your energy waned, your small head resting against his chest as sleep began to claim you. elias’s gaze softened further as he cradled you, his fingers tracing soothing patterns on your back. the rest of the world, the spreadsheets, the meetings, the endless demands—it could all wait. here, now, this was all that mattered.
when the door finally creaked open, and the board members cautiously filed back in, they found elias sitting there, his sweet toddler in his arms, fast asleep. his expression was unreadable once more, save for the brief glance he gave you before turning back to the matter at hand.
“now,” he said, his voice back to its usual commanding tone, “let’s continue.”
but beneath the cold surface, the weight of the small body resting in his lap anchored him to something far more important than the empire he ruled over.

I open my eyes to an empty bed in a room that’s not mine. I stretch and groan at the tenderness between my thighs as I look around the room for Aemond. I slip on one of his shirts and make my way out of his room. When I enter the hall my nose is flooded with the smell of breakfast and I make my way to the kitchen. I watch him from the doorway and let my eyes scan over his toned back, groaning at the sweatpants low on his hips. I start to walk up to him with a smile on my face.
“Go back to bed.” he hums without turning around.
“Then come back to bed with me.” I pout and he chuckles.
“I will when breakfast is done.” he turns and looks at me with a raised brow. His eye scans over my body before it locks to my eyes.
“Hm?” I tilt my head walking over to him with a soft smile as his hands go to my waist and pull me closer. His fingers grip my waist before he turns me around.
“Go back to bed.” he scoots me down the hall and I sigh walking back to his room. I sprawl out on his bed and look around to occupy my time. I look through his nightstand and smile when I see the books. I pull out a book and lay back and start to read.
“Are you comfortable?” Aemond hums walking in with a tray.
“Very.” I set the book down next to me and watch him come over to the side table.
“I was supposed to wake you up with breakfast.” he places the tray on the table.
“I can pretend to be asleep.” I look up at him with a smile. “Go out to the hall.” I wave him off and scoot under the covers.
“I’m already in here with the food.” he tries to hide the smile on his face. I shut my eyes and bury more into the blankets. I hear him sigh and feel him get into the bed next to me. When I feel the warmth of his body I turn and curl into him. He runs his fingers up my arms and I shiver holding him closer. “Wake up, Y/n.” his voice soft and I blink up to him.
“Good morning.” I smile as he shakes his head.
“I made you breakfast.” he hums biting his lip.
“Mm, did you?” I look up at him placing my hand on his chest and dragging it lower.
“Actual breakfast.” his hand grabs my wrist as he looks at me with a blown pupil. He pulls me up with him and reaches across to bring the tray to us. “Let me know what you think.” he waits for me to take a bite and when I do I sigh.
“Gods, Aemond.” I hum taking another bite. “Why aren’t you a chef?” I look up and see his red cheeks. “Look at you.” I coo pinching his cheeks. His eye gets wide as I softly brush against the scar on his face and his hand goes to my wrist.
“You shouldn’t ruin your hand with such an ugly part of me.” he hums, pulling the hand near his scar away and kissing it.
“You’re beautiful.” I scrunch my brows and his eye snaps to mine.
“I’m not.” he shakes his head with furrowed brows.
“You are.” I nod. “You have such beautiful hair.” I hum threading my fingers through it. “A beautiful blue eye.” I swipe my thumb underneath it. “A beautiful voice and thoughts that I would be content to listen to for the rest of time.” he watches me as I ghost my fingers over his lips. “A beautiful-“
“Stop.” his voice strained as he looks at me with a teary eye.
“Aem,” I frown and scoot closer to him, discarding the tray of food.
“I’m sorry.” he shakes his head clearing his throat. I watch him as he blinks away his tears.
“What’s wrong?” I keep my voice soft.
“I’m waiting for you to realize you don’t like me.” he mumbles.
“I think I like you too much.” he looks to me at my words.
“You could do better.” I sigh at his words and cup his face once more so he has to look at me. I place a soft kiss on his lips and he lets out the softest whine. I kiss up his jaw and place featherlight kisses over his eye and make my way up to his forehead.
“Can I take this off?” I look at him as my fingers rest against his eye patch.
“You’ll leave if you do.” his voice broken.
“I won’t.” I look at him and he nods. I slowly remove it and he watches me intently. I place soft kisses at the top of the scar and his hands grip my waist. “You’re so fucking beautiful, Aemond.” I whisper as I continue to kiss down his scar.
“Y/n.” my name falls from his lips as I pull back and admire him fully. He pulls me into his lap and hugs me tightly. He clings to me and I brush my fingers through his hair as he buries his head into my neck. “I’m sorry I ruined breakfast. It’s probably cold now.” he mumbles against my skin.
“Shh,” I hold him tighter and he seems to relax into my arms. “Let’s just lay back down.” he lifts his head up and looks to me with a watery eye again.
“You don’t have to stay.” he furrows his brows.
“Do you want me to leave?” I smooth his hair back.
“No.” he shakes his head.
“Then let’s lay back down.” I kiss him softly and we get back under the covers and I pull him against my chest and he relaxes into me.
“Thank you.” he breathes out.
“For what?” I hum holding him tighter.
“For staying.” his words barely audible as he wraps his arms around me pulling me even closer.

Y/n: Bring your favorite book to the store so I can read it. I’ll give you mine too.
Aem: Or you can just bring it when you come over for dinner later?
Y/n: I’m coming over for dinner later? 🫣
Aem: I would like you to.
Y/n: What time?
Aem: Tell me when to pick you up.
Y/n: Pick me up in like an hour.
Aem: I’ll see you then.
ততততততততততততততততততততততততততততততততততত
I shuffle through the aisles trying to locate my favorite book. I smile when I spot it and pull it from the shelf. I walk around collecting little bookmarks and other things to give him along with the book. When I finally make my way back up front I spot him sitting in the chairs by the windows.
“How are you?” I smile stopping at his side.
“What’s all this?” he grabs the things ready to spill from my arms.
“For you.” he looks up to me confused.
“Why?” he looks to the things in his lap.
“So you can have nice things when you read my book. Look at how cute this book mark is.” I grab it from the pile and he smiles watching me show him.
“This is very cute. Thank you.” he hums with a smile on his lips.
“Let me get you a bag.” I turn and make my way to the counter. I rummage around and throw more miscellaneous things in there along with the book and when I turn he’s standing above me.
“What is all this now?” his eye widens as he takes in the bag.
“Bookshelf decorations and other things I think you would like.” he exhales deeply and nods with a smile.
“You will be in charge of decorating.” he sets the rest of the things I handed him in the bag.
“We can do it together.” I put my hands on my hips looking up to him.
“Yes, of course.” he chuckles grabbing the bag from my hand. “Come, let me make you dinner.” his hand slides around my arm and down to my hand.
                                       ᓚᘏᗢ
“That was spectacular as usual.” I smile up at him as we finish the dishes. “Ready to decorate and trade books?” I grab his hand and start to tug him out of the kitchen. He stops us to grab the bag of items and brings it with us. I empty the bag out onto the couch and start to hand him things.
“Where do you want me to put this?” he looks at the small figurine in his palm.
“Wherever you think it’ll look best.” I hum taking a couple things and starting on the shelf next to me. We spend the next couple of minutes placing small trinkets around his shelf’s and I turn to him. “What do you think?”
“I like it.” he looks around. “Reminds me of you.” he smiles at me and a blush rises up my neck. “Let me get my book.” he brushes past me and pulls a book down. We switch books once we sit on the couch and I smile at his choice.
“Tell me why this is your favorite.” I look at the back of the book before looking up to him waiting for him to talk. He explains it thoroughly without giving anything away and I nod, listening. “I’m excited to read this.” I beam.
“Tell me about yours.” he turns to me with a soft expression and listens as I start to discuss the main idea. His eye never leaves mine as I talk and I finish hoping he likes the book. “Do you want to start reading now?” he tilts his head, skimming his fingers over the book in his lap.
“Yeah, I would like that.” I nod my head, dragging my eyes up to his.
“Tea?” he starts to get up and I grab his hand.
“Let me make it. You always cook for us.” I rise and try to keep him sitting.
“Making tea for you is not a burden.” he cups my cheek as he towers above me.
“What if I just want to do something for you?” my voice soft as I look up at him.
“You do enough for me.” I chuckle at his words.
“Like eat the food you make me? Or maybe talking nonstop for thirty minutes about a book?” he brings his other hand up to my other cheek.
“By giving me a chance. Reading with me. Talking to me. Listening to me. Complimenting me. You simply existing is enough for me.” my breath catches at his words.
“Aem,” my voice soft and he dips down and places a kiss on my lips. He pulls back and I look up to him through my lashes. “Let me make you some tea.” I reach up and cup his cheeks pulling him into another soft kiss. I turn and walk to the kitchen and I hear him walking behind me. “You could’ve started reading.” I chuckle filling his kettle.
“And miss a moment with you?” I turn to him as I let the water heat. I shake my head with a smile before pulling two mugs down. I rummage through his different teas and pull out some honey and sugar. Once I’m done I turn and offer him his cup.
