So per my last reblog...

I did the Q+A for that film at a festival... I hardly remember the movie, I just know it wasn't my favorite. I met the director and the kid in it, the audience absolutely adored him, again couldn't tell you anything that was said, but I do remember in vivid detail that at one of the festival parties, they brought the kid to the club and he absolutely tore up the dance floor...

At the Jim Henson exhibit they had a screen playing the ballroom scene from Labyrinth right beside where the costumes for the scene were showcased (SO FUCKING COOL BTW) and there was this woman with her baby (had to be younger than a year old) and she was holding the baby up to the screen and said “this is your favorite movie.” Such a queen oh my god

had the most unreal experience today when my 14 year old brother called me over to show me the car he designed in forza

it had a communist symbol on the hood and some anime boy on the roof and he just looked me dead in the eyes and said "I call it the communist femboy"

Throwback to 8th grade social studies wherethe class had to pretend to be colonizer groups (which is kinda fucked up now that I said it) and about a month in all of the colonies were going to disown the queen (the teacher) but this one kid stole the petition from our rebellion leader and gave it to the queen in the middle of a lesson that wasn't even about the Colony Project and the teacher just went "hmm" and pulled out her cloak thing and crown and started reading the names off the list (of the ENTIRE CLASS MINUS THE KIDS GROUP) and then we were all called to trial and ultimately we were tried for treason and we were turned into burning pyre-things and used our last words to curse the kid with disease and famine

We had to all pretend that never happened to continue the lesson but it was fucking wild
