Tried a new, less time-consuming rendering technique :]

He's drawn with light brown skin and five o'clock shadow, along with a faded scars across the left side of his chin and forehead, and a fresher, blotchy scar on the right side of his face. He has very dark colored eyes with incredibly hard to see sectoral heterochromia, partially brown and partially blue. He's looking at Ratchet, smiling gently. His hair is black with gray streaks, tied in a short ponytail with a few strands hanging near his ears. His outfit consists of a black turtleneck, a red cropped jacket with a light beige fluffy collar, blue trousers with gray patches and black combat boots that reach midway up his calves. I'm pretty sure you could draw a straight line from the 1980's Satanic Panic to the creation of Project 2025, but I'm also convinced if Ronald Reagan was not president during the 80s, then the actual spread of the Satanic Panic would not have been as big as it eventually was.

i’m home but one more complaint. she was asked for a book on how to write a memoir. took the lady to a section, clearly didn’t get any hits. came back and asked me “what should i do.” i literally just googled “dewey decimal for writing instructions” and said “try that section” while they were over there i checked the catalog & it’s not even a hard title to just blindly type for i could have put in “memoir writing” and got it by narrowing search parameters a bit. she has her mlis btw.

This January was 10 years long and I still somehow got nothing done, so now I’m stressing to meet deadlines I knew about 10 years ago when January started.

u know what i've been thinking about. how the economy expects you to be, right now, at a job you've been at and consistently getting raises in for like, ten years. it's almost like the implication is "well yeah, you'll be able to live off this job in three, five, ten years if you stick with it and grow in the company" which is all fine and dandy, but i kind of need to live right now

I am not the biggest fan of summer. You are always sweaty, bugs and mosquito, no wintersport and bad feelings being invalidated just because it is sunny. But nothing beats laying in my garden with a self made ice caramel latte and a good book while I look up into the bluest of blue sky