“Thank you.” he hums, sipping on it. He brings us back to his library and we begin to read and slowly curl up with one another allowing each other to enjoy our books.
ততততততততততততততততততততততততততততততততততত
I walk around the shop for the last hour waiting for any last minute customers. I work on cleaning the sitting areas and tidying up the drink stations. I make my way to the front when I hear the bell.
“Hi, welcome in.” I greet them coming out of the aisle setting my cleaning supplies down.
“Hi.” Aemond smiles and I look him over. He looks divine in his black suit and I watch him as he slowly walks over to me. My breathing deepens as he steps closer and I tilt my head up to him. “How are you?” his hands wrap around my waist pulling me against him.
“Good.” I nod my head, biting my lip. I press myself closer to him as I smell his cologne. “How was work?” I ask, searching his eye.
“Not good to be honest.” his nostrils flare. “When does the shop close?” I glance over at the clock.
“Now.” his hands drop from my waist.
“Go lock the doors.” I quickly nod and lock the doors and he’s pulling me against him the next moment.
“Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?” I look up at him through my lashes. He glances at my lips and I smirk. I pull him down an aisle away from the windows and sink to my knees before him.
“You don’t have to.” his voice like gravel as I unbuckle his belt.
“I want to.” I pop the button and pull the zipper down and have him freed. He sighs above me as I swirl my tongue around his tip.
“Gods,” he pushes my hair back to watch me. I trail my tongue along the sides and he groans. I press wet kisses along his hardening length and slowly start to sink my mouth around the tip. As I suck him into my mouth his fingers dig into my hair. I start to bob my head and he lets out soft curses. I get lost in his noises and look up to him confused as he pulls me off of him. “I need to fuck you.” I nod quickly and he’s pulling me up.
“There’s a breakr-“ I gasp as he bends me over a desk.
“This works for me.” he purrs in my ear as he bends over me. “Does this work for you?” he chuckles as I writhe beneath him while he lifts my dress up.
“Aemond,” I plead, turning my head to look at him and he pushes my legs apart.
“Hm?” he presses his fingers against my panties. “Sucking me off got you this wet?” he chuckles, pulling them aside and sliding his fingers through my wetness.
“Please,” I whine as he dips his fingers into me. He pumps them pulling moans from me before he removes them. “Aemond, please,” I arch my back and my breath catches as he slams into me. The desk groans against the wood floors at his pace. I claw into the desk as he presses me against it.
“Such a good girl for letting me use you.” he grunts and I whimper at his words. His fingers dig into my hips and with every thrust I’m gasping beneath him. One of his hands leaves my hips and lands onto my ass. I clench around him crying out and he chuckles landing his other hand on my other cheek.
“Aemond,” I whine pressing back into him. His pace quickens and he slides a hand around me. His fingers circle my bud once and I burst around him and his fingers dig into my side. His hips stutter and he fills me, collapsing on top of me.
“Thank you.” he kisses the side of my head before pulling out and situating himself. He pulls my panties back to the side and pulls my dress down. He lifts me off of the table and I look up to him still trying to catch my breath.
“Are you feeling better?” my words still lulled with pleasure.
“I am.” he hums, kissing my forehead. “Can I make you dinner?” he smiles.
“I would love that.” my face lights up at his words.
                                     ᓚᘏᗢ
“Do you want to talk about your day?” I hum from across the table.
“Working with my siblings can be insufferable at times.” he sighs looking at his plate. “Tell me about your day instead.” he looks up to me with tired eyes.
“I had a few new customers today. I got to read some more of your book, which I’m enjoying.” his face softens at my words.
“I’m glad you’re liking it.” he turns his attention back to his plate.
“Is there anything else I can do? You still seem so stressed.” I frown at him and he shakes his head. “Are you sure?” I reach across the table for his hand and he looks up to me. I get up and take my empty plate with me and go to grab his.
“What’re you doing?” he turns and looks up at me.
“The dishes.” I smile and grab his plate placing it on top of mine.
“You will not do the dishes alone.” he shakes his head standing.
“I will.” I look up at him defiantly. “Go read and I’ll come in with tea shortly.” I nod him down the hall.
“I will not have you wait on me in my own home.” he refuses to move.
“Let me do this for you. Go relax.” he looks down to me with scrunched brows and I sigh, setting the plates down. I cup his face bringing his lips down to mine. I press mine against his softly before I kiss up his jaw. “Aemond let me just wash these dishes. You deserve to be taken care of too.” I press a kiss against his neck and he sighs pulling me against him.
“Okay.” he nods his head and I watch him walk down the hall to his library. I walk to the kitchen satisfied and begin to boil the water for the tea while I clean up. After the dishes are dried I finish up making our tea and make my way to him. When I turn the corner I see him sprawled across the couch with my favorite book in his hands and his hair spilling over the armrest.
“I have tea for you.” I set his cup on the table in front of him as I card my fingers through his hair. He sighs leaning into my touch and I kneel down and continue the movements.
“Absolutely not.” he grabs my wrist. “You will not cater to me anymore tonight.” I sigh as he turns and pulls me up.
“I will if I want to.” I cross my arms over my chest. “You’ve barely let me ‘cater’ to you as is..” I trail off sinking into the couch next to him.
“You shouldn’t have to.” his voice soft as he turns to me.
“You had a bad day.” my voice borderline whiny. “Is it so bad for me to wrap my lips around you until you come?” his eye darkens at my words. “Or do the dishes? Or even just brush my fingers through your perfect hair?” I pout looking at him. “Do you wanna use me again?” my voice is soft as he pulls me closer.
“You’re so perfect.” he places his lips against mine. “I don’t get it.” he pulls me on top of him, discarding my book next to his tea. “Why are you so nice to me?” he buries his head in my neck, holding me tightly against him.
“Why wouldn’t I be?” I run my fingers through his hair and his arms tighten around me. “You are so kind and sweet. So smart and thoughtful. I think you’re perfect.” I hum scraping my nails against his scalp.
“You must be the only person who can see that.” he mumbles against me. “Will you just stay over? To cuddle?” he pulls back and searches my face.
“Of course.” I nod with a soft smile. He brings us to his room immediately and stops to help me take off my clothes. His fingers dance across my skin but never linger too long. His touch is warm but innocent as he removes my layers. I offer him the same heated touches and I unbutton his shirt and slide it down his arms. He steps out of his pants and pushes back the covers for us. We crawl into bed and he curls against me.
“Thank you.” he hums as I hold him against me.

Y/n: I got you something 🤭
Aem: What is it?
Y/n: A surprise. I can give it to you tonight when we discuss our books?
Aem: I’m still picking you up at seven?
Y/n: Yes, please.
Aem: I’ll see you then.

I smile to myself as I place the last piece of tape on the wrapping paper. I wait by the door and lock it behind me as I see Aemond walking up. The ride to his house is quick as we talk about our days. We walk up to the front door hand in hand. I’m excited to give him his gift and I’m chewing on the inside of my cheek waiting for the right time.
“Why are you so antsy?” Aemond chuckles pulling me inside.
“I want to give you your gift so badly. I hate waiting.” I beam up at him pulling my purse off my arm. I grab the gift out and hand it to him. He looks at me with flushed cheeks and offers me a shy smile.
“I didn’t get you anything.” he says, holding it in his hands.
“I know. I just really wanted to get this for you.” I nod waiting for him to open it. “Please, Aem.” I look up to him and he nibbles his lip as he slowly starts to pull at the seams of the tape. He reads the title and looks over the book before his eye snaps to mine.
“Is this a-“
“First edition.” I nod looking at it in his hands. “Isn’t it so beautiful? It’ll look perfect on your shelves. Before you say it’s too much, it wa-“ he silences me with his lips. I sigh holding him closer as I smile against him. “Do you like it?” I mumble against his lips.
“You got me a first edition of my favorite book.” he shakes his head in disbelief. “It’s amazing. You’re amazing.” his eye searches my face.
“I’m so glad you like it.” I relax at his happiness.
“I can’t believe you did this.” he presses his lips against mine again and I melt into him. “Thank you.” he murmurs before kissing me again. He pulls back and looks down to me.
“You’re very welcome.” I reach up and cup his cheek. He leans into my touch and turns his neck to place soft kisses on my hand. He intertwines our hands and leads me down to his library. He places his new book on the table in front of us and turns to me.
“Your favorite book was so much different than I was expecting.” his words laced with surprise. “I didn’t expect you to hand me a classic.” I fold my legs and fully turn to him.
“The imagery, the detail, it just encapsulates the decadence of the period.” I hum. He talks about what his favorite parts were and I listen as he starts to go off on a tangent.
“What did you think of mine?” he grabs his book from the table.
“I can see why it’s your favorite.” his cheeks tint at my words. “It’s so thoughtful and brings up a lot of insights to the information it introduces to us.” I talk about his book for some time while he admires his book in his lap. “Let’s display it on your shelf.” a smile spreads across my face as I pull him up.
