so this season of ted lasso was. something.
#gonna be a hater for a second but it was so unsatisfying and narratively unfulfilling#the end i mean. but the whole season in general too tbh#as an ending it was so WEAK and it makes me so sad bc the beginning & middle was so strong#i feel like it really fell victim to excessive bland stale jokes at the expense of everyone’s characters#& that adds to how the characters themselves were like caricatures…widdled down to a few traits#kinda almost felt like fanservice ?? like ok… it wasn’t all bad but it certainly wasn’t good! i’m sorry i’m not pulling any punches#it was badly written in the long run. there were def a few great scenes and a few great monologues#but it WASNT cohesive#idk bleh i’m sad
