roughly three hours ago i made the thickest almond milk hot chocolate known to man it was far more of a chocolate jelly spoon dessert than a drink. and it's kinda still sitting in my stomach i think it stuck to the walls because of how thick it was

It's really handy how carbs help you feel fuller longer???? Sorry I'm just learning this. Im bad at making myself food but if I make sure to get a chunk of carbs, then I can go longer between meals?? Drinking a cup of hot chocolate with my meal makes the food last longer and keeps my belly from being upset??? That's so cool.