“You do it. You’re better with displays.” he hands me the book. I walk to the shelf where his original book was and start to shift things to make room. I place the book facing outward and push the books back against it. I stand back and look at it. I turn to see what Aemond thinks and his lips are on mine before I can even speak.
He pulls back as we breathe deeply and he tugs me to his room. “Can I?” his fingers skim along the hem of my dress and I nod. His hands cup my breasts once the piece of fabric is discarded. He kneads into them and I squeeze my thighs when he pinches my nipples.
“Aem,” I cry out breathlessly.
“These are perfect.” he dips down and sucks a nipple into his mouth. I hold him against me as he flicks his tongue against my hardened bud as I whimper above him. His fingers slide between my thighs and I groan as his long finger presses into my heat. His mouth moves to my other nipple as he continues to tease me over my panties. I gasp pushing my chest into his face as he nibbles against my chest. I start to pull at his shirt wanting to touch his skin and he pulls back with a blown pupil.
“Look at you.” he towers above me, licking his lips.
“Take this off.” I whine pushing his shirt up. He makes quick work of his clothes and leads us back over to the bed. He sits up against the headboard and pulls me onto his lap. I straddle him, grinding myself down onto his length and he groans, wrapping his arms around me. I press my lips against his as he slowly moves my hips across him. He lifts my hips up and I feel him press against my core. “Aemond,” I mewl as my toes curl while I sink down on him. “Let me see you.” I plead as my fingers slide along his eyepatch. I start to rock my hips and he groans nodding his head.
“If you wish.” he looks up to me slightly worried. I slip off his eyepatch and clench around him at the sight.
“Gods you’re so handsome.” I sigh before attaching my lips to his. I slowly start to bounce against him and he whines into my mouth. His hands slide from my hips up to my breasts as he leans back and watches me. He pinches my nipples and I cry out pushing myself forward on his chest. I roll my hips and his hands fly to my waist. I continue to hump against him while resting my head on his shoulder. “Aem, I’m gunna,” my voice is cut off by a gasp as he starts to swirl around my bud.
“I know, I can feel it.” he purrs as he jerks his hips up. His arm wraps around my waist holding my still as he hammers up into me while still circling my bud
“Yes, like that.” I sob pulsing around him. “Aem,” I dig my nails into his shoulder as he keeps up his pace. He slows our movements down, swallowing my sounds as I tremble around him. He flips us staying inside and whimpers spill from my lips as he rolls his hips into mine slowly. I lock my ankles around his back holding him against me as he pushes into me roughly.
“You’re perfect.” he grabs my wrists and holds them above my head with one of his hands. His other hand is still buried between us allowing his fingers to swirl against my sensitive bud. I arch up into him as I come undone again. He stills inside of me before filling me with his warmth while I cling to him. He slides out and pulls me against his chest as we try to calm our breathing.
“I want to do that again.” I sigh resting my head on his chest.
“You’re insatiable.” he chuckles, kissing the top of my head.

“M’lady,” your maid bowed to you as she opened your carriage door. After getting ready for the day, you had quickly left the house with your maid following after.
“Thank you,” you said as your attention was soon brought to the bookstore. It was the best one that Snezhnaya has with a grand selection all around. Just thinking about what books you could get today excited you to no end.
“Back again,” the cashier said with a grin as you entered the bookstore. Smiling sheepishly at being recognized so easily, you nodded, “it seems I just can’t stay away,” you answered.
“Your patronage is always appreciated. If you need help finding anything, please don’t be afraid to ask.”
You pondered her words for a moment, before nodding to yourself, “about that. Do you think you can give me some book recommendations?”
The cashier immediately brightened at your words as she clapped her hands together, “I would be happy to! I have some favorites that I have just been dying to share with people, but its always hard to find people who are interested in the same thing…”
“Well,” you started, “I’ve been told that I would read just about anything. Back at the Hearth I would resort to reading cookbooks or how to manuals if I ran out my normal reading material.”
The cashier chuckled at your words, “well, not to worry, I won’t be recommending anything like that,” she moved from behind the counter and gestured for you to follow, “come on, I’ll show you where my favorite section is.”
When she turned to walk off you and your maid followed.
“And here we are,” she stopped in front an aisle and walked into it, and as she would run her fingers along the spines of the book she stopped on a specific one, “this one was just too good,” she said as she pulled it out, but before she handed it to you, she hesitated.
“Something wrong,” you asked.
“Well.. how do you feel about romance books?”
“Oh! I like them a lot! It’s one of my favorites honestly.”
“And what about romance with a little… spice to it?”
Spice? You weren’t exactly sure what that meant…
“Uhm, sure. I’m fine with that too.”
“Perfect!”
Her hesitation was long gone as she handed the book to you, “Arkan is by far the perfect fictional man by the way, he’ll have you wishing you were in the book!”
You looked down at the title as she handed it to you.
Most of the romance books you read were short fantasy stories, and most of the time the main characters only had titles and didn’t have names. Like the book Capitano was reading to you. The princess, knight, and the prince didn’t have any names or stuff like that. So, having a romance book with characters who had actual names may be a good change of pace.
“Thank you! Do you by chance have any other recommendations?”
“Of course!”
Throughout the rest of the time you spent there, the cashier lady kept telling you the level of spice of a book which continued to confuse you, but not wanting to seem like an idiot you kept acting like you knew what she was talking about. Though, luckily, she did give you some books to buy that didn’t have any “spice” in them whatsoever.
“M’lady,” your maid said as you both finally made it back to the manor.
“Yes,” you asked as you helped her carry the many books you had bought today.
“You… do know what that cashier meant, right?”
“About what?”
“Spice.”
You two had made it to the library easily, the both of you quickly setting the books down to give your arms a break.
“Uhm… about that,” you said with a sheepish look on your face, “not really.”
Your maid seemed to blush lightly at your words as she reached for your hand, “then please excuse me, I don’t know how to tell you this but…”
“But what?”
“The amount of spice in a book correlates to the amount of sexual content it has.”
Your maid broke it down to you as if she was telling you that your pet dog died.
“Hah?”
It took a few moments for your brain to properly register what she had just told you, “HAAAAAAH?!?!?!”
You broke your hand free from her grasp as immediately slapped both of your hands to your burning hot cheeks, “what do you mean?!?!!? Are you telling me that I just b-bought- bought sex books?!”
“Well,” she said, “its not like every single page is specifically sex, but if its super spicy then I can guarantee you that there will probably be a lot of it…”
You crouched down to the floor, your hands falling from your red, hot cheeks as you went to hug yourself. You couldn’t believe this was happening.
You heard of sex, of course, but you never once did it yourself nor do you know how to do it. Hell, even when the other older girls in the hearth started talking about their “experiences” and even how they pleasure themselves alone you would always run out of the room. You always thought that that it was a topic you didn’t need to know, but of course that all changed when you literally got married a mere few days ago. Which, of course, is why you get so nervous every time the word consummate left Capitano’s mouth.
“M'lady?”
She crouched down next to you as she laid her hand on your back as if she was trying to soothe you.
“Yeah?”
“You shouldn’t feel embarrassed. You didn’t know.”
“I know, but if Capitano finds out then that will just be another dumb thing I did that he’ll add to the list… I haven’t exactly been giving him the best impressions you know.”
Your maid patted your back, “don’t worry, he doesn’t have to know.”
Once again, your mind took a few moments to comprehend what she said, “h- huh? You- you aren’t going to tell him that I accidentally bought these types of books?”
Your maid shook her head, “of course not.”
You sniffled a little, “should we- should we take them back?”
Your maid shook her head at that, “to be honest, I think reading about sex will be easier for you than asking someone about it. I mean,” she giggled, “you and Lord Capitano have to consummate the marriage at some point.”
You scoffed, “I can’t believe you’re laughing at me!”
“I’m sorry, but it is kind of funny!”
You huffed and looked away from her causing her to laugh again before patting your back once again, “but I am serious. Reading books like that can at least give you an idea of what to do.”
You sighed and thought it over. As much as you hated to admit it, she was right. You had no one to ask about how to properly have sex with someone and you definitely didn’t want to ask Father or Capitano about it. And you know you would be a laughingstock to the others at the Hearth if you asked them…
Maybe reading about it will help after all? Besides, it would be less embarrassing since it means you wouldn’t have to ask anyone, and as long as Capitano doesn’t find out about it, then you won’t have to crawl under a rock or try to explain yourself on how you accidentally bought some not so safe books.
“So?”
You sighed, “well, it would be better to read then ask about it, I guess…, but please. I’m being for real, don’t tell anyone about my screw up today.”
“Of course, m’lady.”
Right then and there, a new friendship bloomed. You learned that her name was Atri and in return you asked if she would stop calling you m’lady. She said she would, but only when no one else was around. To which you were you happy with.

‘fill the void’_ hamzahthefantastic
summary: hamzah has been busy with the channel and misses you so much, so when you finally have time together, you kinda make it up to him.
warning: sub!hamzah, guided masturbation, lowkey cum eating, kinda gross, fluff and praise.
