Show me where my skin begins— a joplittle fic written by @hypallepse for the 2023 edition of @theterrorbigbang.
In which Jopson hunts down renegade wolfskin-bearers for Captain Crozier. But this time the beast he has been sent to capture does not seem so monstrous. Illustrations (and spoilers) below the cut.
Chapter 1 — Suddenly, the beast moved. Its dark eyes went from the water directly to Thomas.
Chapter 4 — You battle until you get bitten.
