u wanna hear some anxiety spiral shit. my bf has told me repeatedly that i am allowed to ask for reassurance when i need it. we talked on the phone for an hour and a half yesterday even though he’s on vacation in mexico. i am feeling very stressed and very i need of reassurance. but i am too scared to ask for him to reassure me.