>_<
hamzah’s right leg bounces up and down in a desperate manner, erratic and anxious.
brown eyes shaky and glossy as he anticipates your company, your mere existence next to his. he bites his lip hard enough to wince but not that hard to draw blood.
as the elevator is taking way too long for his liking, he rolls his eyes and practically sprints up the stairs.
bad idea, oh god. –he thinks to himself, slowing down his pace as he gets to the third floor. two more floors to reach your shared flat.
the anticipation grows inside his belly, excitement even, to finally see you after such a long day. fuck, he misses you. badly. so badly.
as he fumbles with the keys, a groan escapes his lips when his hands start shaking. open, open, please just open. he mentally begs.
fucking finally, the door opens and hamzah shuts it closed as he enters, looking for you desperately, like a lost puppy looking for its owner.
“y/n! i am home!” he announces.
red and blue quickly make their way out of their shared bed, snuggling up onto hamzah’s legs, showing how much they missed their cat dad. no response from you, whatsoever.
“hey little guys, where’s mom, huh?” knowing he wont get an answer back, hamzah pets his cats and continues looking for you.
as he gets into your shared room, he sighs in relief. there you are.
though you can’t see him, as you quickly type something on the keyboard, sitting on the desk that faces the wall. you’re wearing his headphones, and he then thinks you might be doing college work or just being functional.
he sneaks behind you, and pauses for a moment. waiting to see if you can feel his presence. but as you’re too carried away by whatever the fuck you’re doing, you don’t.
“woah!” you whine when hamzah snatches the headphones off your head. quickly, you turn around on the chair to face your boyfriend. a big smile forms on your face. “hello!” you say.
hamzah pouts, “thought you weren’t home.” he says, pulling your body effortlessly off the chair so you can stand in front of him. “i missed you so fuckin’ much you have no idea.” he admitted
“hey, i missed you too.” you murmur as his body melts with yours in a tight hug.
you can feel how he inhales your scent, his hands slide to your waist too, gripping so hard you think it might bruise. he groans into the hug, a desperate sound erupting from his throat. and then you know whats up.
“you okay, love?” you ask, trying to pull away to face him but he grips tighter, audibly protesting for you to just stay there with him.
“need you. that’s all.” his voice sounds soft, still low and deep per usual. but you get to hear the smallness of his words, the warm sound of need.
“it’s fine, need you too…” you quietly admit, not breaking the hug still.
and the scene is just weird. how you two stand in the middle of the room, embracing each other and balancing as you try not to lose yourself and fall on the floor from how hard he hugs you
“bed, please?” he asks after a moment.
you nod. “yeah, bed.”
for the first time, he breaks the hug but only to quickly get rid of his shoes, he takes off the beanie he was wearing and pulls your hand so you can lay on the bed with him.
“you’re very warm, you feel good?” you ask, a tone of worry sliding out of your question.
his cheeks are flushed and eyes teary, he looks so stupidly good though, something about his needy image invites you, attracts you even more.
“i feel good now that i’m with you.” hamzah holds your hand in his, bringing it up to his face and just keeping it there.
“love you so much, yeah?” you say, caressing his features and letting him lean into your touch.
cozy. very cozy.
“get closer, please.” he pleaded, and when you didn’t move as fast as he would’ve liked, he took matters into his own hands. his hands gripped your hips, pulling them towards his own body, the space between you both nonexistent.
he kissed your neck desperately, hungrily, almost like he was starving.
“so fuckin’ pretty, ma.” he breathed out, a whine catching up inside your throat. that pet name always made you fuzzy inside.
“are you sure you’re okay, hamzah?” you were worried by how he was behaving. not worried in a bad manner, but surprised.
it seemed that now, the words had vanished from his brain, he acted completely out of impulse.
“mmhm, yeah.” he shifted on the bed, placing his leg over yours. “just… really fuckin’ need you right now… always do.” he kissed your shoulder and you shivered at the feeling of his lips on your body.
each time felt like the first time.
“tell me, hamzah.” your voice came out like a whisper, but it was fine.
his eyes opened and stared at you, the vague lighting of the room felt almost painful as it hit his sight.
“what?” big hazy eyes penetrating your figure, he almost wanted to swallow your image, engrave it onto his brain.
you gulped. closeness feeling way too intense now. you liked it.
“tell me what you need me to do.” he groaned at your words, licking his lips almost instinctively.
he was nervous all of sudden.
“i- i don’t know.” hamzah felt so small, so braindead.
every single time he was with you, he felt as if some switch inside his brain turned off, leaving you all the thinking work.
“i think you do know, yeah.” your hand traveled to his cheek, all the way down to his neck, and you let it rest there.
you felt him swallow, his adam’s apple bobbed up and down.
“can you- uh, …please?” so fucked, that’s how he felt. you had barely done anything more than just exist, and yet he was fucked. how pathetic.
“hey, hey, words.” you tighten the grip on his neck, not enough to choke, just enough to feel his blood flowing through the veins.
he whined just so beautifully.
“y/n… p-please…” his lower lip trembled and you knew what he wanted. still, you waited for him to tell you. “can i kiss you?” please please say yes.
a smile appeared on your face and you nodded slowly. so tempting.
“sure.” finally, you thought.
he wasted no time, cupping your face with his big hands, and getting to taste your lips after what felt like ages.
oh how soft, how delicate. he melted right then and there, some part of his mind became mush, and all he could do was keep kissing you, it was messy, so desperate.
however, you started feeling needy too. a feeling so complex to understand. a feeling only hamzah could fill.
like an emptiness inside that you knew only he could fill up.
hamzah’s tongue pressed between your lips and you parted them, allowing him in. you couldn’t help but giggle at the feeling, at how he was practically desperately grinding his hips onto you without shame.
this man, you swore, couldn’t kiss you without getting his dick hard, and that was just the effect you had on him.
“oww, f-fuck, ‘s good” he breathed out, a whine almost. “you’re so pretty, i could eat you.” he said, his hands moved up and down your torso, feeling you up in such a hungry manner.
“damn…” you said quite surprised at his words.
as you were starting to feel not enough contact, you shifted on the bed, breaking the kiss for a moment, hamzah’s eyes stared at you worried, afraid he might’ve done something you didn’t like.
“wha-?”
“hold on, don’t be desperate.” you giggled, kindly pushing hamzah back on the pillows and straddling him.
“can’t help it, sorry…”
he groaned when you sat on his lap, your body perfectly pressing his.
“love you so much, y’know that? love every single thing about you, pretty boy.” your hands found support on his shoulders, he enjoyed this position so much, he got to see your face and at the same time found a nice good friction.
“god i love you, i love you, love you so m-much.” his hands gripped your hips once again, and he thrusted up to feel you. the hardness inside his sweats was painful, and only you could help him out with it. he closed his eyes when you grinded down too, your core pressing with him oh so perfectly.
“open.” you said, soft voice made him melt.
hamzah opened his mouth, eyes closed still, his cheeks so red and tongue wetting his lower lip.
you shook your head with a smile, letting an airy laugh slip past your lips. god he was so fucking cute like this.
“your eyes, silly, i meant open your eyes.”
“oh…” he giggled nervously, a new side of him you didn’t quite know about he had just showed. “sorry, baby…” he pulled up to kiss your lips once again, a peck this time.
“it’s okay, you’re pretty.”
fuck, hamzah could dry hump you for eternity. his hips were kinda tired, he wanted you to do the work for him, however, he couldn’t let you, he didn’t wanna be a bother. though, he wasn’t.
“wanna make you cum..” you said breaking the comfortable silence. not very much of a silence, since his moans would constantly be adorning the space surrounding you.
“j-just… do it- please, please i’ll do anything, i promise…” hamzah pleaded once again. it was weird. so cute though, you loved when he did that. that thing with his eyes, the lust, the love.
his hips began to stutter, was he close from just humping?
“gonna take these off, okay?” you said, asking for an already given permission.
he nodded so fucking fast you thought his head was gonna fall off his neck.
hamzah admired your actions, how you got off his lap to pull his sweats off, and he just let you do it. he felt like putty, like something maleable for you to play with. he liked feeling that way.
“pretty. very pretty.” you praised his bulge, taking your time to take his briefs off. almost like you wanted to tease him.
“s-stop…” he felt nervous. even if you had seen him plenty of times, still got nervous when you praised him.
“want me to stop?” you asked, attentively. your eyes scanned his figure, looking for any discomfort. you found any.
“no! no! please j-just keep going!” you took that as a cue to start. “fuck!” a high pitched moan left his soul.
his eyes rolled back when your flat hand placed over his clothed boner, and an idea popped into your head.
“do it yourself.” you bluntly said.
his eyes opened wide, looking worried and confused. he opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out.
“i want you to do it, hamzah. please yourself, come on.” you explained better.
“b-but…”
“shh, i know you can do it, yeah? you’re such a good boy, aren’t you? so pretty for me, so sweet, so obedient… c’mon.”
he groaned again, his cock twitching inside his briefs as you praised him once again. he nodded slowly, feeling dizzy all of sudden.
shaky hands took over, hamzah slipped his dick out of his underwear and shakily touched the leaking tip. fuck, he felt so stupid, almost like all his self-pleasing knowledge had been forgotten all of sudden.
