Thinking about how two weeks ago in my last dnd session with Connor, we had to fight a brainstealer dragon under the city of Waterdeep BECAUSE A ROGUE TADPOLE INFECTED OUR DRAGON FRIEND

Here's Qir the Sea Monarch! they're a brainstealer sea serpent/sea dragon ancient(not yet old enough to be a wyrm) whose psionics are completely focused on Hydrokinesis and Atmokinesis(storm control/creation) They're also a 2nd gen brainstealer, which means they are the hatchling of two artificially created brainstealers. Since these dragons can procreate between themselves and with other dragons producing weird mutants wyrmlings according to the dragon magazine where they were expanded upon. They're friendly with illithids, sometimes (they got a big attitude for being such a small brainstealer)
