I made this ig (It's my first fully painted piece folks be kind to me TT)

It did took a while and I did pay with hours of sleep to do it but IT WAS WORTH IT. This is basically a remake of that one (wonderful) drawing.

I discovered the universe of Yaelokre like a week ago (better late than never they say) and I just couldn't not do it!! I'm planning on making fanarts of the original cast but I had the idea running in my head for way too long ^^'

I wanna thanks whatever entity made me fall on this because IT'S ONE OF THE BEST FOUND I'VE MADE IN A LIFETIME. Thinking that I could have went past it since I don't have tiktok literally breaks my heart☠

I adore the vibe that Yaelokre gives, even tho I never was a big fan of this kind of vibes ngl. The songs are just amazing, and the characters are just so well design and endearinggg ahehjsbdv

Drawing Iggy as Cole who wears a white rabbit mask was an evidence for me, even their personnalities fit >< I did struggle a bit for Orlam and Gidget tho, but since Clementine (the one with a goat mask, for those who don't know) and Cole are dating and that I really love Orly's dynamic I thought it would fit ig ^^'

I wasn’t scrolling online or anything I swear 😭😭😭) the girl had time to think, her thoughts filled with her favorite….game. This book wasn’t written very well this doesn’t even rhyme…anyways. Uhh you know what I hate this story okay anyways…

Sooo I was thinking in the middle of the night and my thoughts had wandered to Our Cinderella…idk I was thinking about the kisses and then I was like….awww the Gidget and Iggy kiss was cuteeeeeee…and then it was just Gidget…..LOVE YA GIDGET 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶（╹◡╹）♡ very good job to 🥕 for writing such a nice character ☺️🫶 LUV LUV LUV anyways I HOPE YOU LIKE THE DRAWIINNNGGGGG I hope I did GIDGET well 🥹 FIRST TIME DRAWING OC GIDGET WOAAHHH!!!!! maybe because i've been feeling really down about my art again, but i randomly decided to open up CSP for the first time in two years...

when i first tried using it, no matter how much i kept practicing (which admittedly wasn't that much, but still) i just couldn't gel with it. the art didn't look like mine. the lines were too thick and fuzzy. the characters didn't look like themselves.

this time i tried actually messing with stuff to get it closer to what i'm used to... and i'll be real... i actually really like the results...

have just been doodling a bit today but i'm vibing a lot with it. it looks and feels like my art just... flowier. somehow. lol. and i like how the curvier lines brings out the squishiness of my style even more (and allows me to add small lines and details i couldn't before)... not only that but working with screentones again makes me really really want to try some manga again, even just short panels or pages for funsies. so i may, uh... keep drawing with it a bit... we'll see..........