“mmhmm, shit..” he cursed under his breath when it twitched again, leaking this ridiculous amount of precum just at the thought of you watching him jerk off.
he could feel your sight on him, so expectant.
“go ahead, love.” you encouraged him, sitting closer to him, your hand on his thigh. he shivered at the touch.
“o-okay, gonna start now..” he felt as if he needed your permission, which you had given him already.
his hand wrapped around his shaft, it felt slippery and wet from all the stimulation that kissing and humping you had given him. he moaned, satisfied. his thumb circled around the head, sliding easily, and then, when his hand tightened, he stroked all the way down.
“oh god, god, oh f-fuck, y/n?” it felt so surreal. he had jerked off infinite times before this, why was he so fucking sensitive now?
your hand caressed his thigh. “yeah?”
“n-nothing.”
“keep going, you’re doing very good.” you moved closer to kiss his temple, lovingly and gently.
hamzah stroked up, and then down again. he was going at a very steady pace, trying his best not to cum quickly, since he wanted you to know how much he could handle.
not much.
“gonna tell me what has you so needy?” you asked all of sudden. and then, hamzah thought it was rather interesting to have a conversation while he was pounding it.
“uh…i- i think it’s just w-work,” he managed to reply. “been away all week..” he added after a groan, slowing down his movements.
“don’t stop.” you warned, moving your hand to engulf his own, as you helped him jerk off, steadying his shaky moves. “missed me, huh?”
“fuck yeah, a lot.” mhmm. “missed y-your voice a-and you… and your touch and, and this…” his eyebrows knitted together, he opened his mouth to moan but it was silent when you made his hand stop. “p-please, keep going…” he begged.
“you do it, love.” you said, letting his own hand move and the other hand gripped the sheets so hard you thought he was gonna rip them apart.
the wet sounds of hamzah’s skin, the lewd sounds of his hand sliding up and down his dick filled the room. it made you unbelievably worked up seeing him so desperate. it was very pretty.
he was starting to jerk off quicker, the speed alarming you. short moans came out of his throat, curses too.
“ah, ah, ah- shit! wanna cum… gonna-, c-can i?” his movements erratic and inconsistent, the glistening clear fluid coating his hand entirely from how messy he had been.
he had been so good, waiting all week for you. even if he was away filming and you were busy with college. he had been patient and waited until you both could get intimate. so good.
“cum, hamzah, be good for me, okay?” you squeezed his thigh again, giving him reassurance.
he moaned loudly, his breathing stopped, it caught up on his throat.
“wanna fill you up, god, wanna fill you up so bad, s-so bad..” he rambled slurring his words.
inside his mind, the image of him filling you up with his warm cum. it always helped him reach a decent, more than good orgasm.
your thighs pressed together and your eyes widen at his words. you bit your lower lip, anticipating his release. a small, needy whine escaped from your lips.
hamzah’s free hand looked blindly for yours, awaiting to hold onto something while he let himself go. you linked your hands and he then, only felt like he could cum.
“o-oh fuck! y/n, y/n!” there we go, his low voice carried out a cry, so pathetic. he kept stroking, wanting to let out all the built up cum he had been accumulating all damn week. “owww…” he sobbed.
hamzah’s shaky hands let go of his shaft and he opened his eyes slowly. he looked down at the mess he had made. a puddle of cum settled on his tummy, part of the sheets and his hands.
you giggled, snapping him out of his trance. hamzah looked at you with droopy eyes, tired and sleepy. he smiled lazily. silently thanking you for everything you did for him.
“y/n, i love you.” he said after a while of just trying to catch his breath.
you took his hand, the one that had cum all over, and held it up. he looked at you anticipating, those big brown eyes staring directly at your soul.
then, you did it. you licked his fingers, tasting him in your mouth. his eyes widened, the sight of you practically eating his cum made him warm all over. the knot inside his tummy started to tighten once again.
“oww… you’re gross.” he playfully said scrunching up his nose. blatantly lying. he found it hot.
“nah, you are gross, look at this mess!” you pointed at the messy sheets. hamzah rolled his eyes and sighed, tired.
“your fault.” he giggled.
kinda your fault for how fucking adorable you were. your fault for making hamzah so stupidly horny. your fault for making him love you so much.
“need to clean you up, though.” you were going to get up and look for wipes but he held your hand, dragging you back in the bed with him.
“stay with me.” he said, looking at you with those eyes he knew you loved. persuading you into just laying there. next to him.
you couldn’t say no to him, not ever. so you gave in. you threw yourself on the pillows and held his hand. your breathing synced with hamzah’s.
realisation hit you then. you leaned up to peek and held a laugh when you saw the image in front of you. hamzah’s hand gripped yours as he felt you moving. you blinked.
“your dick is still out.”
post nut clarity hit hamzah too, however he was too calm and comfy to do anything about it.
“yeah, i know..”
“okay.” you smiled, leaning your head on his shoulder. he leaned his on yours too, “i love you”
“mhmm, love ya’ so fuckin’ much too, ma, so much, you don’t even imagine…” hamzah snuggled closer to you, the warmth comfiness of your body next to his calmed his nerves.
comfortable silence filled the room, as your tender love filled the void.
>_<

Hiiii! I was wondering if u could so a batfam x deaf male reader? Where everyone in the family knows sign language and all that. But during one of Bruce's galas the reader gets kidnapped and no one's knows until Damian notices that his younger brothers not there anymore? U can decide how u wanna finish it and its completely if Ur not comfortable writing it. Also I love Ur writing 😙
Oh hell yeah. Thank you for loving my questionable writing though.
Summary: (Y/N) is deaf. That doesn't help him when he gets kidnapped.
Warnings: kidnapping, protective family, fluff I guess...
Tumblr media
Bruce was protective of all of his children. But he was more protective of (Y/N), his youngest child. Why? The reason is very simple. (Y/N) has been deaf since birth and that made Bruce beyond protective. (Y/N)'s brothers were no better than Bruce. Of course, they knew that deaf people could function normally in society. They knew that very well.
However, problem lies in two points.
First one being that they live in Gotham City. Crime is rampant, criminals are absolutely everywhere and the fact is that you get mugged at any point during the day or night. Although most of criminal life in Gotham operates during the night, no one wants to take any chances.
And even though (Y/N) doesn't go on patrol, Bruce still worried about his youngest son. Always has and always been.
The four birds shared the same sentiment. Everyone made sure to learn sign language and how to live with a deaf person. Rules were determined, such as, if entering (Y/N)'s room, just push your hand in and then flicker the lights on and off to signalize that you are entering. Don't approach (Y/N) from behind because he would often get spooked.
(Y/N)'s own words.
The second problem lies in the last name Wayne. Bruce Wayne is a well known businessman in the world. And the world of business is like a sea full of sharks. Bruce knew that very well. One drop of blood and they would be out for you and your weaknesses. And one of those is your public image.
Bruce was a proud father, attending anything that his children might have. Anything there is. He wants to be there for his kids, sue him. He would never allow work to take him away from his children. And the way he presents himself in the public is the way he is. More often than not, he hates how many people can be ignorant about deafness.
Sure, some may be genuinely curious about it and the questions come from a genuine place of interest. Unfortunately, such people are far few in between. Bruce can sniff them out rather quickly. More often then not, they often look condescending. Which is a rather judgmental way of looking at people, yes, but it's obvious.
Whenever they had a gall, one of the boys would be with (Y/N) to translate. And despite the fact that (Y/N) can read lips, he's not a fan of that. If someone turns their head and he can't see their lips, it gets more complicated.
Even now, as they are at the gala full of people, (Y/N) stuck close to his brothers, needing a translator. Bruce and others often rotated, to make sure that (Y/N) knows what's going on and that he's in the loop. (Y/N) was happy with that he wasn't out of the loop. It's not a good feeling to be out of the loop. Hearing or not.
He signed to Jason that he was going to go to the bathroom, who nodded, sipping his drink.
Jason signed back. " Sure, go ahead. I'll be moving around so don't expect to find me here. "
(Y/N) nodded and started walking to the bathroom. Jason glanced at him for the last time before moving to the table with food, ready for a snack. He was hungry and the catering at galas is just great since rich people pay for it. AKA Bruce Wayne pays for it and he also loves good food.
As Jason went to the food table, (Y/N) was on his way to the bathroom. He was about to enter when someone grabbed him from behind, putting a cloth over his mouth. (Y/N) panicked and tried to remember the self defense that he was taught. He tried to break free from the person, but the smell of the cloth made him go out cold.
Something was off. Damian glanced around the room, trying to spot what that something could have been bothering him so much. His eyes moved around the room, trained to find anything out of the normal. Then it hit him.
Where is (Y/N)?
Damian moved around the room discreetly, trying to figure out where he went. He talked to Jason about it and Jason told him about (Y/N) going to the bathroom. But that was far too long ago... Damian now became more suspicious and worried. He was on edge. He could feel himself getting more and more restless, his mind screaming at him that something is wrong.
He quickly walked over to his family as they all took a chance to breathe on the balcony. Damian made sure that they had some sort of privacy.
" Are you alright Damian? " Bruce asked, glancing over Damian. He could feel that something is wrong with Damian.
" I'm not alright father. I can't seem to find (Y/N) anywhere. " He crossed his arms as he leaned on the railing of the balcony. Everyone tensed up at that.
" Hold on, he went to the bathroom the last time I talked to him, " Jason declared and Damian nodded.
" But it's been far too long though, " Damian countered the point.
" Did he come to anyone, at all? " Bruce asked and everyone shook their heads.
" Okay, maybe he went to his room, " Tim said, trying to provide a logical explanation. " But he would have told one of us where he would go. He would find one of us and he would tell us... " Tim muttered, now worried himself.
" Should we check the security cameras? " Dick asked, worried, but trying not to show it.
" I'll check the cameras near the bathroom. " Bruce took his phone out of his pocket and going into his security feed.
Jason remained silent, feeling guilty that he didn't notice sooner. Bruce noticed and put his hand on his shoulder. " Do not blame yourself Jason. Please. You couldn't have known. This is our home and none of us should be on guard in our own home, " Bruce murmured and Jason sighed.
Bruce brought Jason into a hug. " (Y/N)'s going to be fine. We are going to find him quickly. "
Dick and Tim furrowed their brows. " What do you mean? " Dick asked.
" You 4 have to swear to me that you won't tell (Y/N), " Bruce stepped away from Jason and everyone muttered that they won't tell.
" I put a tracker on his suit. It's a small one, " Bruce admitted and everyone was shocked by it. They knew that their suits that they wear for their vigilante activities have trackers on them, but a normal suit, for galas and other events...
" It's only when we are at galas and such. There's no tracker on him 24/7, " Bruce elaborated before his sons could accuse him of something.
" Well, we can't tell (Y/N). But lets go get (Y/N) please, " Tim said and everyone nodded.
" I'll have Alfred make something up and we'll make a story so it doesn't seem suspicious about why we didn't know (Y/N) was taken. "
And that's what happened. They concocted a story about it and once Batman dropped him off at GCPD, Bruce came in as a worried father. Media had a field day with the story, a father and son reuniting after a such traumatic event. Bruce couldn't care less about them, his sons are his priority. Screw the media.
Understandably, (Y/N) was shaken up by the entire ordeal. Anyone would be shaken up after being kidnapped in their own home, but with (Y/N) being deaf, he couldn't hear anyone walking up to him. Not to mention, they put a bag over his head. Being in the dark, not being able to hear...
It tugged at Bruce's heartstrings. The other 4 weren't immune either. Damian, the normally stoic one, was affected by that aspect. Even he saw how scary it was. Not being able to see due to the bag over your head and not being able to hear because you are deaf sounds like hell. Damian saw it as a form of torture. And in a way it is. Sensory depravation. Only being able to feel with your touch or feel vibrations, but still...
Damian still shuddered as he tried to envision it.
The other 3 shared the very same sentiment.
And even now, as (Y/N) was with them, on the couch, bundled up in blankets, sipping some herbal tea that Alfred made to calm him down. Both Bruce and Alfred were trying to calm him down too. Bruce was going to find a therapist for (Y/N), that much is sure. It would have to be someone who can sign though...
Well, he'll make sure to find one. For now, he'll focus on making sure that (Y/N) is calm enough to try and sleep. Buce knew that adrenaline was still pumping, but that it will stop soon and (Y/N) would essentially crash.
Everyone sat around (Y/N), trying to calm him and make him feel safe again. Bruce and Tim were going to see how in God's name they managed to get into the manor. This place is more safer than Pentagon, designed to keep any intruder out. And he was going to find out why they wanted to kidnap him.
The best bet was probably money, but then again, you never know. And Bruce was going to make sure that he knew why. You have to nip the problem in the bud.

I had a fantasy that I went to a best friends sleep over and ended up reading her older sister's diary :
Truth or dare
My friend says to me. I look in her eyes and I know I can't choose truth. She'll will come up with the most vile secert to get out of me.
"Dare !" I spit out in fear
"I dare you to sneak in to my sisters room read her diary and report back. " she says with a smirk.
Fuck me I tell her that , she's so childish. And that were on break from college.
"To bad, you pick dare or are you pussy? " she retorts saying the one thing that would convince me to go.
I'm not scared of her sister. She's only a 6'7 grunge base player who is 3 years older. What there to be scared of? It's not like whenever I'm here she rolls her eyes and slams the door. It's not like she refuses to eat dinner with us. Yeah and she wasn't to scary when she yelled at us after sneaking out to a slutty Halloween party. Fuck she hates me and I'm about to sneak into her room.
I decided to just swallow my fear and go for it besides she's not even home she has a gig.
I creep to the basement where her room is. Slowly the fear begins to still as before I enter her room I see the walls covered in electric guitars. Every color and style I could imagine. I stop to admire all the other equipment she has records, picks, amps and even some Cassettes.
I let out a breathe of relief as open the door to her room and she isn't there. Now all I got to find is that damn book.
I first go to her night stand and begin to peer in. I taking a moment to process what I'm looking a, Lacy lingerie. Upon realizing its contents I quickly shut the drawer. Embarrassed I move on desperate to get this night over with. I look at the bottom drawer and am left starring. Toys so many toys in different shapes and sizes. But what left me shocked wasn't just the various toys. I mean were both adults.
It was the was the paddle. Wooden and bigger that my hand I wondered why she would have something like this. With stupid curiousity I lift it up to examine it. The paddle was in perfect condition, like it had never been used. The thing has hearts cut into it and says in big black bold letters "Scream". I begin to put it back but as I do to other items that it was hiding catch my eye. A pair of metal hand cuffs and a strap harness. I can't help but imagine who she's been using these on. At that thought I quickly put the items back in and close drawer.
If she doesn't hate me, she'll definitely hate me now. I went through her stuff and I hadn't even found the book. I sigh before moving over to the other night stand and open the drawer. This time though jackpot the book was sitting in plain sight. As I pick up the black leather book I curse myself for not looking through this one first.
For a second I hesitate, this is total over step of her boundaries. Besides I could just go back and lie that I read it. I decided that a good idea but as I'm about to put the book back I think about how I could figure out why she hates me. I ponder for a moment but I got to know what I did. I open the book.
It turns out the book is less of a diary and more of a shadow journal. I begin to flip until I find a page about me. The prompt reads " What is your toxic or most obsessive desire? "
Slowly I take in what she writes. "If I had a second alone with my sisters best friend I think I'd devour her. " my eyes stretch wide as I keep reading. "The things I want to do to her body are just ... I want to see her begging and crying under me. I want to punish her for being so damn tempting with those little skirts and short shorts."
I bite my lip but flip through more pages until I see something that mentions me. The prompt "What is a bad financial decisions you've made recently? " I can't help but lean closer while reading. " I was checking in on one of the local sex shops I frequent when I saw a cute little paddle. I couldn't help myself not when I imagine her below me pleading. I imagined pulling her hair and telling her to shut up and asking if she was a good girl. She said "yes daddy" and fuck did that just scratch the right itch in my brain. I told her then she needs to take her punishment like a good girl. Before laying down on her ass while she screamed and cried. Of course I gave my pretty girl kisses after I bit her ass. I have to remind her who she belongs to. And now I want to buy her a collar. "
I'm horrified by what I just read but I couldn't put the book down. I continued on. "What is the most fucked up fantasy you've had recently? " "I imagine her coming to my house and asking for my sister like always but this time I walk her to my sisters room even though she's not home. I lock the door behind her and get really close while she backs up. She looks so cute and she's wearing that tight purple dress she wears. I grab her and begin to kiss her while she pushes me away. I bite her lip and she crys into my mouth while I shove my tongue down her throat. She fights me as I throws her on the bed. But I'm stronger and able to hold her down. She begins to cry as I rip off that stupid fucking dress and kiss down her neck to her perfect tits.
I then slide my hand down to her pretty panties and rub her clit through the lace. She makes a noise and trys to squirm away which cause me to hit her. I tell her to be a good girl and this will all be over soon. She fucking whimpers but stops struggling. I continue to play with her cute clit till she soaks her panties. I whisper "see you want this." Before ripping her panties off of her. And sink a finger in. She's so fucking wet. I slide another finger in and then another. Till I'm three fingers deep. She makes the most beautiful noises while I take her apart on my hand. The more I take her the more wet and docile she becomes. I fuck her like this until she's dripping down her leg and begging me to stop. She pleads so cutely I can't help it. I pull down my pants revealing my biggest strap. Pushing it in while she just lies their limp like a perfect toy. I slam in and out of her taking both her virginities on her best friends bed. By the time I cum she's quivering and her cunt is unrecognizable. I take a picture and drag her to my room leaving her juices on my sisters bed. So the most fucked up fantasy I've ever had is raping my sister's best friend on her bed for hours and its reoccurring. I'd never do it of course I want her to enjoy and consent to it I'm not a monster it's just a fun fantasy. "
I begin to rub my legs together at that last one. I put the book back having had my fill when I see her sister standing right there in the door way causing me to scream.
She looks pissed and close the door and locks it behind her.
"How much did you read? "
"Nothing" I shout frozen to where I stand.
"Bullshit" she says stalking closer
"Just the crush thing and it's okay!" I say as she gets even closer.
"Lier"
"Okay I read the thing about the paddle but that's it!" I wince
She grabs my shoulders and looks at me. A chill run down my back. I flinch.
Squeaking out a "Please, don't!"
She sighs and let's go of me before sitting on the bed.
"You read the fantasy? "
I nodded slowly.
"The rape one. "
I nodded again
She sighs "Fuck, this is not how I wanted you find out! Actually I was hoping you'd never find out! "
She puts her hands on her head.
"Sit down, I'm not going to actually do any of that to you. "
I sit beside her. While she remains still before taking a deep breath in.
"So you read it, why? "
I meekly say "A dare"
"Fuck! It was my sister wasn't it? I'll kill her. "
I stay quite she knows the answer.
She sighs "So what do you want to ask me? And then I'm gonna ask you some questions, okay.
I nod.
" How long?" I ask
She breathes "Since your freshman year, of course I wasn't going to act on it. It's just, I thought I thought of you like another little sister and then I started watching out for you. Which turned into watching you and before I knew it I couldn't look away. "
"Is that why your we're mad at us on Halloween that one year ? "
"Are you kidding me? You were basically wearing lingerie. I mean a skimpy pink bunny suit, I know you were a senior but still what if someone tried something? And on top of all that you guys snuck out! You know I had to hide that from mom and dad so you could stick around. "
"I'm sorry."
"Don't be, you looked... amazing. Look I don't just like you because of your body, I mean don't get me wrong it's a plus but I also love your laugh. How your the first one to try to help. Even when my sister started doing her project last minute you where there to help. I love the way you melt around animals and your stupid dance. I like you okay. Not just what you have to offer." She says while looking up at me and holding my check.
We're so close. I lean in to close the gap but she pulls away.
"Don't do that, don't give me a pitty kiss! "
I lean forward "I'm not, I just want to try this. "
Our lips finally connect and its like electricity I feel it from my head to the tips of my toes. I shiver we break apart to breathe then begin again. It feels amazing, but not close enough. I crawl closer until I'm sitting on her lap and kiss her while wrapping my arms around her neck. The kiss begins to get more and more dangerous as we go on. Her hand begin to wonder and grip. While I rock into her lap. Soon she breaks the kiss.
"Hey, I don't know if I'm getting mix signals but can I touch you? " she says with her pretty eyes.
I pause for a minute then get a sly idea "Yes, daddy! " I whisper into her ear.
"Fuck " she says before pressing me down to where my back touches her bed. "Who knew you'd be such a damn brat. " she says while kiss down on my neck
I whine as she bites my shoulder. "What's the matter ? You've never been touched like this? "
She lowers her hand down my skirt and begins to rub while I stutter "No, then again no ones touched me. "
She pause "What?"
"You guessed right. "
"Are you sure you want to do this because we don't have to. I can... " I quiet her
"I'm sure , I trust you. In fact I want you to do to me what you wrote about in your little book. Y'know the thing with the paddle. "
"Are you sure that's a little advanced. "
"I'm sure, do you not want to? "
"No I want to, fuck I want to" she says while reaching into the night stand.
"Good, how do you want me, daddy? "
"Fuck your going to be the death of me. Across my lap baby. "
I lay across her lap. And give a wiggle.
"Let's see, how many spanks? Maybe 4 spanks for your 4 years of teasing. Plus 3 for the 3 pages you read. Plus 5 for that slutty fucking costume that had me salivating for weeks. So 12.“
I whine
"Don't whine or I'll make it 15."
I stop.
" That's a good girl. " she says while ruffling my hair.
"Now we're going to use the stop light system, along with a safeword. Do you know how the stop light systems work and have a safeword in mind?"
"Yeah my safeword is rock. And the stop light systems works like red means stop, yellow slow down or change what your doing and green means keep going. "
"Correct, now I'm not going to be upset or disappointed if you safeword or want to stop okay. "
"Okay."
"Good now, count. "
The first hit stings
"One"
The second one burns
"Two"
The third positively aches
"Three"
The rest hurt but for some reason it leaves me feeling dizzy and so good.
"Twelve"
"Good girl are you, okay? "
"Yes."
"Okay how are you, are you okay to continue? "
I nod
"No girl I need a verbal answer what's your color? "
"Green, don't stop I want you to fuck me"
"Fuck, okay baby. " she says before digging in her drawer and strapping into her strap.
I flip around and spread my legs out and put my arms up.
"Wait babygirl, I have to make sure your prepped. " she says as she dips a cloused finger in while I whine
"Fuck baby your soaked. Did my girl like spankings that much? "
I nod
"Poor girls all layed out like a pretty little toy. "
I begin to moan as she adds another finger and begins pumping them in and out with her thumb on my clit. Then she goes fast and pumps in and out harder.
"I know baby it's so much, my fingers are so much for you. " she says while working me harder and harder until fuck... She stops.
"Not yet sweet heart, your gonna cum undone on my cock pretty girl. " she says as she pushes in slowly so slowly.
After bottoming out she waits a minute and I nod. After I nod she thrusts shallow slow thrusts. That feel amazing but leaves me wanting.
After a few minutes of that I grab her shoulders "Daddy, harder!"
"Fuck." She says while rolling her hips.
She lifts my legs up higher to my confusion before slamming in hard. The thrust again and again while I just take it letting her use my body.
"There you go baby. Sorry daddy though you wanted to fucked like a princess. I forgot how much of a slut you are. " she says while still pounding into me
And then she begins to rub my clit. It's so fuck much. Fuck I begin to cry and whine.
"That's it babygirl, cry on daddy's fucking dick" she begins rubbing my clit harder causing me to scream.
"Daddy, I don't want to get pregnant yet. " I say through dazzy tears
"Aww " she says while rubbing and thrust like she was trying to milk more nosies out of me "Don't worry baby you'll look so nice with my kids. "
I feel my body shake and arch and then everything thing goes limp. And my vision goes white. I hear a soft buzzing and for that moment I have no fucking idea what my name is.
"Comeback to me baby" she says my head barley follows her eyes
"Was it good? "
I nod
"Good." She says as she pulls out while I hiss. "It's okay. "
She then lays down beside me and holds me while I begin to come back down.
"You back? "
"Yeah" I say voice horsed
"Okay we'll put cream on you and clean you up later. Okay. "
I nod and cuddle closer
"Okay and baby you can not tell my sister yet. "

Fremen Girl: Part 3
Feyd-Rautha x fremen!reader
Tumblr media
Notes/Warnings: mentions of blood, injury, death.
Words: 1460
Feyd-Rautha Masterlist / Main Masterlist / Tag list
Feyd POV
He can’t recall a time when nerves have taken over his body the way they do now. Normally, fighting, or the thought of fighting, or witnessing a fight pumps fire through his veins. The anticipation of bloodshed and screams of pain are like the crescendo of a good high, but today, he can’t grab hold of that euphoric feeling. It’s not there, there is nothing to grab hold of, because today, it’s you fighting.
Feyd sits beside his uncle in the stands as he watches you enter the arena, and immediately, he recognizes his first mistake. The hand not holding your blade is raised to shield your eyes from the brightness of the sun. He should have found a way to train you outside. He should have gotten you used to an environment that is much brighter than your home planet. Though he has no idea how he could have arranged that, if the blinding sunlight is the difference between your life and death, he sees no road to self-forgiveness.
“You think to take that one for a wife?” the Baron asks as your opponents join you in the arena. The six prisoners enter from three corners, honing in on their prey, but you’ve yet to step into your fighting stance. Your body anxiously twists in all directions to take in the men descending upon you and only you, your hand still acting as a vizor from the light. “She hardly seems capable. She’ll have a blade run through her before five minutes have passed and you will have gathered the masses to witness a bore of a show just like your useless brother.”
Feyd ignores his uncle, knowing the old man speaks only to agitate him. He doesn’t take his eyes off of you as you finally prepare yourself, spreading your legs, bending your knees, and dropping your hand so it may join its twin around the blade’s hilt.
One of the men is bolder than the others and he runs ahead. He takes the first swing at you, but you dodge him, ducking under his knife and throwing your arm out as you pass his legs. The sharp edge slices through the back of his thigh, and he instantly drops to his knees. You turn to face his back and thrust your blade downward into the crook where his neck meets his shoulder. When you yank steel from flesh, blood sprays, splattering your thin clothes, and drains down his bare chest. Feyd can see the body heave before it falls.
There’s the girl who killed my men, Feyd thinks as a rush of claps roars through the crowd at the first death. He knew you hadn’t shown him everything you’re capable of during training. Maybe you just needed the threat of imminent danger to display your full potential. If that’s the case, then fine. Feyd doesn’t need you to prove yourself to him, he needs you to show the people of Giedi Prime the woman they will soon be bowing to.
The next is the smallest of the six. Skinnier, shorter, but filled to the brim with fury. His anger is his mistake and it’s clear you know it. You don’t fortify yourself. Instead, you watch as he leaves behind the other fighters and charges with a scream that echoes through the arena. A side shift of your body and a quick swipe of your blade and he pauses, his arms go limp, and he stumbles past you. A wash of dark red flows from his neck.
You rid yourself of three more. Not without difficulty, but you manage. Their bodies are littered around you, the evidence of their demise soaking your form. Your shirt sticks to your figure from the amount of blood weighing down the fabric. Your arms are dyed scarlet from layer after layer of the red fluid. With each of your steps, scarlet prints are left behind. Exhaustion is evident, but you’re not done yet.
The final man is broader, thicker, taller than you and some of the now-dead prisoners combined. He could crush your windpipe with a squeeze from one meaty hand. He could break your bones with a sharp flick of his wrist. All you have to do is stay out of his way. You’re faster and your limbs are leaner; you should be able to outrun him, but you need to move, now, before he traps you against a wall.
You jump back from his swing, barely evading the sheer power and force that could have cut you right down the middle. Before you can recover from the attack, he leaps at you. You fall onto your back, blade skittering out of reach. Feyd swallows hard. He refuses to blink.
“Well, this doesn’t look good for your girl, does it?” the Baron says, sucking at his pipe.
Feyd wishes he could disagree, but you haven’t found your footing. You’re crawling backward, trying to gain some distance from the predatory stalk of a confident aggressor. A blade swipes toward your face. You turn your head, receiving a slash across the cheek, and from how quickly you bleed, it appears deep. At least your head is still attached to your shoulders.
You kick at his knee, knocking the joint out of place and momentarily rendering him unable to take another step. With the spare second, you scurry to your knife, getting your hand on it just as you’re yanked back by your ponytail. Feyd winces at your shriek, fingernails digging crescents into his palms, jaw aching from his clenching teeth.
Your head wacks against the ground and you’re eyes pinch shut. Potential concussion. You’re disoriented. You need to move. Move, Fremen Girl, Feyd internally snaps, but you’re not moving. The man towers above you, his feet on either side of your thighs. Feyd leans forward in his seat. Your eyelids slowly flutter.
“Move,” Feyd mutters.
The man’s whole body goes into the downward jab of his blade. He expects the pointed tip to land right between your eyes, but when you twist out of the way at the last second, it clashes with the ground. The over-expenditure of force knocks him off-balance and he falls on top of you, his chest slamming into yours, crushing you entirely.
Jumping to his feet, Feyd rushes to the edge of the balcony. The crowd is silent. He can’t breathe. Are you breathing? You better be fucking breathing, Fremen girl.
Suddenly, your knees bend and with the last of your strength, you roll the man onto his back, your thighs straddling his hips. His jaw is slack. His arms flop to his sides. Your knife is plunged into his chest. Then with both hands wrapped around the hilt, you pull out and stab into his heart once more, this time twisting the blade.
As the crowd erupts in cheers, Feyd finally exhales. His shoulders release their tension.
You stand on wobbly legs and wipe the back of your hand across your scarlet cheek. You’ll need stitches, but you’re alive. Feyd turns, heading for the stairs so he can meet you at your extraction from the arena.
“Not yet, nephew,” the Baron stops him.
Feyd glances over his shoulder to find his uncle’s gaze still fixed on where you stand. Feyd’s brow pinches and he eases back to the balcony railing as three more prisoners stumble into the arena. The crowd dies into silence. His head whips to his uncle.
“What is this!” he spits. “What did you do! She’s done!”
“She is done when I say she’s done,” the Baron says, sucking at his pipe once more. “Now sit down and watch the show, or should she live, I will give her to Rabban.”
“You will not!” Feyd shouts. “All of Giedi Prime knows the challenge you set and she met it! She is mine now and I say she's done! Bother Rabban if you want more entertainment!”
The Baron won’t argue further, not now. People were shocked enough that Feyd’s first potential bride would have to face six prisoners compared to the three for his brother’s brides. Whispers of gossip were uncontrollable and even managed to make their way through the halls, passing from servant to servant. They questioned the integrity of the Trial if centuries-old rules could be changed for one woman, and altering them again after you’ve won would be a great disappointment to all who witnessed. The Baron’s thirst for excitement has made him forget that, but Feyd is happy to remind him.
The crowd suddenly gasps and Feyd turns his head. You’re trying to step away from the prisoners, but those steps are wobbly. The knife has slipped from your grasp. Feyd rushes off to the entrance of the arena.

SOFT YANDERE NEUVILETTE X S/O
It started with lavish gifts, each one more personal than the last. A delicate bracelet, a pair of sapphire earrings, luxurious dresses—all of them carefully placed in her home where she would find them. Then came the flowers: perfect Romaritime Flowers, left on her kitchen counter, her bedroom, even her bathroom mirror. Each gift came with a note, always signed the same way: "Truly yours, N."
At first, she felt flattered—who wouldn’t? Someone was clearly infatuated with her, someone willing to spare no expense to shower her with treasures. It was obsessive, but she never felt unsafe. She’d catch glimpses of him sometimes, a figure disappearing into the shadows, always keeping just out of sight. Whoever he was, he seemed harmless, almost protective. She convinced herself it was romantic. Yet, deep down, a small, unspoken unease lingered, the feeling that this man—this N—was watching her too closely.
But soon, she began receiving notes that were different—vulgar, threatening. It was clear there was another stalker in her life, and he wasn’t leaving gifts. His messages were filled with violence, the promises of a man who wanted to take, not give. She felt like her life was unraveling, as if both men were slowly tightening their hold on her, one with lavish gifts and the other with fear. She started locking her doors and windows obsessively, but no matter what, the sense of being watched never left.
Then came the night when everything fell apart.
She heard it first—the sound of breaking glass. Her heart raced as she stood frozen in her living room, paralyzed by the realization that someone had just broken into her home. Her hands shook, fear gripping her as the door slammed open. The man who entered wasn’t N. His eyes were wild, predatory. There were no flowers, no notes, only the violent intent in his gaze as he moved toward her.
She screamed, scrambling away, trying to reach something—anything—to defend herself. But he was too fast, grabbing her and throwing her against the wall. His breath was hot and heavy against her skin as he pinned her down, his hands rough and cruel. She struggled, fighting him with every ounce of strength she had, but it wasn’t enough.
Just as the darkness was closing in, a thunderous crash echoed through the room. The air seemed to shift, becoming colder, wetter. Water began to surge into the room, crashing in from nowhere and slamming into the man with an almost terrifying force. He was flung across the floor, his body pinned by the water as it twisted and coiled around him like a serpent.
She looked up, her breath coming in ragged gasps, to see him. "N".
His figure was imposing, his long silver hair flowing like water as he stood in the doorway, his eyes glowing faintly in the dim light. The water responded to his every movement, tightening around the intruder, who whimpered and gasped for breath. Neuvillette’s expression was cold, devoid of the gentleness she had once imagined from her secret admirer.
“I warned you,” Neuvillette spoke, his voice calm but filled with an underlying menace. “You were never meant to touch her.”
With a simple gesture, the water constricted around the man, squeezing until he passed out, his body crumpling to the floor like a rag doll. Neuvillette’s gaze finally shifted to her, his face softening only slightly as he approached her trembling form. His hand extended toward her, but she flinched, unable to move, her body shaking with fear and confusion.
She felt tears spilling down her cheeks as the weight of everything hit her—two stalkers, one violent, the other her so-called protector. She wasn’t sure which one terrified her more.
Neuvillette knelt down, his eyes scanning her for injuries. His voice was softer now, almost soothing, but there was an edge to it. “He won’t hurt you again. No one will.”
“You’re safe now,” he whispered into her hair. “I’ve always been watching. I’ve always been here.”
She froze at his words, her heart pounding in her chest. “It was you,” she choked out, her voice barely above a whisper. “You’re the one who’s been leaving the flowers, the gifts…”
Without thinking, she reached for him, her body moving on instinct as she collapsed into his arms, sobbing uncontrollably. For a moment, he remained still, and then his arms wrapped around her. His embrace was firm, possessive, almost too tight, as if he feared she might slip away from him.
He pulled back just enough to look into her eyes, his own glowing faintly in the darkness. “Yes,” he admitted, without hesitation. “I’ve been watching over you for a long time. I couldn’t let anyone else near you.”
Her mind reeled as the full weight of his obsession settled on her. This wasn’t romance. It wasn’t love. He had been stalking her, manipulating her life from the shadows, and now, with the other stalker gone, there was no one left to protect her from him.
But as she looked into his eyes, there was no fear—only a twisted sense of security, as if she was safer in his arms than anywhere else. And that terrified her more than anything.
With a final shuddering breath, she whispered, “What do you want from me?”
Neuvillette smiled faintly, his hand brushing a tear from her cheek. “Only what is already mine.”
